It was kind of a mixed experience, Robin was extremely helpful and pretty much helped me in every way she could. I think she was awesome, the woman that checked me in was a different woman.She was older (50-60) and heavyset. I had spoken to Robin over the phone before coming there and after waiting to be called up to the counter for almost 30 minutes I was hoping I would go to her but instead I went to this older woman. Immediately she challenged whether I should be there or not. She claimed I didnt have the right documentation to get my car tags.. This is the day after Robin told me over the phone I had everything I needed and to come on in.. She seemed very rude and gave me the impression she couldnt wait for me to leave. She told me I need to come back after I have the right paperwork and there was nothing she could do with what I had.I basically had to argue with her that Robin said otherwise.. After Robin basically vouched for me, the old woman practically snapped out of it and started being nice and friendly all of the sudden. After that I didnt have any issues in I got taken care of everything I had come in there to do. Though I cant help but wonder how the experience would have gone if Robin wasnt there, or if I hadnt already spent hours on the phone tracking down exactly what I needed..Overall its a decent place but Id say your experience will certainly vary depending on who checks you in, if I go back I would definitely wait to go with Robin

Robin is the best ever, but the other staff are great too. Covid-19 has made things difficult for every tag agency, but Quail Tag handles things as quickly as possible and even though there was quite a large line of people today, they moved through everyone quickly. I keep going back for the great service and friendly faces. Thanks Robin!

Pros: they know their stuff!I stopped in to renew my tags. The place is run very efficiently. Covid safety measures are in place. My family has been renewing our tags here for a while and its always easy peazy. The ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the pet friendly vibes.

Was very unnecessarily rude and loud to my elderly disabled mother right in front of me. One older lady in there to be specific had a nasty attitude from the beginning, because my mother did not know how to do something. She felt that she was being spoken to like she was an inmate. I regret taking her there. She told the lady that I had something to be notarized next, but I said never mind to avoid being treated in a rude manner as well.

Staff is friendly and the place is cozy inside. And even though they looked busy when I walked in, I did not have to wait long.

Fast and easy to work with. I went to the place without any appointment, and I was taken care of within 10 minutes.

The staff isnt the best, but also not the worst. The place is spacious and waiting area clean, and theres plenty of seating. However, there is no organized queue, so its kind of a free-for-all/ honor system regarding whos up next.Although the person who assisted me was very swift and helpful, I noticed some employees prioritize phone calls over the person in front of them.

Also, the decor is AWESOME...AND the best part is you get to pet dogs and eat candy. If you don’t like dogs and candy....you might be the one with the issues. Just try it....pet the dogs, eat the candy, sit back, relax and slow down. Life will become much better for you.

Helpful quick got the job done and a timely manner

The two women that I spoke to on the phone were very helpful.They were about to close in 30 minutes and they still provided exceptional customer service and answered all my questions and plus more!This tag agency location is the true epitome of what people still want even if they are requesting help and a service last minute.Compared to the other tag agency that I previously got off the phone with that told me to call back in 40 minutes which is when they close and did not provide any help and clearly did not want to be at work. Quail tag agency was great!

Its very simple why this is a 1 star review. Customer service from this establishment is poor at best. One specific individual at the counter is very rude and downright disrespectful to customers. Makes me feel as if my business is not wanted. Will drive out of my way for futures tag agency needs.

Went to get the number plate for my new car at around 5 pm in the evening. Even though there were lot of people in Queue and the Tag Agency were under staffed that day I was able through the line within 30 minutes and get my Tags.

I needed to get OK tags for my car that’s insured in another state, they would not take a compliance letter like every other tag agency in Oklahoma. As soon as I walked in they seemed unwilling to even look or listen to me.Classen tags helped me no problem with them at all, so maybe this establishment has a thing against Latino customers, regardless if anyone out there needs OK tags, tag agencies DO accept compliance letters from your insurance company just not here and not if you’re brown apparently

Worst professionalism I think I have ever seen. Walked in and saw all the chaos with dogs everywhere and the lady that acts like she owns the place, which she probably does is the most unprofessional. She is loud and obnoxious. After 15 minutes of no help, more into their animals than their customers, I just walked out. Trust me they dont care either. I was not the only person frustrated. Went to Westlake on NW 122nd. Much more professional!

