After filling out all of the information online, they were fairly quick to get me into the office. Once there I was told of the jobs that were available for me. I was told those were high skilled jobs. I agreed to be placed and was told they would be in contact with me in the next couple of days. That was on a Wednesday. Still not having heard from them I called them on the following Monday. I was told by the answering service that no one answered and they would have them call me back. Skip to Wednesday and I still had not heard from them so I called again. I finally talked to the woman I talked to when I went in. She said the job was still available and there was another of the same that she will put me in for. Shhe again applied to the person who handles the High skilled jobs. Again I was told he would be in contact in the next few days. Skip again to Monday still have heard nothing. Called again and the answering service again said no one answered,and again someone would call me back. This is a very unprofessional way to do business. If there is no position available, or if there is a problem with something then just say so. Definitely dont keep the person hanging.

Had to reschedule interview 4 or 5 times due to them not calling me. Finally got scheduled for an in person interview. At the interview I was told since I havent had a job in so long most of their clients wouldnt like that. My last job I was at for 10 and a half years. Between me leaving and trying to get hired on with them I was helping take care of kids so couldnt work. Its been about 3 weeks and no calls from them whatsoever.

Super great place to find work. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. They have me an assignment with jasco. That I was unable to complete it’s been over 6 months and they won’t let you apply with them again. When you can go to any other business and apply. Go to another staffing agency this one isn’t worth it.

Update Oct. 10, 2020- The day that this was answered I went to the job fair they were having at this location. (I even received a automated call to go to this job fair) I was told the fair wasnt for skilled labor as I am considered but mainly for warehouse and unskilled labor. Then I was given business cards and told to call them. I reached out and left messages because no one answered their cell phones. Never received call backs from my left messages or from corporate asking the local branch to reach out to me! I give up! Ive always been a good worker for Resource at every job they sent me to but now that everyone was laid off I guess Im considered over qualified!!Ive never had so much trouble touching base with someone at my local Resource as Ive had in the last several months! Ive been scheduled for phone interviews and no call at the time they specified then get a email later in the day saying they got to busy and rescheduled me and still never called that day. Ive tried calling and I either get no answer or get hung up on in mid sentence! So disappointed!

I have never in my life seen and or had to deal with anything like this. Constantly chasing your tail. The office doesn’t communicate with the recruiter, and vice versa. I was supposed to have a phone interview but come to find out I’ve gotten a lot e-mail’s( I was never told that they communicate through email.)saying that I don’t fit the criteria for the said job that I applied for. Then why tell a applicant that you are a great fit for work with us, or further more schedule a interview with that person? It’s very frustrating when you are able and wanting to work and you run into things like this. It’s very discouraging to have to deal with such a thing. Things are hard enough as is.

I have been around awhile. I have never experienced any company (including oilfield) that takes over ten days to do a background check. (Particularly after a passed urinalysis and job interview) I could be wrong.

Absolutely ridiculous. I got hung up on twice. No one bothered to call me back.I am calling for the third time now and I’m getting “there are currently no agents available to assist me” lolI keep getting telemarketing calls from the 1 888 number. I keep getting emails saying I need to finish documents to work but there aren’t any documents in my portal and when I try to call I get hung up on.There are tons of staffing agencies out there to choose from and I’ll be going to another one. This place is awful.

The worst thing you can do is lie to someone. They lied to me about my pay. Even when I called to make sure things were correct, I got my paycheck today and it was not right. Call them and rectify, for what? When I did, I was told that my pay would be correct. Im not setup to handle another lie. I have been with this company for a month and have only worked 6 days the whole month. Im about to be homeless trying to believe in them. Just beware when fooling with these people. I was warned, but I like to give people their own chance.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Dif everything they asked then they told I was inactive and cant find me a job. Every time I called it was to new York I live in Oklahoma. I should have read reviews, I see their policies are the same as they were when they were remedy staffing, they do not help anyone with anything on the background check, I was working with Patty she seemed friendly but the rest of the staff seemed like they had no clue of what was going on., I went there last week and was told I needed to update paperwork didn’t have me do anything else while I was there then after I left their location I got a call from ResourceMFG asking if I was looking for work and I told them they just had me to update information they didn’t interview or do the u/a . And the person on the phone said well you can’t work with us till that is done and so I called the location back for nothing and today I got a call saying I failed the background check well just say that you don’t help anyone with anything on their background and then you won’t have long comments. I have been jobless for several weeks I was hopeful that you guys would be able to help me have some type of work. But now I know otherwise.

Dont bother applying with these people if you have a felonyor if its less then 7 years oldthey WILL NOT HELP YOU, They dont call you back either, their staff is all a mess, while i was filling out an application their system was calling asking if i was looking for work for me to find out the other . just fair warning dont go here if you have a felony on your record or if its within 7 years, i dont know who they help, i think the 5 star reviews are from people that work for them that make fake accounts to make their business look good, this is REMEDY STAFFING just with a name change same people

Ive been on a job for about 4 months now in they have made me wait for my pay DAYS after I was supposed to get paid. I will pay every week on Friday and this is the fourth time Ive had to wait to get paid and still havent got paid and today is Monday I called and asked about my pay in they said they have to get more info on it & I should call back tomorrow... I will not be working for them ever again..

Thus far things are good resume submitted and assessment done interview on this Thursday afternoon and Im quit qualified for any position the have available so we shall see if all these negative reviews are the real deal or if the applicants just couldnt qualify for a position. Filled out an app and had multiple jobs available

After I quit a job after giving notice this company when I needed a job left me out to dry for two weeks before even giving me a call. The call was to ask when my last day was not to even offer a job. These people dont care what job you want just want to get you the first job they see so they can make money off you. Terrible company reccomend going elsewhere to everyone.

Im highly trained pipe welder and structure welder other states at resourceMFG really good getting me work but this one not so good in Oklahoma City.Never return my call back on this location or keep me updated Im very disappointed for this location other resourcemfg locations help me out allot finding job thats way I come to them first for temp work before anyother staffing agency but the way the treat some their hiring employees I will be looking somewhere elsewhere)
