We had a really bad experience with Legacy cleaner. Think twice before you go. I attached before and after photos you will see how unprofessional they are. 😡We have a custom made fully silk wedding dress worn once only. Wanted to clean before the wedding. I have asked many place to get a good care of 10K worth of dress. I ended up with Legacy. When we are dropping off the dress we asked everything to make sure if they take care of. They were really confident and telling me bs about how experienced they are.We went to take the dress and my fiancé saw the dress, she almost lost her mind. That beautiful dress they ruined and Liz in the store was telling me better to take it a Taylor. They were so rude to us. She also yelled to my fiancé.We had a wedding on Sunday but it’s Thursday and dress is ruined. They told me they will fix it. When I called the Legacy in the morning about the dress update someone on the phone told me “are you kidding me calling in the morning “ they are so rude and careless. They also told me owner will call you but it’s been a week nobody called me.If you care your dress don’t even think to take your dress there. Highly not recommended. 😡

Put an adhesive label on the embroidered label of a coat and it damaged the embroidery when I pulled it off. They never bothered to tell me that this was supposed to be a permanent addition and then wouldnt even refund my cleaning; told me I needed the bring the coat in.

I dont have a closet full of dry clean only, but the few pieces I have can always be trusted to Legacy. Sometimes, I even spoil myself and do wash & fold. So nice to not have to mess with laundry day.

Great first experience and friendly staff! Will definitely be using their services again!

Legacy Cleaners saved my day! Not only were they they ONLY place in town that would do same day on a Saturday, they were super nice and answered all of my questions. Their prices are fair, you get what you pay for. &my boyfriends suits/shirts/ties that I took there today looked just as good as the day he bought them! I highly recommend their services, and can definitely say Ill never use another laundry service!

Best experience. I had a couch cover that I was hesitant to clean because of shrinking and color fading--not any issues at all. I was pleased with every part of the service I received. Will go back again for anything else, and recommend this cleaner to anyone looking for great service.

While the service was fine for drop off/pick up, the price was rather high. They also miscounted my drop off, only noticing 1 pair of paints – which might be understandable since they were identical, but if its your line of business, you think one would pay a little more attention. When I called to ask about my missing pants, they refused to accept that there could have been a mistake on their end since only one pair was recorded, under the wrong name to add insult to injury. So you can probably go here if youre willing to pay quite a bit to risk losing clothes that cost too much to begin with.

I have to echo a previous review that the prices they charge are rather high for the service provided. I dropped two shirts off that I merely needed pressed since they were new and already clean. When I picked the items up they werent even pressed correctly as I specified but I was also charged $14.

Ive had the pleasure of using each of their locations and the staff have always been friendly and responsive during each visit. I recently sent a heap of ties that had grease or stains and they feel like new again.
