DONT HIRE- HIRE RESTORATION 1 INSTEAD!!!!! CHECK SERVICEMASTERS YELP REVIEWS TOO!!!I brought in ServiceMaster to do restoration work after some flooding in my house. I have been very dissatisfied with them. When I came home, I found my wood floors buckling. The rug was clearly pulled away from this area, indicating that someone saw this issue and did not do anything about it. They are acting as if they have not seen it, but I am demanding pictures they took before leaving and so far, nothing. I had a plumber out today who said it is very likely their equipment was leaking and caused the damage. They also were supposed to clean up the affected area in my crawl space and my plumber has pictures to show me that they only cleaned out the area right inside of the entrance. I look forward to them taking care of this issues, but Im not confident they will. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Update: after being hung up on by the owner, I drove up to the location to ask for the photos. They were sent and confirmed what was expected, the damage to my home was apparent in their photos. Adam, the head guy in charge in Oklahoma City lied to both myself and my boyfriend and said no equipment was in the area that I experienced damage to my floors. The equipment was in fact there as evidenced by the photos. They also broke my storm door and caused all of the issues in the crawl space. They are a very dishonest company and I would not use them whatsoever. Their response? “We aren’t doing business with you anymore. Call your insurance about the damage”Update: I’ve been waiting on a check from ServiceMaster since early April for damages done. They have yet to send it and the owner won’t answer my texts. I tried to call for an update and was told someone would call me back. I doubt it...Update: Got ahold of owner. He said I won’t get my check until my insurance pays them. Funny thing is, they haven’t even sent an invoice to my insurance. He even accused them of being liars! Anyways, he also proceeded to tell me that the check was just them being nice and they didn’t actually break anything and that he doesn’t actually owe me anything. I can’t even make this stuff up...

ServiceMaster- Do NOT USE. After flooding issues from the winter storm, I hired Service Master to do restoration work to my home. When I returned, I found my original hardwood floors buckling. The rug was pulled off of the area, clearly indicating someone had noticed this issue while at my house. Additionally, they told me they cleaned out my crawl space in the affected areas. I had a plumber come out today who took pictures in my crawl space which is not cleaned out and is a mess. I asked them about this and they simply said “it wasn’t that way when we were there.” Well, I certainly don’t spend my free time in the crawl space making a mess for fun and I don’t know anyone who would. Additionally, there is a very high chance my floors are buckling because of leaking equipment they left out. The plumber can’t find any reason why the moisture would’ve been at that point in my house, there is no plumbing to that area. I have been asking for the photos they took before they left for days and nothing yet.

Everyone we worked with was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They came out the same day we called within a few hours and were easy to schedule with the following days they needed to come. Josh Fisher was extremely nice and efficient at getting us taken care of. My grandmother was very pleased with their work, efficiency and professionalism. Adam Orendac is probably the kindest service person I have ever come across! He explained everything that’s going to need to be done and gave me the name and number of reliable plumbers to repair the leak. He’s very compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend using Servicemaster for water damage!!

This company did some mold remediation for us over a month ago now. They left their machine and they left their mess. We’ve called and emailed multiple times. We’ve been storing their equipment in our garage and I guess we’ll continue to do so until someone returns an email or comes to get it. Very disappointed in their service. At nearly $1,000 you’d expect a bit more professionalism.

Allstate recommended servicemaster to repair the water damage of our home after a pipe leak. Their technicians came the same day to dry the water and get fans/dehumidifiers out. That was nice, done promptly, and the workers were professional. This is where the service fell apart. Servicemaster needed to send another worker out a few days later to get an estimate for the cost to repair the wall/flooring that was still damaged. Took several days for that to happen, then another week to actually get their subcontractor in our home to do the work—only after my repeated calls/voicemails wondering when the work was going to happen. My calls were returned three days later. Once their subcontractor finally came and fixed the wall, he told us they’d need a different person to come and repair the carpet. That was on Tuesday. It’s now Thursday and I still haven’t heard from servicemaster about when the carpet person is coming. I’ve left a few voicemails for the project manager, Adam, and haven’t received a call back. Extremely poor planning on their part to not have every subcontractor already hired/scheduled. Instead, I have to make repeated calls every step of the way to try to find out what is happening, and ultimately to remind them of the work that still needs done. My husband and I have to take time off from work every time they delay this project and have to send more workers in our home. During this time, we’ve had nails, ripped carpet, and a 4ft tall hole in our wall that we’ve tried keeping our baby from crawling near. Extremely unprofessional for such a small project (repair flooring in a master closet) to take nearly a month and be so fragmented!

Service Masters did a great job as our contractor during our home repair following a house fire. They worked with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. Cannot give 5 stars due to some of the labor that was contracted out that was sub-par and not professional quality. However, our contractor did do his best to remedy the situation and make sure we were satisfied and even came and did some of the work himself to bring it to completion.

On their website they claim they do extreme cleaning and a quote from this page Hoarding places the health and physical safety of the occupants at risk by creating a space where mold and OTHER INFESTATIONS developed if the space goes unchecked. However, when I called, they said they do not clean if there are ANY active infestations of any kind. False advertising. I have never known a hoarding situation where there were NO infestations.

