One of the best Car washing places I’ve ever been to. They take really good care of your vehicle throughout the entire service but also take the time to get to know their customers and the request they have! I appreciate the extra benefits.

I had my car washed here on Tuesday and Wednesday it started to rain as I was driving. I noticed my right windshield wiper blade was gone. I immediately called and told them. They said they would talk to their employees and look at video and call me back the next day. When they called back they couldn’t tell by the video but went ahead and replaced both my wipers the next day. It’s a BMW and you can only get them from the BMW dealership and they are not cheap! I’m glad they did the right thing and we’re super customer friendly! They definitely will always have my business! That’s how all business owners should run a business!

Amazing! They take my car and wash it and details the inside with scent of your choice! 10/10 will come back instead of me vacuuming my own car 🤣.The staff that details the car are also very sweet!

Pleased with speed of service at the end of the day before closing. We had wash. Rims, and inside wipe down $34.00.The BEST PART>>HONEST PEOPLE>my college kid left his wallet with everything in it at the car wash. Bank card, and college room keep with swipe entry access early the next business day. No one was there. I saw the online chat, BLAKE the owner responded right away. Told me what time,they would arrive and who to ask for at the counter. FRANK knew immediately who my child was. And CHRISTIAN 😇 living up to his name was the managerwho turned in the wallet.Thank you again 🙏🏽

They do a good job, but unless you tip well and watch the detail crew, things are missed.

It was amazing I came all the way from lawton and had one of the best experience ever. Frank was awesome letting me know what would fit my needs since I was new here. Also Eric was a wonderful stand up guy. Helped me out and he noticed I was in the service and gave me a discount. Wish they had more stock, but what they did have was decent, and reasonably priced.

Frank and his group are the best in town. Any special request is always met with a “you bet”. Do yourself and your car a favor go see Frank. I promise he’ll have a big smile on his face and you’ll swear you must have been childhood friends because that’s how he treats you.

Charles and the rest of the crew are always friendly and professional. They always greet me by name and my car always looks great. I’ve been a customer for a while and I don’t plan on leaving them any time soon.

I have been using Smash Car Wash for a number of years! The service I receive is great and the people, Frank, Roy, James and the manager Mark make you feel like family. Try them out, you will return for more service, as well!

Horrible. Their car wash brushes ripped off the front bumper valance and it broke all of the clips so it couldn’t be reattached. They refused to pay for the part and refused to offer any type of compensation. They said it was loose when we brought it in, which it wasn’t. They also did a horrible job detailing it. Do NOT use them if you value your vehicle and quality service.

Im a monthly customer and Im here having my truck serviced every week and sometimes twice a week. Christian takes very good care of me with extra services. The whole team is very friendly and professional. Christian is the best. Tell him hey when you visit.

I took my minivan for a full detail. It wasn’t cheap, but they did a super thorough job! No more sticky seats and icky floors!

Absolutely fantastic experience! My wife took our two toddlers (4 & 2) up with her to get her SUV washed inside and out, and they took fantastic care of them! Christian assisted my wife and ensured they had all they needed during the wash, they even had someone pull up a bench near the windows so our boys could get a front row seat. My wife was so thankful for the great service and free entertainment for our boys haha. We will be using Swash more often with the new management!

From beginning to end the staff was friendly and professional. The car looked like a new car. We chatted with Frank the manager. You can tell he takes pride in his work. We live out of town but Swash will be a stop when we come to OKC.

Good place to get an oil change and car wash

I trust very few companies to clean my vehicles but Swash is at the very top of my list. They clean it right every single time with attention to detailand always have the best customer service. I have everything from basic washes to full details here and been 100% satisfied with the results. Do you have a special vehicle you want to make pop? Try the Zaino wax detail. Youll thank me later.

I have gone here for years and pay a monthly rate to get my car washed as much as I want. They always do a good job and if they don’t do something to my satisfaction, they do it over, no questions asked and with a good attitude. Roy, Charles Frank and Eric are especially attentive.

I was satisfied, until I looked closer. I paid for there signature wash (highest cost & supposed to do everything). The brake & gas pedals were armoraled causing foot to slip off pedals and when you get out of the car your shoes are covered in armor all. They dont wipe the armor all off, they just spray it on so it us standing on everything. Seat not vacuumed, floors around door not vacuumed, storage bins (cup holders, etc...), bumper that was covered by hatch back not cleaned, around hatch back not cleaned (even after telling the attendant do my car). Attendants stained the inside side n roof material. Tires not cleaned propperly (half a** wipe job). Bugs on front of car not even see or attempted to remove. Very bad service before and after the car wash. Car wash n wax was good. That was the only thing that was good. Oh! And the girl at the inside counter and attendant at oil area were extremely helpful with my questions. I would not recommend this car wash or return again. First time user of this car wash n I have a 2 year old Ford Escape that get cleaned every weekend. Usually by my self, but wanted to try to give my car a a full service for once. Not again!!! :(

I have grown up down the street from this place and never tried it. I am now 30 years old and caring more about my car; thanks to Trey whom is a manager I believe he stopped me one day and after we talked for a bit I drove up there to give then a try since I had some time. Trey personally walked me through all my options( I found out quickly how much car service they do!). After taking time to listen and decide I was blown away at the detailed work he and the other employees did not just the inside of my car but out side never looked so clean and they even change oil, clean engine, just everything I have been looking for. Truly a one stop shop!!! I recommend this place to all where passing by or work/ live down the street. I have many clients that I have great report with whom have tried it after I recommended it and they came to staying how amazing. How was I so clueless for so long! Thanks guys!! You are amazing so keep up the amazing work!

