Brandi cut mine and my 4yr old sons hair for us yesterday. She was awesome with him even though he kept wanting to move his head and look around the place. Her patience was appretiated, props to her! We both love our matching mom/son fades and will be back just for Brandi

Ive had two cuts here before that were good but Im leaving a 2 star for my last visit because I was turned away as I walked in the door shortly after 5 oclock. Apparently no appointment necessary and open until 6 PM doesnt apply to walk-ins. Would be good to know that before making a trip.

Great experience, first time going there. Cut my hair exactly as I wanted it (maybe even better haha). I just got the triple play as I think its good enough. The barbers/hair stylists are very friendly and the cut doesnt take too long (maybe 10-15 min).

They did a wonderful job on my hair. I am very pleased!! Ill be back!

This location has the best haircut/customer service of ANY of the Sports Clips I’ve ever been to. Be sure to request Shannon, she will treat you right. I drive 25 minutes out of my way just to go to this location. Yes it’s that serious.

I showed up to get my hair cut at 1:41pm on a Saturday. The sign was lit up saying “Open” and it was well within their hours but nobody was inside and the doors were locked, lights were off. I ran a few errands and came back and hour and a half later, still locked, lights out and nobody there. If you’re not going to be open when you advertise, at least have a sign stating you’re not open today.

Drove to location. Locations closed. Please update google so Im not driving 45 mins for no reason. I understand there is a pandemic but it would be nice if you updated your hours of business to reflect it.

Been going to sport clips for over a year now and this experience by far was the worst. I had a longer wait than usual which is fine I get seated and we confirm what haircut I want and what package I’ll be going with, I get a half on the sides and trim on top. Well this time I get a half only half way up and trim everywhere else. I have a nice ring ALL THE WAY AROUND MY HEAD since it wasn’t faded properly and in that time I’m getting clippers crammed into the side of my skull where my head is completely tilted were it’s about 3 pounds from breaking point. I’m sitting there thinking maybe she doesn’t know her own strength?! I ask for a triple play so I can get my hair washed and that did not happen. She asked if the haircut was okay and me being the type of guy not to complain I went with it, it grows back whatever. I’m thinking we are about to wash it boy was I wrong she asked if I use any product in my hair and I said no thank you and then proceeds to ring me out instead of washing my hair. I don’t know if she was having a rough day? I don’t think I offended her I barely said anything for the most part? I paid and tipped. I really shouldn’t have. I’m not one to make a fuss but I think it’s time I find somewhere else to get my haircut.

Theyve always done a pretty good job with my hair. Cuts have been quite consistent despite using different stylists so thats why I keep coming back. Wait time is decent, if you check in online it helps with that.

My husband and I went there so he could get his haircut. There were 2 people waiting when we got there and 2 names on the list ahead of us. Another guy came in about 10 minutes after us and they took him before my husband. Not sure why because no one said anything to us. Wouldn’t have a problem with them skipping us if she had given us an explanation.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Im just gonna come out and say that I dont like the business model of having an overly friendly all-female staff trying to push overpriced services and products on you. Its clearly how theyre trained which makes it kinda gross. Speaking of prices the cuts can get very expensive. Their top-shelf cut is the MVP and comes with a massage. First and foremost its not worth the $50. Second the fact youre getting a massage while simultaneously being pressed to buy expensive hair product is uncomfortable. I dont necessarily fault the staff for their tactics. Its clearly how this company does things and I understand its business. Ive gotten a couple excellent haircuts here so the services themselves arent bad. The way they are presented however is problematic.

Stylist did a decent job, and was pleasantly personable. The environment was nice, definitely better than a budget haircut place. That being said, its a pretty pricey haircut by my standards. Ive gotten the same quality cut from a budget haircut place. You pay for the environment.

Went in about an hour before close on a Friday and was welcomed immediately. Lynley was my stylist and was beyond amazing! She asked what I was looking for and received a perfect cut. If I could travel here from Boston everytime I needed a cut, I would. I would highly recommend Lynley to anyone and suggest SportsClips do anything to keep her on board.

