If you wanna work and not get paid then work here lol its a joke dont hire these people.
Jenkins Restorations is a wonderful company. They restored my mothers house and did an outstanding job. They cared about the project like it was their own home. They were quick to answer all of our questions and did as superb job with our home! A+ company!!!
We recently had some major water damage at our rental property. We were going to go with a private contractor, but we opted to go with who our insurance recommended which was Jenkins. Huge mistake. We thought that the process would be faster and make it less inconvenient for our tenants who had to stay in a hotel during the repairs. They came in, tore up our floors and told us what they found. I thought we were off to a good start. Cut to three weeks later and NOTHING has been done. We tried in vain to contact our property manager for 10 days with no response. I called the manager and got no response. We finally heard from the property manager who said he had a personal emergency. That’s fine, but no one could tell us that? The current situation is our tenants have broken their lease due to the excess time of repairs. We called to talk to the manager about the timeline and how we now lost our tenants due to their sluggish work. He was dismissive and actually told us that tenants often move out during repairs. I would think that would be their experience due to the way we have been treated. But a reputable company would not think that was ok. Needless to say, my husband mentioned contacting his lawyer and the manager freaked out and said we were threatening to sue him and dropped us as clients. After we signed a contract. This entire situation has been a nightmare which was exasperated by the incompetent people at Jenkins. Stay far away from this company
The worse experience I’ve ever had. Our insurance assigned them. The water clean up went well. When it came time to replace cabinetry and make repairs everything went downhill. It seemed they were upset that we chose to have the company that installed our wood floors refinish them instead of Jenkins and basically refused to take action to start the cabinet replacement. After two months I contacted my insurance to let them know that nothing had been completed and they wouldn’t take action. Jenkins then assigned a “new” project manager after calling me and “wanting to make it right”. The manager also asked me in this same phone call if I just wanted to contract it all out myself. I refused. After meeting with the new person he asked again if we wanted to contract it all out ourself. I refused again and they said they would have to resubmit with our insurance as the previous person under bid it. After three weeks of no action, he calls back to say how busy they are and that we would be better contracting it out ourselves. I again refused and called my insurance company back. After the insurance rep contacted me they said Jenkins couldn’t do the replacement for what they submitted because of extras I wanted. Complete lies! I was supposed to pay out of pocket for any changes to the cabinets. My insurance rep completely agreed and assigned a new company and submitted an inquiry to investigate everything. In summary, Jenkins continually pushed me to contract the repairs myself, refused to resubmit with my insurance company, lied and wasted over three months of my time. Through this entire ordeal I was nothing but cordial, respectful, and nice. They had every opportunity to fix their mistakes but didn’t. In the end it seemed they just didn’t want to take the job since they wouldn’t get the money for the floor repairs and it wasn’t worth their time.
I got a lot of help from Adam, who walked me through several repair options so I could choose the one best suited for my plans. His honesty and professionalism made me feel like I had a friend in the restoration business. Thank you for the peace of mind!
We have received the best customer service yet from two men Jamie and Dan. They have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about any question or concerns I had. These lovely guys showed up on time every time, to the tee! I highly recommend these two friendly and helpful guys to anyone that’s having a problem with their home.
My insurance company referred thus company to me they came out and quoted me a price of 2000 then neve showed up to do the work. All of a sudden Covid19 hit and the company shut down. Once they opened back up they called me and told me they lost all my information and assigned me a new manager who quited me a much more expensive price and said the person who quoted me the 1st price was fired. He told me my insurance was still paying the new price which was a lie. They also had me sign the contract under false pretenses stating they would finish the work wgis is not finished and they tried to take me to court for the money they told me was already paid. Not to mention theb1st person, who they claim they fired, left me a message telling me my insurance paid the 1st amount and also sent more money to them for the 2nd amount! This company is a scam and do terrible work which they dont even finish i still have spots on my floor not done.
The care and thoughtfulness on their behalf was unmatched by anyone I’ve encountered in this industry. Their supervisor, Adam, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work and made sure my concerns were acknowledged and rectified - not that there were many! I will recommend to anyone needing repairs!
Very professional. Know their business. Dealt with all problems and Dan and Nathan were extremely accommodating and polite. I wanted to adopt them both. Would definitely call and recommend them to all. Thank you for your quality work.
Adam was very profession, very thorough and discussed our options in detail. We had been referred to a wood floor specialist who is installing and maintaining gym floors across the state - including OKC Thunder. When I said we had decided to us him, he took it in stride and wished us well.