These people on here are liars or just prissy cry babies, dont listen folks and discourage against this business.I was just there it is just as clean as any other place if you want some fancy corporate office looking place go to one, this is a small privately owned place and it is up kept to the standard accepted.Ive been to plenty of T.A. it is at the government owned levels on that respect.The staff was very energetic, polite, professional, dressed well, knowledgeable, friendly and made it super fast plus easy.I didnt have my registration from other place didnt matter she didnt even mind, the ladies are tech savvy you can use your insurance phone app and show verification for the renewal of a tag.She corrected a address error on the system that was FROM A GOVERNMENT OWNED T.A. I previously went to for last year renewal, so everyone makes mistakes even these better places you jerks keep preaching about on these reviews.People are human just like you so chill out, I literally watched 4 customers renew their tags and leave within 10 minutes I was out of there in 15 mins. I have watched another 5 walk out with their renewals while typing this review in the lot.They are not slow, these people may have came on a bad day which everyone has one of those days; remember that folks.Id recommend this place to anyone for a quick renewal and good experience, I will be coming back.Now for Ids and DLs I did not bother to ask about it however, if this is a privately owned business and the owner doesnt make a reasonable profit or it is a hassle for the operations of this business to make a profit.. I dont know why this place is called a tag agency. My appt to get the RealID is in December. My current license expires this month October. I needed to update the address listed on my current DL and according to the Department of Public Safety, could do so by going to a tag agency or mailing in paperwork. I had a few moments and opted for the tag agency route.Though I was greeted pleasantly, the moment I sat down to speak with someone and explained my needs they immediately said they didnt have the equipment....I said I understand you dont have equipment to do the RealID I already have an appointment.... can I please update my address to which they repeated they did not have the equipment.I see three computer monitors and am trying to give them money to pay for the regular ID before mine expires in one week but instead I get handed a green piece of paper and informed all other locations are now closed.Was also planning on getting getting a Pike Pass, but as the three women chimed in at once all with different versions of the same rejection I could sense that my business was not a priority.....and leaving quickly became mine.Thanks for NOTHING!!!

Old lady working the desk was very rude and then told me the cost was $800 more than the place i went to after. This place will never have mine or my familys business again.

They don’t know what they are doing over there. Over charged me for a notary fee which my lawyer already had notarized. Also charged me a fee for transferring a title that my wife and I were already on together to get both of our names on the title for our trust.

Probably the best tag agency I’ve been too ever. The staff is so awesome. They went above and beyond to help me out. My insurance didn’t give me the proper documents to apply for a salvage title and they went as far as calling my insurance and actually took the time to wait to speak to an agent and told them specifically what they needed. Usual places would make you leave and come back with the proper documents. I would highly recommend this place if you aren’t sure what needs to be done. Very knowledgeable staff!

Went in to plate a new vehicle. Arrived around 5:15. They only had two people working. We finally got to the counter around 5:55. I asked about the reduced price registration due to the vehicle being modified for handicap. The elderly lady who was helping informed me that isn’t a thing. I questioned further and the owner corrected the employee and showed her the correct form. She looks at the clock and says ugh this and it is 5 till 6. I get it. You are about to close. We came in earlier and had to wait. If you don’t like your job maybe find something different. Then we went to get our Choctaw plates and we asked if they had handicap Choctaw plates. Again the elderly lady said that wasn’t a thing. I informed her I had talked to the tribe, and it was on the OK.Gov website. We finally got that sorted out and realized we didn’t have current Oklahoma insurance. We also have residency out of state which is where our policy is from. No problem our bad we will change the policy. We will not return here to get the tag though. I hope you learn how to do your job and have some customer service or move on to a different position.

Weve come to Quail several times over the years primarily because they stay open later than many other tag agencies.The work body turns over a lot, a mother daughter duo seems to remain consistent, the mother can be a bit sarcastic with customers.

Rude and inefficient! I have never seen such a sight in a tag agency in my life. When you go in there are a room full of waiting customers and you have no idea where you are in the line. The workers do not greet you. There were five clerks all working super slow, one was gorging on a banana while talking. Another clerk was answering phones while helping a customer at her desk and was very rude and abrupt on the phone to a customer while claiming the customer was rude to her and wanted to argue. Super long wait... By the time you do get some help it is 30 to 45 minutes later and they dont even treat you like a person! Ive never seen such a sight! Dont go here it is a waste of time!

I read through some of these reviews and I have no idea what in the world they are talking about. I have been to this location twice and the staff, both times, were very helpful, kind and professional. I didnt have to wait long at all.

