I went in to renew my license and the old lady at the desk only had one man to take care of when I got there (I wouldve been next). She told me she was busy she wasnt busy at all. She told me I had to come back 8:30 the next morning to sign up for tomorrows list. Tell me what reason could she not sign me up for the next morning while I was already standing there instead of telling me I have to come back 2 more times the next day? Not everyone can afford all those trips!!!! Kenny Skaggs agency will NEVER see my money again. BEYOND FURIOUS!

We went to this tag agency on Friday, September 3, 2021, arrived at 4:20 pm. A woman staff came out of the office and told customers in line that they weren’t taking people that had titles to be transfer for a new vehicles. Kenny Skaggs closes at 5 pm, so why can’t they do their jobs? There were about 10 people waiting in line. This place is always busy, every time I go there. We went to another Tag (Northwest, I think) agency and they took care of our tag needs. No wait, no other customers, there.

Great service. Went in for a title transfer and it was very quickly done. Excellent customer service. Make sure you go EARLY!!! People were lined up for drivers license they didnt get in because there was a daily quota. By the time I left the tag and title line, the line for that had filled up too!

We bought a used vehicle and went to two other tag agencies on two separate occasions that could not complete the registration and title transfer because their system was down that shows the cost. Went to Kenny Scaggs Tag Agency and they took care of it, immediately, using the purchase agreement. The lady that helped us was wonderful, expedient, and informative. These staff members clearly have a lot of experience and know what they are doing. Thank you for making our very stressful day better.

Theyre very professional, as always. Fast, knowledge full and polite. Its the only tag office I use. No disrespect to other tag offices, theyre just my favorite.

The lady who answered the phone is in need of serious customer service training. Her tone implied she was annoyed and did not have time to answer questions. while I am attempting to ask questions from someone who should be knowledgeable about titling and registering, she was rude, impatient and unhelpful. There is a way to treat customers, even if you do not know the answer, or if i am asking a question that should be better asked to another agency 10 out of 10 would not recommend

Honestly, it wasnt that bad. The ladies were nice and friendly and got everything done in about 20 minutes. Had to renew my drivers license, got there at 4am to ensure a spot.

We got there 6AM for the driver liscece, #9and 10. Patience a must. We got called in at 11 am, the older lady that helped us was very kind😀

Called up there, in the middle of me asking my question I was interrupted and they just said “hold on.” Waited on the phone for five more minutes and was met with another rude worker. They didn’t answer my question and I hung up after getting even more attitude.

Very professional establishment and friendly staff. Always very informative on the different services. The service is fast, even with the guidelines of covid.

They do not advise of accurate times. There customer service is very bad. They tell you two hour wait and turns out to be more than 5 hours long. Very rude and unprofessional.

My 70 year old mother and I waited outside for a drivers license for and hour and were turned away. I understand new OTC rules but you need to come up with a better system. Draw a number or something to let people know they are waiting in bad weather on their day off for nothing.

I got up at five got there by 715 waited outside in the cold untill 830 counted everyone in line because they only take 26people regardless of why ur there. I was 23 in line when they opened the doors everyone keeping their selfs warm in their cars got out and hit the front door not fair for the people waiting out in the cold and really not fair for the ones who had to get a ride, walk or bike it there plus really needed it so me and my son could get into a shelter so imagine my dismay

I waited in line for 10 mins for an employee to tell me that they are done taking customers for the day at 2:00 pm when they stay open till 5:30 pm. I have gone here since the 90s for many different things but will not be back again. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a smooth experience.

Worst experience ever. Called to confirm closing time (they close at 530p). Got there @ 410pm. Stood in line for over 40. minutes and didnt get any help. the ladies took over 20 minutes to help each person... the line moved 1 time. The older lady who sat at the pikepass window just watched all of us (15 people in line) and didnt do a thing to help except let us know that if your transaction wasnt started by 5pm, they wouldnt help you. Dont waste your going there. Ill go out of my way to to another tag agency.

The lady running the front answering the phones is rocking the place. Love this place get you in and out and very knowledgeable about everything you need to know in the department

I called before I went up here for this reason right here. I had someone watch my babies so I can get my Id they told me the first 26 people yesterday I was person 22 got up there 6:45am waiting they opened at 8:30 and come to find out they moved 5 people to today from yesterday so it took the 5 from the today amount if they are going to do that they need to stay on top of the amounts for each day because its messing people stuff and time and that is so unprofessional on their parts. They need a better system if they are going to move people to next day and still tell people same amount and it is not. It makes it hard on people who changed there whole schedule I would of been seen if they didnt move people when they ran out but today they didnt do that so why one day do this and another do something different how is someone suppose to know if they change it and make their own rules daily.

My whole family has been coming here since the mid 90s and dont see a reason for change. I got my first ID made here and drivers license so it holds good memories...

