I have been using King’s Green Cleaning once a month for my apartment for close to a year now. They are affordable and a big help with keeping my apartment clean. The scheduling is pretty flexible, and the King’s are always super friendly on the phone and easy to get in contact with. Though I may not always be able to understand the ladies’ English, they are always very sweet, and the office will usually call to make sure the ladies understand and follow my instructions. Would recommend using them. I have nothing negative to say about my experience thus far!

I’ve been using kings green cleaning for about 4 months and I have my home cleaned every 2 weeks. The cleaning staff are amazing at their job. They will send 2 or 3 people to my home and clean every room in less than 90 minutes. ( my house is around 2000sqf) It would take me at least all day to accomplish what they do. I love that the products they use aren’t too strong smelling. I feel like they are reasonably priced and they are always responsive to my feedback. Ive never had anything in my home damaged they always take care when cleaning my home. I only wish i had started using them sooner. The stress lifted from worrying about always cleaning has allowed me to spend more quality time with my family.

Being a business owner I understand how important reviews are so I rarely give a negative review but this one is necessary!We hired Kings Green to do a deep clean a few months back because my wife was having a surgery and we were shopping for a company to possibly use permanently. They were great when it came to scheduling, they had great reviews, and prices were reasonable so we thought we really found us a gem. They came out on time and we cleared out of the house so they could do the work. Upon completion of the DEEP CLEAN they called to let us know they were done and gone and we could come home and begin inspecting the house. At first things looked good but upon really looking we found many things that were just neglected, most of them out of sight. I immediately called them and was given the e-mail to what I believe was the owner at which time I submitted pictures and an e-mail explaining my concerns. I was very pleased with the response and the owners willingness to make it right and wanting to send a different crew out to fix any areas that needed to. Thats all you can ask if there is a problem, try to make it right so we were happy. Scheduling due to my wifes surgery in Texas did not allow us to make that happen but we told them we would give them another chance down the road and thanks for being willing to fix things.Fast forward a couple months and we were in need of a DEEP CLEAN so we called them to schedule. Once again they scheduled quickly and price was going to be reasonable. They showed up on time and we were once again gone and asked to be called when they were done. I really dont know when they left and how long they were there because we never got the call and the number we were being called from did not answer any of the three calls I made to them. After 4 hours of driving around from place to place we headed home to see if they were done and of course no one was there. After inspecting the house it was worse than the last time!!! Top of the microwave was still filthy! The ledge around the top of the bathtub/shower was still filthy! Several places in different rooms the base boards were not even touched. Multiple places dusting was not even done, including shelves and a stereo in the main living room. A few of the window sills were not clean and still had a fly or two in them. Not sure if mopping was included in a DEEP CLEAN but we took a baby wipe on a square in the kitchen, it turned brown, and there was a sticky area in the bathroom where a gel had spilled that was still there after the clean. Maybe they vacuumed but once again, we ran ours and there was all kinds of things that were picked up that shouldnt have still been there, maybe their vacuum just didnt do the job. I really dont know what to say about this experience with Kings Green! And I really dont know how long they were there because this job was very sub par.Maybe I dont have an understanding of what a DEEP CLEAN is, but when you pay someone good money to do a job you expect it done right. Definitely when that person was wanting to hire them permanently and giving them a 2nd chance. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED by the way this company handled this entire situation and the job that was done.As if that was not enough, no one called to follow up to see how things went. No one called me about payment, I guess they just kept my card from the first time and ran the card without even talking to me first. Your response is a complete lie. I checked my voicemails before I gave the initial review to make sure I did not overlook you reaching out to me. The employees are always friendly, professional, and thorough.

They are flat out liars, and extremely rude and unprofessional. They lied on the phone to my wife and never send the revised quote which she discussed over the phone and charged incorrect amount to our credit card. Upon inquiring if it was done in error and to have it corrected, the lady was extremely rude on the phone and flat out declined to even look into the matter and said “Do Not Expect a Callback from me, I will not even discuss it with their employee who gave the quote”. It seems like an untrained person gave a lower quote and they somehow thought it’s fair to not take any responsibility as a business owner and simply transfer the cost over to the customer.I would never trust an organization who can’t train their own staff to let their employees enter my house!2/14 update: I don’t get names of companies wrong, and service was setup by my wife not under my name. Again no sense of responsibility..

