This place has some awesome employees! Ashley worked with me the same day i filled out my application. She saw that i had some felony charges and accommodated that, knew i wanted at least 10/hr, yet had something better in mind and she got me a job getting paid the most Ive ever been paid; with the chance of overtime! She was very patient, understanding, and completely non judgemental. They worked out direct deposit and everything. Got me a hard hat and vest, and for anyone wondering they have steel toe boots and safety glasses to offer also and give it to you before you go to work. They deduct it out of your first paycheck, and the prices are pretty decent too! Will definitely be sticking with this company, even if my job is no longer available and i have to find another, ill be using them and recommending them to anyone who is a felon and looking for hard honest work.

These people are clueless at best and liars at worst. I was just there on September 1st, 2021 over a position THEY EMAILED ME FOR, and then was told it didnt exist, also that they have nothing that pays over $16/hr. Then on September 3rd THEY EMAILED ME AGAIN OVER THE SAME POSITION! I have never been through a more absurd hiring process. They refuse to answer my calls now. Do not waste your time with these people unless your desperate. They will not give you a long term career. They are filling manual labor quotas are a terrible at lying about it. Abort! Do not work with these people!

When I told them I did not have a car, they failed to provide me with the job close enough to myself to get to.After several attempts to be relocated to a better job near me (which I admit the employees can be polite and nice and all) they were very unhelpful in finding me a job close enough .I got a car and when I called back to tell them I had a car and could make it to any available job they could possibly give me...I was told I was put on an unhireable list due to not showing up to at least two jobs.Being that I didnt have a car when I first applied here I never accepted any jobs because they were too far I was lied to and told that I was scheduled for two jobs when I told them that I could not make it to the jobsAfter I had a car they could not even employ me anywhereIn the end it was just terrible customer service and just awful value!!I most definitely would not recommend this to anyone looking for a job in generalNot only did they not care enough not to find me a job near myself but they did not care enough about me as a person looking for work.And that was a raw dealGOD Bless you guys tho!

I had a job with hobby lobby through them and went into work one monday only to to find out my job assignment ended and nobody was going to let me know it ended and ashley is very rude and disrepectful.

Very kind, understanding and get you work quickly (I was given a job in 2 days).They are a temp agency, and the temp work lasts 90 days and by then youll either be permanent hired at the job or moved to another, all depending on quality of work, attendance and if they have true full/part time positions and not temp work.Ashley was my agent, she was kind and wonderful and went the extra mile to help out.Definitely watch out for the Healthcare sign up, if youre not making a lot at the job it will take a good bit out of the paycheck. The Healthcare is best for people that need it right then. Just ask questions if something doesnt make sense and they are willing to answer. And the process to change it is a bit tedious.Overall, Im very thankful for their help, time and efforts. I wouldnt have been able to step back into the work force if it wasnt for them!

I went in and they were very nice, a nice lady by the name of Ashley helped me get my current job and she was very sweet and helped me find my job within a couple of days. She responds fast and help you make the right decision based on what best works for you. If you ever visit there look for her!!

While they were helpful I asked for a letter and it had my name and someone elses name in it. Ive been trying to get this for over a week and keep getting ignored. More professionalism needed especially when sick on a doctors note. I wish them the best and others who use them. Sorry to say it didnt work out for me.

The “managers” or whatever they are called there who get you started on jobs are awful and unprofessional. Expect to work hard and 12+ hours for months and then them tell you they can’t get you a job anywhere. They can’t handle confrontation so don’t expect answers either. Completely unprofessional.

Went on a Thursday... the lady that helped me said she would call me next week... that week came and I received no call, I even texted her twice to get an update on the situation and didn’t get a reply back. Many of the 1 star reviews are saying they didn’t get a response either and I’m not surprised. All that trouble of going through the long application process at the computers they have just to not get a response... save yourself the trouble by not coming here.

Terrible communication. They called me to cancel my orientation a half hour before it was scheduled and I tried calling back to confirm, but the call drop 5 times while I was on hold (I was on hold for 10-15 minutes each time) and when I finally got a hold of them they said someone was going to call later that day to reschedule my orientation. Two days later I received a call from them asking if I was on my way to my orientation, but no one called me to reschedule and I haven’t heard from them since

I have had an interview with Melissa and Charleen on September 16 of 2016. Melissa is very quick and careful with her work her service with customers is lovely. Melissa has a very nice attitude when talking to people, she shows that she is trying to help others with their needs in jobs if she feels that the job is not fit for you she thinks you can do better she will try to get you in something better that fits you. Charleen has a very nice attitude with the customers, she makes sure she gets her job done, her service is wonderful, and she is also a good person to have a conversation with. At any chance in time I would recommend people to The Certified Source company because I believe they can and will help people in life.

There is absolutely no better place to work. They say that when one door closes, another one opens. In this case, it would seem as those the gates of heaven opened up. Amazing vibe, atmosphere, moral and company values are on point. But most importantly, the golden rule of: treat others as you want to be treated, is the motto that Rocky Wilkerson lives by, and the Certified Source family.

I give this place 2 stars. The atmosphere is nice and they are willing to hire you. Like most daily assignment temp agencies. How ever if you dont take an assignment or have to leave early they will basically fire you and pay you 7.25, and they will cancel your account so you cant access w2 or paycheck stubs. So even though they look different they are just as shady as any daily work temp agency. Like I said they will pay you weekly and you will get a assignment probably 2 days out of 7.

Staff tried to have me sign an electronic form turning down insurance, when asked why they claimed I did not understand the form. I used to be a federal paralegal, so I understand legal forms. They also said I would be offered insurance later on a paper contract!
