The technicians, Chris and his assistant, did an outstanding job at my house. He was timely, friendly, and professional. Chris was very knowledgeable with his job and answered all of my questions prior to starting on my carpet. I truly enjoyed my experience. The two young men were very professional and did their absolute best to clean my old carpets. Based on the age of the carpet, I wasnt expecting such a great result, but let me tell you the carpet looks really good.Yes, the price was slightly higher than originally scheduled, but for the additional services I received, I found the overall price to be very reasonable and the representative took ample time to explain the benefits of the additional services provided. I will certainly be using them again in the future.

We always use Stanley Steemer when we move out of any of our rental properties. I have tried other companies in the past but they do not leave the carpets as clean and they are not as courteous or quick. The technician always walks through with you when they are done to ensure you are satisfied, and always walk through and explain everything before they even start. My appointment was between 0800-1300 hrs. The service tech arrived around 11:00. They explained everything they were going to do. They were professional and got right to work. They did a good job with my carpets.The only suggestion I have is that when one has a window of 5 hours, maybe a call or text to give a customer an approximate time the Techs might be there or how far down the list they might be.

I always know I can count on Stanley Steemer to do a good job. Some technicians leave the rugs very wet, others do a better job getting the dampness out… I didn’t specifically ask for them to do that this time, so it is pretty damp in here. The air conditioner will take care of that! It would be a good idea if the website indicated more than simply the number of rooms. We have a bedroom with a connecting alcove bathroom, and we needed to pay a little extra for The extra space. Certainly not the technicians fault, but the website should absolutely be more specific! Thanks for a good job as always!

The service was fine as far as cleaning goes, however the techs showed up unmasked.

The people who performed the cleaning were professional. Be aware the price will probably go up on whatever services you schedule. When they arrived I was told my rug and ottoman were oversized and the the cost would double. I did not realize there was a sectional sofa vs sofa option so that was my error, however I was disappointed and felt it was not right to double the price listed. I would recommend being very thoughtful about scheduling online.

These gentlemen did the tile and grout in our dining room and kitchen. They did a fantastic job and so we will be calling on them again in the near future to do our living room floor and tiled entry area.

We wish the time window of arrival was smaller. But they did arrive within 5hr window. They went over what we said we want done, to make sure we were getting what we wanted. They were very quick. They did upsell us a carpet protectant, for a small fee. They made sure we were aware of our services drying time. We would use again. I liked the odor bacteria explanation of one of their services. Already see and smell a difference.

I called asked how much it would be for a sofa and 2 chairs he said $160.00 It seemed too low so I asked again he said yes and how many cushions are on the sofa I said 3 he said ok and are you a senior I said yes. He then said oh good mam it will be $99.00. I said oh that is great. He made my appt. and hung up. When the service men came they said your total will be $169.00. I went over my conversation with the men and they said the chairs werent included and the job read 3 cushions. So once again i am learning either they take full advantage of seniors or they just lie!

Amazing service with five star results, as well as good pricing.

I scheduled my 2 showers to be cleaned and then sealed in a different color. Only one shower was able to be completed that day. After the tech left we were able to really take a look and it looked horrible. The color had stained the caulking and the lines were all over the place. It was very unprofessional looking. It took me 3 days and tons of unanswered emails to get in touch with a manager. They came back took the sealant off and were going to refund me for the issues. 4 days more and tons more unanswered emails and I am barely getting my refund. Communication is non existent.

5 hour window when they would be here......LATE. They said they would remove all furniture except Bed, and 2 TV Units.......Nope, Didnt clean under living room sofa, bedroom dresser. Had tile cleaned.....Left standing water (not little puddles) in 2 entry ways, kitchen and dining area, 3 bathrooms, and utility room. I asked about all the water and they said turn on the ceiling fans and use a box fan if we have one. Did this make me happy after paying $840. I think not!!!!!!

Services cost much more than the estimate on the phone. Cleaning tile floor. Charged extra for the small hall between rooms. Then extra for one small bath. $100 more to be exact! Won’t use again.

Absolutely terrible service AGAIN! First time 2 weeks ago, complained because the guy that came did a horrible job. Fine Stanly steemer agreed to come back out and REDO the job for free! I love it.. however they showed up today to only spot clean 2 livingrooms,2 bathrooms,a hallway and 2 bedrooms? SPOT CLEAN ARE YOU SERIOUSLY SERIOUS? DONT CALL!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND another company!

I have two little stubborn dachshunds that don’t always like to go outside to potty. Because of the pandemic it has been a while since I’ve had the carpet commercially cleaned. I wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to get it clean but they did a great job. I also had them do the tile in my bathroom and it looks so much better. I’m going to schedule to have the other tile n my house cleaned.

I had Stanley Steamer clean the carpet and upholstery of my truck after 17 years of neglect. They did an outstanding job, and if not for the age of the carpet, I could honestly say that it looks and smells as good as the day I bought it. Its a great feeling to know that there are companies out there that still give you a good finished product for your money . The two gentlemen who worked on my truck were friendly, professional, organized and very informative. They reflected great credit upon themselves and Stanley Steamer with the pride they took in their work and thats something so rare these days. Thanks a million Stanley Steamer ! Waited for then from noon until 5 and they did not show. They called at 4:30 and said they would be there between 6 and 8. I said that was too late and tried to reschedule for the next day. They refused because they were booked up. I called Sunrise and they were out the same day and did just as good a job for half the price. Dont waste time or money on these clowns at stanley steemer.

I am allergic to cats. My wife and I bought a couch that was used and needed to be cleaned and sanitized to remove cat hair and odors. The cleaners only cleaned the tops of the cushions and the sides of the couch. I payed $160 for a deep cleaning and the cleaners only “worked” for 20 minutes. There is still a large amount of cat hair on the couch and the underside of the cushions and pillows are dark where the previous owners have sat. Very poor quality workmanship and I wish I would have bough a $80 shampooer and done it my damn self. Looks like I am out money, time, and a couch. Will never use Stanley steamer again, you all should be ashamed!

I bought a house back in January and it had a bad dog smell. I hired Stanley Steemer to come in and clean the floors prior to my moving in (the house was empty). The amount of flooring to be cleaned was about 1700 sqft. This included tile in kitchen, halls, bathrooms (including shower), engineered hardwood in the office and hall, and 3 bedrooms with carpet. The technician was done in 1 hour and 40 minutes. The quality of the work done reflected the amount of time he spent. The next day, I had a cleaning crew come in and clean the whole house (excluding the floors - because I had paid over $800 to have the floors done by SS the day before). When they got there (I was there to let them in), the house smelled worse than before. The cleaning crew - just for giggles cleaned the bathroom floor to see what difference it made - and it was massive. The before and after pictures were indicative of a poorly performed job by the SS technician. I did speak to what I believe was the manager and sent her the videos and pics from the second cleaning crew. She got back to me and said that the technician indicated that he maybe didnt do as good a job as he could have and that for my trouble she would refund me $100 (please understand I paid OVER $800 to have SS clean the floors and tile shower). They did send another tech out to redo the bedroom carpet - but not the rest of the house. I will NEVER recommend SS to anyone and would not even consider doing business with them again...EVER. And the $100 that the manager said they were going to refund me for my troubles, I have not seen any signs of it....

He helped me make decisions about future cleaning needs, was extremely careful about protecting my home and my pets. He was on time, worked quickly, and did a thorough job.