In business, your reputation is everything. So, when Jenkins Restorations flat out LIED to a customer, the world needs to know about it.I had some water damage at my home and called my insurance company on Friday night at 8:36 PM. The insurance company set up an emergency service with Jenkins Restorations -- as such, Jenkins Restorations was supposed to call me within 90 minutes, and be at my house within 4 hours. Jenkins Restorations did not call or come out to my house on Friday. On Saturday at 11:23 PM, I called my insurance company again. Again, they told Jenkins Restorations to provide emergency service. Again, Jenkins Restoration did not contact me or arrive at my home.On Saturday at 3:25 PM, I called my insurance company again. A Jenkins Restorations Employee named Quintin told the insurance company he had tried to call me twice on Saturday -- yet, no missed calls on my cellphone, and no voicemail (this was Jenkins Restorations first lie). The insurance company again told Jenkins Restoration to provide emergency service. I was told Quintin would call me within 15 minutes, and I was given Quintins phone number to call him in 30 minutes if he did not call me.Quite by magic, Quintin called me at 3:50 PM. Quintin told me he tried to call me twice earlier today (this was Jenkins Restorations second lie). When I told Quintin that I had no missed calls and no voicemails, he changed his story and (probably) told me the truth...Quintin said he had two employees out this weekend, which left only him to do all the work, and its been a crazy weekend. Ok -- so, finally the truth comes out.Quintin went on to tell me it would be Monday before he could get anyone out to my house. He actually asked me if that was alright. I told him he should not charge the insurance company (or me) for an Emergency Service call, and he told me he was going to charge the insurance company for an Emergency Service call!I said, I dont think it is fair for you to charge for an Emergency Service call when you didnt do anything.Quintin responded, Im sorry but Im going to charge the insurance company for an Emergency Service call. That is just how the world works.I fired Jenkins Restorations on the spot and called my insurance company to suggest they do the same. The insurance company has opened an investigation for insurance fraud. To be clear, 44 hours after the Emergency Service call was placed, Jenkins Restoration never visited my house. Jenkins Restoration did not call me until 44 hours after the Emergency Service call was placed. Yet, Jenkins Restoration was going to charge my insurance company for an Emergency Service call which required them to visit my house within 4 hours of the request. After the lies and the attempted insurance fraud, I would never let Jenkins Restorations in my home. I would recommend the reader be extremely cautious.
Adam Braley was very helpful and responsive in working my project to completion!!! His professional attitude and decorum is outstanding and males him a pleasure to work with!!!
I called Jenkins Restoration in regards to water damage from my bathroom which had seeped into the carpet in my closets. They did arrive promptly shortly after my call. However, the two employees had no idea how to read their piece of equipment which, supposedly, was supposed to locate the water under the carpet. They quoted me a price which they referred to as “ the worst case scenario” and seemed to find it rather humorous...repeatedly telling me simply to file it with my insurance. They pulled up my carpets and carpet pad and the next day my trim and drilled holes in my vanity. They were supposed to return the following day but let me know at 4 they wouldn’t make it. Of course, they attempted to charge me the “worst cAse scenario” price! However, my boyfriend arrived in time to look over the situation. The trim was left standing which, had it been wet, would have caused it to warp ( the company admitted this). They ruined half of my Sheetrock removing the trim that didn’t need to be removed. They also left half of the carpet pad which ended up being dry, although, they repeatedly told me it would all need to be removed to avoid mold.In the end, I’m left fixing a bunch of things that didn’t need to be ripped out. They did agree to charge me only a fourth of the price after having these aforementioned things brought to their attention. I think it is extremely sad that this company feels it is okay to completely take advantage of people in horrible situations. I have pictures which I would be happy to share. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! FIND ONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES!!!!!
Bruce Godwin and his crews were so comforting with there expertise with refurbishing our home in Shawnee. Our home was set on fire 3 times in a month and the professionalism and skill were unbeatable. Thank you Jenkins for you help in redoing our home and making it so beautiful. Thank you Bruce Godwin for your professionalism.
They never told me the cost and never sent me an invoice after assuring me that they would take care of it. They ended up sending me a collections letter without an invoice. They have since apologized and said they have corrected this issue with billing. I hope no one else deals with this billing inconvenience.
Bruce was a great rep and assisted with all my questions. A few minor concerns were addressed quickly and some last minute changes were made with no question or delay. A slight delay took place when the co. experienced some subcontractor issues, but it was back on line as quickly as possible. Im very satisified with the completed building.
This is absolutely the worst company with the worst business practices I have ever encountered. They are dishonest and they do a horrible job with follow up. A job that took a week total left my family and I in a Hotel for 3 months. I am still finding issue with their work. Do not I repeat do not use the Jenkins Restoration service in Oklahoma City.
I was assigned Jenkins Restoration from my insurance company to do water clean up and restoration after a pipe broke in my home. They subcontracted the clean up work to Chemdry of OKC and they did a horrible job. I ended up canceling the entire project and dealing with this company. I hold Jenkins responsible for making the decision to part out the work. Be cautious of who they send into your home.
Absolute professionals, these guys showed up and took care of my water damage within a few hours of getting the notice.
They have bent over backwards to help our church with our water damage clam
Quality and seriousness. My best recommendation