These people are very friendly, was able to call them and they quickly answered and gave me a quote over the phone. When I arrived they were very friendly and efficient.

I have been to this tag agency numerous times, but the customer service seems to have taken a nose dive over the last few months. The latest incident means I will be trying some other tag agencies. I did the super-convenient CARS online renewal. Quail Tag mailed my sticker, but somehow my name was in the address area, so it was returned. Quail just kept it. They didnt try to fix their error, even though they had my information. Finally after driving around with an expired tag, I emailed them. No response. So I called. The line was always busy. Until they kept me on hold for 15 minutes twice and disconnected the call both times. I finally talked to someone today, and had to wait another 15 minutes and then another 10 minutes when they asked someone important if they could resend the sticker. I guess if you are able to go to their office, you might get good service, but dont count on being able to resolve anything if you have to be at work. It shouldnt take an unanswered email and about an hour on the phone to fix something that a proactive, customer-focused business should have corrected automatically.

If I lived 50 miles from this agency Id still drive here to get my tags or Pike Pass upgrades. The people at this location are quick. But its not about quickness. What makes them superior is the fact that they really care and they treat you with respect. along with having a great sense of humor. Do yourself a favor. Give your tag business to a location that goes out of their way to provide great customer service. I know Im just a name on the internet ... But I cannot stress how great they are. Make my 5 stars into 10 stars and thats almost enough stars. the single 2 star review below must have happened on a bad day. I know we can all have them, but Ive been to this location no less than 10 times over the past few years and the 2 stars is definitely an anomaly.Keep up the fantastic service Quail Springs Tag Agency!!!

Really disappointed with the service here. The only reason I went here is because it was close to my house, but in the future I will go out of my way to go to a different tag agency. I have had to go in 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Not only is the service bad but 2 out of 4 women who work there are extremely rude. The one lady that I dealt with mistyped my name, tried to blame it on me even though she had my drivers license and insurance verification with my name clearly printed on it so when I received my new title the name wasnt correct. And I gave them a lien release form, which she lost and I had to go all the way to the bank which was an hour away to get another one. They are extremely disorganized and take no responsibility for any of their mistakes. So I go back and have to wait an hour just for her to tell me I have to wait another week for my corrected title to come in before I can get the lien released. It is pretty frustrating and it took a good hour out of my day. Oh and not to mention it seems like every time I go there this lady is sick and coughing and sneezing everywhere. If your sick and cant do your job correctly....go home.

Apparently they dont do drivers licences, as Ive been told all tag agencies should be able to do. I know they did in the past since I had my first licence done here. Now there is just a bunch of flyers with a note that it is important if you need a DL or ID with other tag agency addresses with no explanation. No reason to come here for any reason if they might just not do things other tag agencies do.

This tag agency treated me as if I didnt have proper insurance because I had a screenshot of my policy. When I attempted to log in my app to show the actual picture, the employee (an older prejudice looking lady) whispered in my face to her coworker that I probably dont have insurance. The person she whispered to gets on the loud speaker and announces that you need to have your stuff ready before you come to the window. I was so embarrassed and angry I asked for my license back so I could go elsewhere.. the teller hands me my stuff back and says Byyyeeeee and they both chuckled as I left. I felt targeted because they were snoody white women who judge me from the jump. Never again will I return. No wonder they have 3 stars... ladies, try to humble yourselves and please know that you should not judge people and you will not be judged but since you did I made my assumption of you as well.

My car was totaled in April and I have had to go to several tag agencies trying to get everything taken care of. Quail Tag Agency is heads above all of the others. They are courteous, accurate and extremely fast. They value your time and do not waste it. They know exactly what needs to be done and do it. They also provide very helpful information that will make things easier for you. There is very light and friendly atmosphere in the office.I will never go to another tag agency again.

DONT DO DRIVERS LICENSES! Awful experience!! Rude people. Slow! HAHA While they may have signs that say they dont do licenses, you couldnt find it amongst all the other papers and hand made signs made from markers. Kids screaming, no proper line order. You want be a tag agency so make it your public service to do drivers licenses for a measly $2 a pop and keep making a killing on everything else. Boom Roasted.

I just received my title from bank today this tag agency was the one who put my lien on my title they did this without having my name on my title or the title even being notorized. That is not allowed per the Oklahoma Tax Commission If they are doing this incorrectly it makes me wander how many other things they do incorrectly. I work at a tag agency therefore I know they should not have put this lien on the title without the assignment being fully filled out completely.