First I want to say the young man that came out to pick up the equipment was excellent, he was friendly and polite. The reason. I gave them a 1 star was not about the service that was provided but rather the exorbitantly price. I removed all of the furniture and vacuumed up all the water I could prior to their arrival. They placed 4 fans and a dehumidifier. At my house for a total of 30 mins the first night. I was quoted a crazy price but I felt like I had no choice so I said OK. A very nice person call the next morning to see how everything was going. I asked her if I could talk to someone about the charges. I was told someone would call me. No one called that day. The next day the same person called and wanted to know if someone could come out and check the carpet. Once again I asked if I could talk to someone about the charges. I was told that they would forward the message. The equipment was in my house less that 37 hours a worker was at my house less than 1 hour. I was charged $813.00. I could have rented the same equipment at Crossland Rental for around $300.00.I think this company has great employees but they have exorbitant prices.

This company went above and beyond for my family. They are a 24 hr company but we always felt that our home was a priority to them. Every question and concern we had was answered and met in a friendly and helpful manner. They made sure that we were never in the dark during any part of the process. They helped us through an incredibly stressful time in our lives.Flawless communication!13/10 would reccomend

I gave a 2 because we appreciate the techs who came out, worked hard and we very courteous. We also appreciate what could be dried and didnt have to be replaced. What we didnt appreciate was: 1) a different tech almost everyday, so there was a different evaluation everyday. 2) we gave each tech instructions to call us an hour in advance so someone could be there, since we have dogs, and yet that message was never received. 3) theyforgot about us, several times. 4) we had to call them several times to find out when and if they were coming to do their job. We understand it was a busy time, but we do not understand not keeping in touch with your customer. Had we hired them, instead of our insurance company, we would not have kept them.

I would NOT recommend ServiceMaster Restoration by RSI to anyone! They performed an adequate job in cleaning a flooded basement but grossly overcharged for this service and would not answer phone calls regarding the bill (except the usual you signed a contract and we follow industry standards). They were not transparent about their charges from the onset, had me sign a contract without figures- when you are desperate to have the job done, the bill is of secondary concern, until you receive it a month later...After I posted this review, the company promised to have somebody contact me ASAP. As of now, nobody called...

I worked with Brent and his team when I had a laundry room fire. The entire experience of working with them was horrendous. Not only was the quality of work less than subpart, but when I brought up issues, Brent blatantly lied about me to my insurance rep and was extremely difficult to work with from that point on. The people they had working in my home were not professional, and now I am left with too many issues to note. So much work has to be redone and I have to do it all out of pocket bc I couldnt find another contractor that wanted to come in and fix all those issues. I do not recommend them by any means.

First, I did not have work done by Servicemaster so I cannot review them fully and completely. That said, I am reviewing my communications with them and ultimately why I would not use or recommend them.We had a mold situation arise in our home over the weekend (yes, it can grow THAT fast) that I was seeking remediation for. Their 24 hour line was not answered for starters. That wasn’t awesome but I knew no one would be out that night anyway so I let it go and called the next morning. When I was able to get through to someone the next morning, this person who was only a call screens from what I could tell, asked me for my home owners insurance information - including policy number - almost immediately! Bear in mind this was before I’d been able to even speak with a tech or arrange an appointment to have our home looked at. I had no conversation with a professional, no appointment, and no evaluation, let alone an estimate. Major red flag right there. And thank god I didn’t give any of it to her.I went ahead and left the message to have a tech call me and arrange a time to come out, was told they call back ”almost Immediately” but I had to call them back 4 hours later because I never got a call. I left another message expressing my deep concern about our situation and again being told someone would be calling me right away, and it took 3 more hours before I got a return call. I didn’t answer.By the time they finally called, I’d already been able to contact another company who came highly recommend (and local, not a chain). They did NOT ask for my insurance info and, in fact, advised me not to even contact insurance until I had the estimate to see if it was going to cost more than our deductible to remediate. I was put through to the owner who walked me through the entire process on the phone and he reassured me that if a tech couldn’t be out by the end of the day, that he would personally come by and take a look himself.That company was in my home within 5 hours, and had the bid to me in less than 24 hours. And they are juggling jobs to make us a priority given the gravity of our situation.Ultimately, I’m grateful for servicemaster’s lack of follow through. It gave me time to get my senses about me long enough to realize that any company asking for an insurance policy number before even scheduling an appointment to come look is not a company i want to do business with.

We had a tub leak that resulted in damage to our hardwood floor. Service Master came right out and assessed the damage. They were very clear about the process, our out of pocket expense, and the schedule. Their containment staff were all very kind and professional and they were respectful with our property. Having to deal with this kind of issue can be frustrating but Service Master made it much more bearable- I would definitely recommend them!

Our experiance with Service Master RSI was a 10 plus. Quick responce to take up our water soaked laminate flooring throughout the whole house from a water leak and dry out the sheetrock and wood from deteriorating quickly. Pleasant managers and employees made us secure that everything to the smallest detail will be taken care of without us having to lift a finger. They even hired the best tile layer in Oklahoma because there will be no laminate flooring in our house again. My recomendation is if you need a restoration done, use Service Master RSI.
