Haleys did a GREAT job at our business office. They were quick, clean and detailed. The flooring looks great and they did a bath remodel as well. The service and pricing were very competitive. WOULD RECOMMEND.

Worst experience ever. After hours of looking at carpet I found what I wanted. The same color and nap was available in two different carpets. One had a manufacture flaw that was hard to detect but was much cheaper. Its was shown to me by the salesman and the flaw was explained but I didnt want it. I chose the more expensive carpet. The installer came after I had moved all the furniture and he did a good job. But then after it was done and I had moved all the furniture back I looked at the back of a scrap of carpet and saw the number was wrong. They had installed the defective carpet but the paperwork was for the more expensive carpet. I started looking and found the flaw, I was not happy. I went to the show room with the paperwork and scrap wanting to get paid the difference in cost and just keep the flawed carpet. I really didnt have time to move all the furniture and take another day off from work. The owner got mad and said they would not refund the difference and the only way he would fix the problem was to replace the carpet with the correct product. I explained that this would not work, that I didnt have time to do that, but it didnt matter. I could tell that he knew they had installed the wrong carpet. His attitude was ridicules, I mean fighting mad ridicules, over this. My offer to except the wrong carpet and just be reimbursed the difference was in his best interest.I will never go to Haleys

I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my personal experienceWe contracted with Haley’s Carpet for a full interior paint job (trim, ceilings, walls) and re-tiling our entire house. The timeline was April 23rd-May 23rd 2018 and was time critical as I was (and still am) in my third trimester of pregnancy. Jamie Hubble (the owner) was thousands of dollars over the agreed upon budget and was late in her delivery. She also installed the wrong tile and was unable to order the agreed upon tile. Therefore, we were pressured into a last minute decision with the whole house wood look tile that we selected.We also contracted with her to do handyman work, which she sent me a very large bill for but would not show me the receipts to justify certain line items on the invoice. Instead, she sent me a very rude and unprofessional email telling me that she had it with me. I ended up paying all the bills regardless of how ridiculous I thought they were, just to get rid of this ongoing situation.However, part of the agreement was that Jamie would leave all remaining paints from the job at our house for touch ups. When we called her crew back in to touch up warranty work, they used the wrong paint color on the ceiling. They used the remaining paint left over in our garage that was labeled “Half Edgecomb” (our chosen ceiling paint), however the paint was clearly too dark in comparison with the rest of the original paint job. When we went to touch up other ceilings due to installing new light fixtures in our hallways and bedroom, we used the remaining paint also labeled “Half Edgecomb” and found out that they did not provide the accurate ceiling paint for touch ups and mislabeled what they in fact provided to us. So now we have 4 rooms with mismatched ceiling paint. We now need to call in a handyman to rectify the issue, which will cost hundreds of dollars more, and we have no idea how to match the paint color that was actually used by her crew.For almost $30,000 in work i would at least expect to receive the correct color touch up paint.

Caleb, who handles the phones lied to me about our appointment, when confronted about it the next day, he quickly bs’d his way to his boss about our initial appointment conversation . When the lady, ( manager ) came on the line didnt like what I had to say, she started bs’ing also . . After a few more minutes of mopping the floor w her head, she had finally had enough and hung up on me . Very poorly run company . Don’t do business w these shysters
Well I tried to buy locally and it really screwed me! I purchased some boat carpet about two weeks ago so I could have my boat ready for my family to go to the lake for Fourth of July weekend. I was told that it would be ready in 4 days. I just called again today and its still not ready. They messed up and told me they couldnt get the size I needed so I was nice and adjusted for them and Im pissed. When I call the rarely answer and when they do they are rude. I said hello I would like to know if my carpet came in and before I could give my name was rudely told well I dont know your name so give it to me. Just order carpet from cabelas its cheaper and only takes two days. Sorry Hayleys you lost my future business.... Thanks for ruining my kids 4th!!