This is the most well-run tag agency with most considerate, nicest group of people to take care of our needs. We drive past at least a half dozen other tag agencies to go to this one just because of the way this group treats their customers. After years of rude behavior and unkindness at multiple other agencies, it is certainly a treat to receive such excellent customer service!!!

Every time I go in the ladies there are very nice and get me in and out as quick as possible! By far the best Tag Agency I have ever been to! Not to mention they bring their dogs to work which is just awesome!

Charged 3x for excise tax. Went down the road, and they charged the correct amount no hassle. If you give them a call during most times of the day, the line is busy. They do have some good people here, but the people with power are rude and tired of the job it seems.

Stopped here to renew my tag but accidentally left my insurance verification out in my car. It would have taken 30 seconds to grab it but the lady (I believe she is the owner) decided to roll her eyes and ask “Are you kidding me?” on top of the attitude she already had from the moment I sat in front of her. They were slow and yet she felt the need to be rude to me for having to wait MAYBE 30 seconds. I decided to just take my business elsewhere. There is another tag agency on the same street barely 2 miles away, save yourself some time and a headache and just go there.

This happens within the last 5 minutes. My dad just renewed his car tag last month but had not received the registration paper so asked me to go get it for him. I called the tag agency on Broadway in Edmond and was told that I can stop by any of them to request a printed copy, which costs like a buck.I stopped to this location (Quail tag by the mall) since I nearby and the lady who helped me (older lady wearing black rim glasses right in the middle facing the wall) was practically yelling at me for daring to request such a thing. She kept asking where did he renew his tag and repeating in the most demeaning way that they should be mailing it to him, then tossed the paper at me when she printed it.Maybe that was my fault that I interrupted her lunch since she had her taco salad wide open right in the middle of the desk in front of the customers?? Or had she always been a miserable old trashy hag?

What can I say... Everyone at Quail Tag is CrazyAwesome! They know their stuff, they are friendly & Fast! And the dogs make everything better! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have tag agencies closer to me than this one, but I love this one. There is almost never a line and they are quick and competent. I think that since I only have to deal with them once a year the competent part is the most important. Other agencies are unwilling to help out with errors on their own part but this agency fixed that problem even though it wasnt their issue.

Slow paced, terrible attitudes, they have a serious sence of entitlement, the blond especially thinks shes gods gift to the world. I have never been treated with such disrespect. If i could give them no stars i would. It is not clean and they allow employees to bring pets. Not like service animals like regular pets which would be cool if they kept the place clean and didnt leave it smelling like a dog Kennel.Policies are what they are and i get that but when you dont convey the requirements of the policy to start with and then try to threaten the customer with voiding the transaction because your being questioned about what seems like extra fees is where i have a problem with your nonexistent customer service the whole thing took 2 hours just to get 2 vehicles registered. Way to long.

I called the Quail Springs Tag Agency. The woman who answered the phone didnt mention her name but I needed info for my cousinregarding the documentation she needs to change the name on her drivers license from her old married name to her new married name. The woman was beyond rude. When she told me the documentation I needed, I asked if she needed her birth certificate. She rudely responded saying, uh no her birth certificate has her maiden name and we need her married names. She made me feel so stupid so I said I just wanted to clarify cause someone else told her she needed her birth certificate. I thanked her and as I was thanking her, she hung up on me without saying a word.

Way more interested in their personal conversations between employees than helping customers. Also went there on my break from work and am coming back with dog hair all over my back because all of the seats are covered in hair.

Called and they said they dont renew drivers licenses. 3hrs later at DMV, the lady stated that all tag agencies renew drivers licenses. It is very dissappointing that a private business is not up to the standard. I would not recommend!!

The tag agency is in a very busy shopping center, but I have never been to one that was as fast and as friendly as that one. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It is worth going out of your way to go there.

Always Friendly Staff and Good Service

Called to make sure they were still open so I could get a new ID. However, they failed to mention that they DO NOT PROCESS DRIVER’S LICENSE OR IDs. I was already cutting it close with time but since they didn’t inform me of that over the phone and I drove all the way there, I now have no time to go to any other locations because of their horrible customer service.

They dont do drivers licenses. Theyre open later than most but do not come here for a drivers license. Thats just dumb.