Not sure what to think. Always have had heavy turnover with the stylists but I had always had decent haircuts and the stylist always asked what I wanted and how I would like my hair cut and been more than willing to trim my beard.This seemed to change yesterday. The stylist looked at the information on my account asked if wanted the same thing and even though I said yes proceeded to cut my hair the way she wanted to not how I wanted. Unfortunately it cant be fixed as the excess that was cut off cant be replaced which is bad as I dont have that much hair to start out with.She also would not cut my beard instead used that guard to take more hair off the top of my head. Once they start kind of hard to stop them since part of the hair was gone might as well let it match all over. A new military recruit would have longer hair than I do currently.Not sure I will be back as recently any stylist that knows what they are doing does not stay.

Alayana is an excellent mens hair stylist. Savannah also does a good job. The improvement I would suggest would be to add someone with a barbers license. It would be nice to have a straight razor option.Ive seen complaints below, but I dont understand why you would publicly complain and call people out by name when you ended up with a free haircut on your next visit. I have had one unsatisfactory visit here (out of a dozen or more visits), and management sent me out a complimentary coupon for my following visit. That was good customer service to me.Also, you do have the choice to pick your stylist when you check in.

Worst haircut and service of my life. My hair stylist lifted the body cover and got hair all over me. Never even apologized. I’ll also have to go somewhere to get my hair fixed after getting a terrible hair cut after wait over an hour.

I had Stephanie cut my hair. She was very careful, caring and precise with my hair cut. I was in and out of her chair (with the MVP Experience) in less than an hour. Im from out of town but Id definitely recommend coming here

I took my four sons in to get haircuts and only one of them got the haircut they asked for. One of my sons is still crying because I specifically look for his hair not to be cut, just trimmed and the barber cut most of his hair off!! Another barber fixed his edge up but you cant replace hair once its already one.I will not be back!

Ive made the mistake of giving them four (4!) chances to cut my hair correctly. The easiest cut of all, the high and tight....each and every single time they have messed it up, either chopped my bangs off or showed complete ineptitude of a proper fade. Dont make my mistake, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS LOCATION.

I went in at 10:30 a.m. Signed in and it said the wait would be about 27 minutes. I ended up leaving after sitting around for almost an hour and a half!During that time, one of the stylists couldnt even finish one persons hair. The person asked for a 2 on top and a fade, an hour and a half later, she still wasnt finished! This was clippers only! She didnt even have to pick up scissors! The little tiny blonde girl knocked out 3 people in that time and the other stylist couldnt finish 1.I had to leave because I wasted an entire lunch break and then some (1 1/2 hrs total) waiting for my 27 minutes.Please employ more people or employ competent people. That wait time was ridiculous and it wasnt even close to accurate.

I love the sports theme and clean space. I was greeted w a great customer service. The ladies were friendly. I even learned that savanah moon has 2+ years experience.. but resulted that my hair was not evenly cut. Savanah left my hair longer in the area where jew put cap on... so it looked like a had a cap of hair... I came in the next day and asked if those was what they learn in school, they saidno. Then corrected my hair cut and gave me a free haircut which ended up look good.

BAAAD..My husband just had a haircut over there and everything went wrong.the older lady with blond hair clearly didnt understand what he wanted,now i have to repair his hair at home,my husband would have done better job at home by himself,he just doesnt have a time for it.Her attitude was bad,left all bunch of hair on my husbands white tshirt didnt even care,took her forever to check us out,AND,the best part,my husband is not a complainer,so he didnt say anything bad.but he gave her 1,5$ tip(she didnt deserved anything at all) and when she was counting the money,she just went REEEEAAALY??!!! People!!!!dont,just dont go there,unless you get other stylist!!!!!

This sport clips location is horrible do not get your haircut here the lady can not cut your hair and Id put a picture along with it but it wont allow just to show how she totally went up my head like it was a lawn with a lawnmower

Retraining is needed. Asked for a high fade. Got some type of uneven mess with no fade whatsoever. Worst haircut Ive ever had.