I wish with all my heart that I can give this place zero stars! There is only two people in front of my husband and we’ve been here for an hour and a half just so he can get his ID updated! I understand with COVID-19 going on that businesses have been trying to keep up with the social distancing but come on now really? This lady doing IDs and drivers license is trying to be friends with everybody that walks up to the counter having full on conversations like people don’t have things to do! And it doesn’t help that everyone that works here is just plain rude! If you can, avoid this place at all costs!!!

If you are trying to get your drivers license you have to wait in line . We arrived at 7 am and there were already 8 people in line and the place doesnt open until 8:30 am. Once we they open at 8:30 am they come out and let the 1st 5 people in then give you a piece of paper to fill with you name and phone# and tell you they will call you in a hr and a half to come back in and then wait to get your license. If. You have tags yo I can get those done as soon as they open .

Wouldn’t let a mother stand with her daughter and had them stand 6ft apart even though they live in the same house and came together. Yelled at each other about it in front of a full group of customers. Especially Linda (I think that is what her name was) she was incredibly rude and hateful to both her coworkers and the customers. Not professional and not a good environment to have to wait three hours in. Yes THREE HOURS to get a license renewed. That’s it’s own issue.

Thank God for Kenny Skaggs Tag agency. Ive been needing my real ID for basically since they launched and everyone is booked up for 1-3 months. KS says no appointments, get here first come first served. So I got there before they opened and was treated to very polite and helpful crew. One lady ran my tag renewal while I waited in line and the lady doing the Real ID was plugging away at the tedious process of entering and scanning everything. This place is just saved my month.

I called asking a simple question. “Is there availability to make appointments for license renewal or is it first come first serve” and the lady who answered stated in these words “No it’s a 3 hour long wait, and we don’t do appointments. If I could give this zero stars I would have. Extremely unprofessional people. They don’t value anyone else’s time and even when it’s their mistake they try to blame it on someone else and you have to waste more of your time for their mistakes. I waited up there over 2 hours to get my license renewed the first time and wouldn’t you know it they messed up on my address and 30 days later I went back up there and waited over 2 more hours, only for them to tell me I would have to wait the rest of the day and May or may not get my license!!!!!! Place is ran by a bunch of old dinosaurs and their equipment is also ancient. Don’t go here if you need something done it will be a waste of your time and money. That’s $40 I won’t be getting back because I’m going to have to go somewhere else just to get my license. I did my part I should have never had to wait like that for a second time.

They werent taking anymore customers for drivers licenses in the afternoon. They only take cash for drivers licenses. They were not friendly. Told us to come back in the morning and that we would probably have to wait 2 hours outside to come in and then another 2 hours to get a license. Wow, we wont go back or recommend them.

I always felt like they are so slow in taking care of customers. They only have atleast 1 or if your lucky theyll have 2 people working and their not really friendly and sometimes just rude. I went to another Tag agency down the road closer to my home but they were terribly busy with only two employees the line was so long the building was very cramped, so we decided try another place which led us here. Im very satisfied with my experience here. I will use this Tag Agency again in the future

I have had great every time I’ve came here for my tag and title purposes but I recently went to get my drivers license renewed and before I could even say Hello the curly brown haired lady very rudely said “I’m doing something here go back and I’ll call you when I’m ready for you”. I came to Mac’s tag agency down the street and they were very kind and efficient, I will not return to Skaggs.

I cant speak to the other reviewers experiences but I can relay mine. I have used Kenny and his tag agency for many years and for multiple cars. Kenny, the owner, has taken time to educate out of state dealers who are not familiar with the Oklahoma tag laws when I bought a car out out of state. He has helped me when I had questions about registering autos at an out of state residence. I have always been impressed by his employees efficiency and courtesy.

Rude Lady on the phone! I wanted a quote on how much my new trucks tag would be (my first buy) and I had no idea what was needed. I asked if I had to bring in any paper work and she replied, Well, if youre gonna do it... Wow.. very unprofessional. My car buying experience was very nice and I dont need this negativity to ruin my day. Thank God for reviews!Edit: Also forgot to mention that she hung up before I could even explain it was my first buy and thats why I didnt know what paperwork was needed!

This tag agency is a joke. Its a thrift store slash tag agency. The notary named Kim is a joke. Asked me what I needed notarized and once I proceeded to explain what she needed to notarize she said she wasnt interested in knowing what she was signing she just needed to sign it. Once she signed the paper she then proceeded to ask questions of what she was signing, informed her that if she wouldve allowed me to explain to her she would know. You could seriously take any piece of legal paper to this lady and she would sign her life away without knowing what the hell she just signed. Very unprofessional and questionable when it comes to work ethics.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Im active duty military that lives out of the state and I was TRYING to work with them to renew my tag. I called to ask for the process to renew my tag and the older lady not understand the process herself began yelling at me. When I asked to speak with someone that could help me with the process, she seem offended which made it worst for me. So today I called Tinker Tag agency in Midwest City and 30 minutes later after providing my required information my tag was in the mail. A big thank you to Terry at Tinker Tag.