$52 dollars and Im gonna have to take it somewhere to do it myself. Doesnt look like the vacumed at all. They wiped down the steering wheel, and nothing else. Didnt touch the seats. Save your money. And I have a glob of tar on my back bumper that cant be missed.

Had one of the best experiences I’ve had at a detail shop in a long time. Was helped by a gentleman named Frank who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and answered all my questions with ease. My only complaint would be letting employees walk around with dip in their mouths. It was a little distracting.

Over all not bad they just need to slow down some and do a little better job when they vacuum and detail your car. I know its about getting you in and out but when you pay $50 you expect good service...

Great service, nice environment and good prices

I took my vehicle for a full detail and it was incredibly clean. It looked better than when I bought the car from the dealership. No detail was skipped and every inch of the vehicle inside and out was sparkling. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly.

Paid for a engine cleaning as well as the rest of the vehicle.The engine wasnt clean.

This place just barely missed 5 stars for me, heres my experience. The entire staff was very polite from the lady I had called before showing up, to the front desk guy I checked in with and even met the lead guy working on my car, they were all A+. They removed tons of scuffs and old partially torn off stickers, some spilled soda and the stains off the carpet are all gone now and it looks mostly great inside and out. The lady at the end even walked outside and did a walk around with me to make sure everything looked good to me. The reason for no 5 star was I did later find some food and dirt in some small crevices like on the steering wheel and its my fault for not noticing them in inspection to begin with or they would have fixed it no doubt, its so minor that its not worth taking it back since I have kids and it wont take long to get far worse than that soon enough. I will definitely use this place again for detail needs in future and recommend you do as well.

I just simply love getting my car detailed here. Can be a little pricey, but worth it as your car will be looking like new when they are finished. I just need a bottle of the leathercare... Swash Wash hook me up 🙂.

I usually visit the other car wash, but I figured I would try here for the first time. Needless to say I was not impressed. Windows streaked, bumpers not clean, still had dirt residue in bottom of truck, and inside not wiped clean. I will not return or recommend this carwash.

Just got my work vehicle detailed there this morning. Their $110 detail job was amazingly thorough. I was very impressed at their attention to detail. For example, they even cleaned the seat belt fabric, which is something I wouldnt have ever thought of myself. I will definitely be going back there next time!!! :)

Seriously understaffed. Quoted an hour and forty five minute wait for a wash and they were right. I thought they were kidding.Response to owner, my receipt shows 1:47pm. My car was ready at 3:05. The man out front warned me it would be an hour and forty five minutes. The lady who I paid said 45 minutes. I’m not sure why I would need to review your security cameras. The purpose of the review was to to let fellow customers know my experience.

Had a full detail on my car. I had Mark look at the car first because of what could be seen under the paint. He stated it would be no problem. They ended up doing $1400.00 damage to the paint. It looks like they sanded the roof and the hood now is white on a dark blue car. They will not help to fix the damage. Even the people that work there can’t believe the damage that was done.

Horrible place. Horrible customer service.

It stung giving them $33 for the terrible job they did. Waiting for my car, I saw every customer that was getting there car have them redo something. I did as well, but could tell the woman could care less about doing even an average job. I highly would NOT recommend giving Swash your money.

Paid the $35 for the middle service. Did not even get bugs off windshield. Interior was still full of dust. Unfortunately, there was no quality control before car leaves their lot.

I received unacceptable service today. I waited over an hour for an oil change. I was there at 8:00 but didn’t leave until 9:10 and there were no other customers. I received no itemized receipt of the work done and if I hadn’t been honest, I could’ve walked out without paying because no one came to ask for payment like usual. I have come here for years and have really liked their work but I will rethink coming back after today.MARK MADE THIS RIGHT AND WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK!

They always clean my windows well, vacuum well, and I get my car cleaned at least once a week here. Love it! Quick and efficient is always the best and thats what this place offers.

Charles was great and professional

They use high power water to clean under the hood AND inside the cab when you get a vehicle detailed. It caused all the electrical under the dash to get moisture in it & make the electrical system go haywire. Had to tear the dash apart & dry out over 100 connections to get the truck working right. There was still mud under the trim! Definitely wont go back!

