I got a haircut two days ago and went to pay and they had an error on their end and wanted me to swipe another card. I should have not taken their word and trusted it but I did and now have two posted transactions. I physically show them the transactions all for them to tell me sorry nothing we can do. Now I have to call my bank, fill out a dispute form, and close my card. Surely after showing proof of a duplicate charge a refund can be issued. Always be sure if theres a problem check your account first because if theres any issue theyre not going to help you fix it

I had my haircut at another location and it was done horribly, it looked awful so I went in a d explained to Tanya what had happened and she did a great job fixing my hair and she was pleasant and showed concern for my hair. It looked great and she will be my new regular stylist.Thanks Tanya

I’ve lived in OKC for about 2 years. The first year I drove 90 minutes to my old stylist that I used for a decade. I finally was referred to this location by a friend and randomly tried 3 new stylist before finding Ali. Ali is personable, friendly, and a talented stylist. I can say with confidence that I’ve found my new stylist. Today marked my 3rd visit with Ali. She already has my cut memorized and it the conversation was like catching up with an old friend. If you are looking for a bee stylist I definitely recommend asking for Ali at this location.

I was 25 minutes away and the wait was 25 minutes. I asked if I could check in over the phone and they said “No, we can’t do that…” okay, lost a repeat customer. Bye

No appointment necessary directly from the website. It is becoming a regular occurrence lately that I cannot get my hair cut, or like today a two hour wait! Dont forget, no appointment necessary is part of why this business model became successful. First words said when I walked in today was, did you make an online appointment? I can make an appointment anywhere, for less money might I add. Every other hair salon/barber in town says walkins welcome, yet they realy are not. This is what used to make Sports Clips different.

Megan was my stylist and she was awesome. The perfect amount of small talk and great tips on caring for my hair as I grow it out. She also gave an awesome massage during the shampoo, better than any other stylist Ive had at SportsClips.

Friendly staff! Good work. Clean facility.Only thing I would say on the negative side, I was being pressured to purchase different hair products despite declining the first time.Aside from that! Great visit!

Whenever you go in and ask for a low fade with a 0, blended, rounded and cleaned up on top and they give you a box flat top. I wont ever go back!

A hair dresser named Colleen was very rude. She should not be working in public. Maybe just having a bad day. So will pray for her.

Every time I’ve been in there I’ve asked to please not make it too short. My hair was 4.5 inches and I asked to have an inch taken off and have it blended. The past 4-5 times I’ve been they have basically given me a buzz cut. I had to just keep my mouth shut and get up and leave. They used to be great but now they tend to do whatever they think would look good instead of what I ask them to do with MY hair. I’m done coming here.

I have found Dallas to be excellent and Ariel a close second. You cant go wrong with either of them. The online check-in isnt the most user friendly at times. Ive been there right on time and was passed. Ive also been there early and had to wait 30 minutes. So, that could use some tweaks. No complaints on the staff though. I find them very friendly.

The ladies in there are awesome!!! One of the best benefits of Sports Clips is that you can check in online through the app. It allows you to see which stylist are available and even mark which ones are your favorite.

Just got the most jacked up cut from sport clips on 27th and Western. I just said yeah it looked good and left. Im going to a different barber in the morning to get it fixed.

They have very nice and courteous people and they do a good job cutting my hair. Parking is limited and at that corner, it is difficult to get out.so far I have gone three times with two of the times having a wait of about 40 minutes. however, one time the wait was less than 5 minutes.all of my visits were in middle of the week around 4:15 which seems to be a very popular time since it is after school. i was trying to beat the after work crowd but no luck. There is an online check in which I have not used.I just want to be able to drop in and get my haircut since I want to get my haircut between errands. if i want to make an appointment i can go to a stylist.

Checked in online. Walked in and verified I was on their screen and was showing I was on deck and was skipped over and removed from the list. I was told I would be next and then was skipped over again. Will not return. Hair cut was good but not a good experience due to the scheduling issue.

Andrea is one of the best in the biz. Cant wait to let the beard grow out and put her in charge. She has great suggestions and brings you into the conversation of grooming without intimidation. Have already sent several referrals and they are just as happy.

I have been going to this Sport Clips for over 8 years, except for a couple of times when I tried the Moore store. Yesterday I arrived and was told to sit and they would be with me in a moment. They said the wait would be 20-25 minutes. I watched the stylists cut hair and slowly clean up after each customer. In the meantime, 4 other customers come in and were greeted by the stylist registered in the computer. After about 30 minutes, the question was asked Is everybody checked in? I said I hadnt been. The stylist put my name in the computer and I watched as person after person was called before me. Unprofessional! When I got up to leave (over an hour of waiting) the stylists asked what was wrong and I explained. She said she would get me right in as soon as the other stylist come out of the restroom which she had be for 30 minutes. If you want a good hair at a reasonable price and you are willing to wait for a really long time and be disrespected, this is your place

Usually a good haircut and very friendly staff. If you move up on the menu theyll give a wonderful head/shoulder massage and was.You can sign-in online. If you sign-in when there the board will show appropriate time for your cut.

