Not good, no follow thru. Cant even return a phone call and making excuses.

I posted on a site requesting a call to get a appointment to get a quote for your service on siding i had a person call me. However I was on the hiway and couldnt answer the phone at that time. I did pull over and tried to call him back but he didnt answer so I left a message on his phone to call me back. I still havent received a response from him or anyone I know a man that had his windows and siding put on his house the crew did a excellent job and i wanted to get my house done also but looks like Ill have to go a different routeThanks and have a great day

Sold me home windows and never got back to fix them

The guys that came and installed my windows were very professional and quick! They answered all of my questions. They cleaned up all the debris and left me with beautiful, clean and clear windows!!!

My husband was standing on the porch when their salesmen arrived at 6pm. He took 1 glance at our large front single paned leaky 46 year old windows and asked whats wrong with these windows? My husband told him they are old and leaky, We want to replace them before we sell. The salesman told us we would be better off going to home depot or lowes. Dude didnt care about making a sale or saving us A LOT of money. 😂😂😂

False advertisement on whole house siding and windows !!!! 2 separate sales men reported the windows and siding were for small home flips and rent homes not residential owners!!!!! If you cant stand behind your product, maybe you should not advertise it!!! I will take my money to a company who is honest.

The number one company in Ok NO More!! Came out for a quote for windows and as soon as he set foot on my yard he said “you don’t need to invest in windows you need to replace your roof your house is so old and when I see this, this(with a wave of his hand ) extemly judgemental, arrogant and rude. I said one you don’t know if we have other arrangements with other people to do the roof. 2 are you here to replace my windows or pass judgment? He continued to say he would probably have to turn me in to the EPA for asbestos he also went on to get crazy and shaking with anger when I told him I didn’t appreciate his approach to trying to sale me windows his customer service is absolutely Neil! He screamed at me” you invited me in to your house I did not burge in”I said “ I called you for windows end of story yo can’t help just shut up and leave my property” he left waving his arms up I the air and screaming” you are not my boss you can’t fire me I am at the Bethel scuool district” so I am here still in shock over this very crazy man sent to give me and estimate. With obsolutly no idea or respect for customers or their properties.

As a woman I can purchase a house, buy a car, etc.... However, I can not even get an estimate for a patio cover from Community Builders without my husband present. I do not even want this type of company to step foot on my property. What kind of company is this. I am appalled, just can’t say enough about how terrible I think this company is!

This company is pass awful. I feel they need to be put out of business. A person came out to talk to me and my husband to give us a quote. We like the price so we agreed to invest in a sunroom with extra concrete. The contract stated the sunroom would be put in six weeks after we was approved for financing. The personnel who actually installs the sunroom never came out to re-measure for the proper fit. Weeks go by. I call to see what is going on I keep getting the run around. I text the sells rep because he would not answer his phone and told him I want to cancel my order because they were not able to deliver as promise by the deadline. First he told me I could not get out of the contract. I informed him I have a voicemail stating they would have this done by the second week of May. So if they can not deliver then contract is null and void. Then the personnel who install the sunroom finally came out and measured for the room. Two days later they tell me the can not do the job because of financing. They stated they would not get the full 13000 they would only get 11000 from the finance company. Now we know this is a lie. They just could not deliver the product on time due to incompetent workers. Never use this company. Better business bureau will be hearing from me.
