Had Bill, the owner do some work around my house, including reapplying some silicone to the bathtub. The tub leaked and drained down into our first floor kitchen, ruining our sheetrock etc.He wont stand by his shoddy work AT ALL, and now wants to blame my kid for overfilling the bathtub which didnt happen. Find yourself an actual professional if you want work done. Like the first review said, hes a conman. STILL WAITING FOR HIM TO CORRECT HIS WORK.

This man and his so called “crew” do not even deserve a 1 star. He is a complete con man that took completely advantage of my inexperienced mother that had never done remodeling before. He would have my mom front him money every week to pay for supplies and labor. In total he worked on her house for 3 months and not one room was done except for a small guest bathroom. The tile hasn’t even been layed for 8 months and the grout is already cracking. The man who layed it and was working for him told him that BILL would have him regrout every time my mom was coming out so that she wouldn’t see the grout cracking. We have Lowe’s receipts where this man bought “supplies” that never even showed up to her house. In example a $300 led light, and bought 7 faucets and there are only 2 bathroom faucets in her house and a kitchen one. My mom was inexperienced and didn’t notice these things and trusted this man was doing his work. He is a complete con man that did SHOTTY work and stole from my mom by purchasing things for himself and his own use. DO NOT USE BILL. Once my husband and I stepped in and helped her and got her lined up with a legitimate contractor, they had to go in and fix all kinds of things. He said this was the worst work he had ever seen and someone was clearly taking advantage of her.
