I took my 7 year old daughter there to get her hair washed, trimmed, flat ironed and styled. The 2 stylist was professional, well groomed, neat, friendly and the stylist who worked with my daughter was especially patient with my child. We will return back to see her. It’s was a pleasant experience. I am pleased. I don’t remember our stylist name but I promise I will be back to list her name soon so to be continued...

Kaylie has been doing my hair for years and I have always been happy with her work. She has cut, colored, styled and high lighted my hair many times. She definitely knows what she’s doing and that’s why I won’t go to anyone else. She also has done my makeup for special occasions several times and I love that she doesn’t over do it. She’s always been professional and her personality is the best, very easy going.

Absolutely love Jamaal. He takes time to hear your thoughts, concerns and then takes time to assess your hair and gives you recommendations based on all of it.

I booked a cut and color with Trey. He did an awesome job and I’m extremely happy with his work. Not only that, he recommended some great products for my type of hair. I was referred to him by my aunt and I would recommend him to anyone else!

I moved here from California and was extremely nervous about finding a new hair stylist. I did go to quite a few places before I found this place. Trey is absolutely the BEST hair stylist around! I trust him whole heartedly with my hair for cut, color, highlights, and style. He knows what hes doing and is very honest. I can go to lots of places closer to home but travel for Trey to do my hair.

I usually have a edgy look and and this is the only location I trust and I drive from Delcity to get services over the years and I always feel my best after leaving, today is my birthday and Im having a cut and color.

Horrible job i called in to book appointment got there at 2pm she didnt take down my information about the appointment I had to wait an hour to get my hair done and when it was time for my cut she rushed through it and top of that i hate the layers I got done they look extremely choppy will never go back again

Came in as last minute with green hair and due to change if jobs, i needed to change it to more of a normal color. I was hoping for red but she told me that because of the green it would only turn brown. So she found a color that met my needs. It ended up a dark auburn at the roots and faded to a dark chocolate at the bottom. I LOVE IT !!!!!!!!♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡. I forgot her name but she was super sweet and helpful, she was by herself on a monday and worked her butt off to get me and a couple other taken care of.

I only go to this salon to see Trey. He has cut my hair for the past five years. I followed him here from another salon. I have never had an issue or witnessed any form of unprofessionalism towards any clients and the atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly.

Trey is the only person I trust with my eyebrows! He gets them perfect everytime! This is the only location Ill go to!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! So rude and unprofessional! Their stylist scheduled me for 9 am! When I got there I had to wait an hour for them to tell me they don’t open until 10 am! And I couldn’t be seen until 12! They are so unorganized and unprofessional rude people. I will never go there again!

Found this on Google Maps browse through the pictures and decided to definitely go here just so happens the stylist that did that haircut ended up doing my hair and OMG Layla is freaking amazing I have never ever had my hair looking and feeling so great highly recommend going to see her and I will be back when its time for touch-ups

Worst salon experience ever!! Kaylie Smart was my hair dresser. The worst service, rude and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this salon! They are unfriendly and gave the worst haircut. I went in with medium length hair asking for a small trim and I am left with short hair up past my shoulders, and it is uneven and choppy. I am very upset! I was never offered a hairwash, even though it was included in what i paid, and when I asked why I didnt get my hair washed and a hair massage, she said no one gets the wash just the cut. Very unprofessional. Worst service!

Customer service at this location is poor and staff is untrained. I have been refused service because the stylist on duty was doing a side job will at work, i have been unable to get my eyebrows waxed because the person didnt know how, and the have jacked up my hair to bits...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

I raced there after work in Spencer to get my son a haircut for his new job and got there 22 min before they closed. The stylist was sitting on a bench texting on his phone. We were turned away bc the guy was waiting for someone else to complete their shopping and he said he wouldnt have time and was already gonna stay late. My sons hair takes all of 5 minutes to cut. Now theres no time to go anywhere else.