Been doing my own haircuts for 10 years. Decided to switch it up gave sportclips a shot, they did a good job. Have gone back twice since. The price is cheap, the wait is usually short, very close by the house. With the app, really takes any wait out of question.

This store has been a semi regular stop for 10 years. I have walked into other barber shops from coast to coast and asked for a 2 1/2 taper block and use the thinning shears for the bangs and received a predictable cut. Not today, it looks like Im about a week into boot camp. The store needs better training for new hires because not all cuts require electric sheep sheers. I should have known something was wrong when the young person didnt reach for the scissors. Before I knew it, a landing strip had been cleared in the jungle. At least the wedding is a month off. If I ever return, Ill bring a picture of what I want to use as an example.

Andrea has been cutting my hair for almost a year, she has been great! Never trys to sell me extras I do not need. Always a smile, and a good time when I go there. Highly recommend asking for her.

Great place

Having to change places after going to the same place for 18 years, I tried this place out by default. Ive not gone anywhere else. The new automated check-in and the video board with wait times makes life so easy. Ive had multiple hair stylists and havent had a bad cut yet.

Very poor. My hairstylist Aaminah had no experience and had to ask other people how to cut my hair and was very rough and gave me a bald spot and then blamed it on me. Cut it way too short and then dumped hair in my lap at the end. Definitely will not return.

Took my grandson in for a haircut this was his second time. I asked to get same lady to cut his hair. She told me she couldn’t do it because she was leaving after her haircut she was doing. So I got someone else who done a great job but we left out and sat in the car waiting on his dad. The girl that said she was leaving never left and another guy came in and she did his hair. I can see her not wanting to do his hair if he was difficult but he’s not. I just don’t understand why she had to lie. Will not go back to that location again.

Bad experience with one person in particular, who managed to cut both of my ears a few months ago. Still hasnt healed for some reason, but I doubt its on them. The haircut, at least, turned out well.

Horrible, and I never even stepped foot inside at that. The barber that I normally go to forgot that we had an appoint, so and I didnt have time to wait so I called sports clips and got called mam, then got hung up on. So I called back thinking maybe it was a mistake, I ask how much a haircut was which she told me, then asked if they could do a good fade then got hung up on again! So I guess they didnt want my business!

My husband and I went to the western location today for hair cuts on our sons and for my husband. My husband recieved a haircut from the stylist Aaminah. I have never seen a more shameful haircut. His hair wasnt not faded correctly nor was the line in the back straight. Also the fade into his bread was way off. That wasnt even a the worst of it. If you dont know how to cut a mans beard you have no business messing with it! Not only did she take ALL the length off, it was so poorly lined up, and had uneven length gaps in it! I personally had to fix it after going home.Ariel is normally the person we use to get the haircuts/ beard which she does an exceptional job. Dont let Aaminah touch your beard guys, unless you plan on having to cut off the entire thing!

The hot towel, scalp massage, face massage, hair wash was the best part. I liked the shoulder massager ok too. I love going here for the MVPs. It is a cool place for a person to get a hair cut and pampered a little. Andrea was the person who has cut my hair. She did a great job both times and remembered the way she cut it last so it was easy to deal with. I think I am going to request her since they have the new machines that give you that option. I just know that if I request her she will do a quality job every time.

I gave it two stars because the atmosphere inside is really nice, but I really dont care what the inside looks like.Price: $18 is to expensive in my opinion, especially for a BAD haircut.Quality: The attractive woman with blue eyes (Malia) did a pretty bad job. A number of coworkers have told me she butchered my hair. She gave me the High & tight cut I asked for except way to high on one side, and to low on the other side. My high and tight is crooked, tipped to one side on top of my head. I mentioned this, she sort of tried to fix it but didnt. She is beautiful, but cannot cut hair, so I imagine they keep her employed to add to the visual appeal of the place. Eye candy for what is a mostly all male clientele.

My husband cut his hair here and they made a mess of it, couldn’t even form a straight line and his hairline was trimmed back a whole inch. also he paid 30 dollars due to the fact he was pressured to wash his hair even though he repeatedly told them he didn’t want that service. The lady practically told him to sit down anyway, and then she asks if he was going to leave a tip out loud so if you say no or dont think the service was up to par you have to agree because then others will think you’re the bad one. Never going back

From my last 2 experiences with my son:Slow service, slowly cleans up before they get to you, possibly understaffed, personnel has an I really dont care attitude.First time was great, but last 2 times were terrible and uncomfortable. Wont go back. To each his own.

Arrived at the south location admittably not but 10 min. Or so before posted closing. Although the doors were already locked enen though the open sign was on and customers were inside. I made eye contact with an employee, who was unwilling to even come to the door and advise me they closed early. Instead turned to pretend I was not their. in my opinion a terrible business model.! Both ungrateful and disrespectful ! Regardless they have lost all my business, including my family.

Horrible opposite of professional. The slowest place never go there. They told us a 10 min wait after 45 min they called the person who walked in after us. We never got a haircut. Instead we watched the staff move so slow, complain about being tired, and go on breaks.