In the event that you use Kings Green Cleaning, I just had a few pointers:1. They are extremely nice on the phone when you first call them and I really enjoyed only that portion of what transpired.2. You get offered a price quote with a range after you make the appointment. Make sure you understand that the final price can be higher than what you were quoted, even when the area they cleaned was smaller. You might not get a final invoice, just a charge on your credit card with no explanation.3. If you have any issues with the service or charges, or request somebody come out to look at the services that were not completed by 3 people in 2.5 hours, be prepared to have your legitimate complaints, backed up by before and after photos, be brushed off as illogical. Their website states they will work with you to correct any issues you may have. Even if you offer to have them come look at the work that was done, they may seem inconvenienced and not come out because they see a difference in opinion as aggressiveness towards their staff.4. When asked about being charged more, you might get told that it was actually higher but they decided to be kind and bring the price down, something that could have been discussed over the phone when you were in touch about everything else.5. Dont question them because maybe you will get told your house was in poor condition when you know and have proof in pictures that it wasnt.I hope you have a better experience with them because my husband and I definitely did not. We had to call 4 different times to try and get an explanation or justification of charges, when the charge was higher than what we were quoted, although we were told it would be at the low end of the quote because we did not have appliances or drawers that needed to be cleaned. Be prepared, if you ask any follow up questions about the cleaning, the person who approved the billing and one of the owners we talked to had not spoken with the cleaning crew, they just assumed we were lying but would not come view the cleaning job even after an invitation was extended.I love supporting local businesses but this experience was absolutely horrendous and unnecessary. I wish you all the best if you plan to choose them and hope you get the customer service promised on their website.

GOD SEND! I truly feel Kings team makes my life better. Im a better mom, wife, and person for the support they give me. Truly, nothing is better than coming home to a clean house. From the wonderful smell that greets me when come home to the sparkling floors and folded throw blankets, its the best thing I do for myself. The cost is totally reasonable, they always send a team so it never takes too long, and they are 100% reliable. In 6 years, Ive only had one cancellation and Amy sent someone the very next day. Bonus: They get along with my dog who can be a real pain AND they fold the toilet paper into triangles like at a hotel. Makes me feel fancy! You need these people in your life.

My wife and I cannot believe the way our house looks every time that we walk in after the cleaners have been there. We schedule a bi-weekly cleaning for the dusting, mopping, and wiping down counter tops the basic stuff and couldnt be happier with the results. I recently had my house cleaned by Kings Green Cleaning. I am so pleased with the results that I will definitely use them again. The crew was pleasant and very good with my two dogs. Very disappointed. This is not a deep cleaning service. Was told the first clean is always the hardest and longest which I understand as my mother was a cleaning lady for 20yrs. If one room is especially bad you spend your time there getting it 100% and explain how other rooms will not be 100% and either offer to extend at per/rate. Even the light cleaning like dusting was not done. I was told each room requested would be wiped and dusted top to bottom. Picture frames and window sills not done. Only thing dusted was entertainment center. Front hall mirror not done. This is a get what they can get done with two ladies service. If I had understood that beforehand I would not be upset. Was told they were not qualified to do windows when I called and asked manager what exactly was included. Of course Im not asking you to take screens out and get inside panels but taking windex and a rag to the glass should be and of course I shouldnt have to mention it needs to be included in the service. Was told outside glass doors were included but mine werent done. Quality assurance person who was supposed to come out before ladies left never arrived and was told they could be sent out but when your running on a tight schedule I dont want to have to deal with another person. This was not 68/hr work and thats what it came out to and why Im disappointed. Even if all the light work was done that would have been an improvement. Im willing to pay but this was 20/hr work.