We have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed the experience. Today however was different. The prices with Swash are higher but the kicker is after we are in line we are informed the 7 pieces of dog hair on our seat will cost us $5-10 more. Our car is not covered in dog hair. We have a very small dog that on rare occasion sits in the seat. I literally counted 7 Individual pieces that were together where the employee pointed. There are way too many carwashes around to bother going back. Advice - go elsewhere!Response to owner - we were in line for your service. They had to back out vehicles in order to leave. We did leave in a huff. Being told $5-$10 extra for 7 pieces of dog hair is absurd. We did call for a manager after leaving and was told well we do charge extra for dog hair. Feel free to read my other reviews. I dont keyboard cowboy. Most of my reviews on places are very positive but when something is wrong and we spoke to a manager there is this right to post an accurate review from our perspective.

Went today to get my van washed after a road trip. It was pretty bad from kids and a dog being in it. They did an amazing job! You would never have know that two tiny kids and a dog had made a giant mess in there. Everyone was super friendly and kind. I even received a dollar off for ladies day. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and kind since I had never been there before. Doing a great job was nice enough, but the friendly staff really made this a nice place to go to!

Have gone a few times and service is barely adequate. Tires still look dirty, center console not wiped, bugs still on mirrors, and the front windshield had smears on the edges or center. Still had to go home and do my own cleaning after paying for full service.

I went for an interior detail and they did a great job. I would recommend setting aside a bit more time than they initially tell you. My wate was longer than anticipated, but it was worth the great cleaning and the manager personally explained the delay.

I took my car for a wash today. Waited for 45 minutes to be washed. When I got the key, my car was still dripping water, windows were not washed, they smeared the dirth on them, interior was not wiped down. I also had dirth that was not even touched by water, it was completely dry.I hate to be picky, but I was so angry when I saw the poor job they did, that I pointed out 5 different spots where I asked the guy to clean.These people do such of poor job, that I promise you, they could not survive in California, where car wash is very meticulously done.No need to tell that I will NEVER go back there!

Requested interior and exterior wash. Car came out mostly clean. It seems some of workers really dig in and do a good job, and some phone it in (dust still on the dash near the windshield.) Also, Im quite sure I asked for air freshener smelling like lemon, not feet! Extra effort on the exterior definitely paid off though.

This place is a JOKE!! Dont know how to make accurate appointments for detailing. Was told to have my car there at 8am, but 10am wrote in the book. Was told they have a courtesy ride home 5-15 mile distance, that was a LIE! Asked if they offer military discounts, oh yes we do ONE WHOLE dollar REALLY! Oh! did I mentioned I WAS A monthly paying customer, until I was told be the So called manger told me not to come back (which I was not anyways). When I first started going there (approx 6-8 months ago) service and quality of work was great! For the last 2-3 months it has ALL went down hill. BTW, the one star is more than I wanted to rate them.

They were quick and reasonably priced. $15 for interior and exterior wash is a steal!!

I went for a signature car wash today. It costs $40. There was still dust on dashboard. Carpets were not properly vacuumed. There were spots on outside. I have the pics. I dont know how to upload here but will never go to this place again.

I paid for the power special which is $32 and wasn’t done good at all i don’t know if the guy is new but cup holders was dirty still dash board was not wiped down, neither was my doors. For $32 this is horrible

This place really does an awesome job when it comes to cleaning my cars. Fast, Friendly and no matter how busy they are you can count on your on your getting a five star wash everytime. Highly recommend.

Used to be favorite place for washing and detail. Recently, bought out and changed most of everything.Must sit in car until last few minutes.Employees great, but miss items paid for.Hard to distinguish customers who purchase premium service such as Presidential and treated like purchased least expensive wash.Had to return to Express to have car redone.Suggestion, return to previous business model of high efficiency and customer comfort.

These guys were so awesome they helped me with my rental car. I wish I had names they need a raise.

I went in and purchased the power wash, which was the next best thing from the top of the line wash. My car was supposed to be completely vacuumed to include the seats, cupholders (everything was supposed to be vacuumed), wiped down on the inside, protective coating on my dash, (everything was supposed to be really clean). When I pulled up they told me my car was already very clean. I had my dog in the car the day before so there was a little dog hair but nothing bad, they then charged me $10 extra to vacuum the dog hair making my grand total $42!!!!!! I got in my car and I can tell you they rushed through the process and i know for a fact I didnt get what I paid for. They didnt even vacuum my seats, didnt vacuum my cupholders and there was dust still on my dash and smear marks on my windows. I will never go back there again. I could do 20 times better at home.

A bit hard to know what to do if you are new, but they are friendly. Clean the car well on the outside, did a poor job vacuuming and wiping down the interior of the car. Price was fair. They do have a Ladies Day on Tuesdays that offers some sort of discount.

Tried calling 5 different times to discuss your services and nobody answers the phone. Not suprised that your ratings are so low on here.

Took good care of my wifes auto. Washed, wiped down (Ill inside and out), vacuumed and vamped up.
