It was easy to make an appointment a couple of months ago to get my license renewed. Today, I walked in to get a new tag and title and the wait was short. They are professional and efficient.

Needed to renew my drivers license. I was told that I needed to make an appointment online, on their website. There is a link on their home page to schedule an appointment. If you click link, it will take you to a field that shows available appointment times, but has no clear directions on how to make one. The only clear thing is, that they will charge you $5.00 to make a appointment.(which I would gladly pay, if I could figure out how) I tried everything, but was unsuccessful two weeks in a row, and now am looking for another, more professional tag agency.

This is the fastest tag renewal experience I have ever had. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! And there was a line ahead of me! Highly recommend!!!

We had a really good experience here! My fiancé had to do the tags and title for his car and we actually originally went to a place on NW Expressway (can’t remember the name) but they were closed on Memorial Day Weekend so we stopped by Classen since it had to get done that day. We were a little nervous since usually these places don’t have good reviews, etc., but we were pleasantly surprised. We were in and out within 10 minutes. They were quick and efficient. I’d come back here!

They charge unnecessary additional fees for holding your appointment for renewing your drivers license and other services that are required by the state. Go somewhere else if you can.

This was my first experience with a tag office in OKC and I was very happy. There were a lot of people inside, but the staff were efficient and got through everyone very quickly, so no one had to wait very long. They were also very kind and helpful!

Walked in with the title to a used vehicle I bought - walked out 10 min later with my paperwork completed and a plate for the vehicle.I even had time to go grab lunch before returning to work. Thanks, folks.

Thank for the best service there, I never want to go to any other tag agency. They had the best secure and safe place for us during this pandemic, I came there last week and see the young lady she cleaned every chair after working and when I asked to help she was very nice and gentle said thanks to me many times. Just sometimes I got into the busy time the manager there I did not remember clearly she just keep yelling at people I just don’t like the way she talk and tell everyone have to do what she just said! Oh maybe you are the good one but not the best one. OK?And this afternoon I just came in to renew my tag again the customer is just waiting for something but she still keep talking to sb or on the phone and let the customer stands there with the lady look at her try to ask for the help!

Classen tag agency might as well be called CLASS tag agency. They were efficient and helpful in getting my license renewed. Only took a few minutes! Great service 10/10

Went in to get a new sticker for my license. They respected social distancing and I only waited a couple minutes to be helped. The employee that rang me up was super helpful and knowledgable.

This is the third year in a row that we have renewed our tags through Classen. We are a military family and live out of state, but my husband is still technically a resident of OK. Every year, renewing our car tags with the military affidavit form through Classen has been quick and easy. They are friendly, and have great customer service. We plan to renew with them every year.

I called to see if I needed to schedule an appointment to get a real ID. After waiting for someone to answer for 10 minutes, someone picked up the phone and confirmed I needed to make an appointment. They are scheduled through September 8th. I said great, I wanted to schedule an appointment for their next availability. She said they aren’t taking reservations, except on Mondays at 9AM.....that seems extremely inconvenient. I asked her to confirm that appointments are only taken on Monday’s at 9AM and she said, “yes.” Talk about making things as complicated as possible. Pure ridiculousness. Very short on the phone and rude.

This location was not busy and there were no lines. It is necessary to make appointment to get a drivers license or Real ID.The staff was patient and helpful.

My first visit here surprised me. It was the first time Ive been to a tag agency with no wait. Staff were nice and super quick. If youre looking for a tag agency to get you in and out fast, this is it.

Ive always had a good experience when Ive gone inside the tag agency!However, I recently used the online portal to renew my registration, and I had a few issues with the process. To start, I wasnt shown the total that I would be paying when my payment information was submitted. There is a chart to reference the scaled prices but the amount billed to my card the next day was much higher than what was shown in the chart (I assume late fees). Second, I never really received anything in the form of an invoice or receipt that told me what exactly I was paying for. Perhaps the information is there somewhere, and I am missing it. But I am leaving this review because in my opinion the online registration option could be very useful if those issues were addressed

Classen Tag agency is pretty fast in providing service. There are multiple customer service people who take care of car tag, driver license and other documents. They have a sign in sheet where you need to enter your name and work details. They maintain a serial number for providing service. The customer service is excellent here.

This is the best tag agency I have been to in OKC. Its SO convenient that they dont close until 5:30pm. I was able to come by after work and was out of there in 10 minutes! Fast and efficient!

Classen Tag Agency is like finding a secret, little gold mine. I almost hate to tell the world because I dont want the secret to get out to too many people just in case they get too busy to give me such great and efficient service, and they do just that! I dont know why anybody would go elsewhere to get their tag renewed for sure. They are awesome!!!! After reading other reviews, I came back to edit my post and say I am very impressed with the owners responses to any of the less than 5-stars reviews. After waiting on hold for 40 seconds I was nervous to get good service. I had some questions I really need an answer on the spot and Jessica helps me with a professional tone and got right to the point on my title questions. Very nice we can do things online, as Ive moved out of state! Glad I called; I can now protect myself after selling a motorcycle. Called back in because Im a silly guy and another lady super nice!!!

I come here often for company fleet vehicles updating. The people here handle a very challenging workload of demanding people and stay smiling. I now bring my own personal vehicles documents here because they get you in and out. Ms. Hoang and her stay are pretty awesome.

I have used Classen Tag Agency to renew my vehicle registration for five years now. They make it so easy to do online. Saves me time and a drive up there to do it. I’ve never had any problems at all with transactions and my registration usually comes in the mail in two days.

Usually I would agree with every one but appointments are impossible to get, all i need to get is ID Replacement and keep having to wait to even book an appointment. i honestly am thinking about taking my longstanding business elsewhere. Been Coming here 6 years!!

I had an unpleasant visiting with one of the staff and reviewed here before. However, the owner, Jeff, contacted me personally to hear out my experience. He was very caring about customers. Not only did he strive to understand, but he promised to talk with the young staff not to ignore customers’ questions. He also offered to refund the price difference between their shipping charge and USPS rate. His caring attitude is impressive. I would come back in the future.

This Tag agency is great! I love this place. All the people who work here are really nice. A week or so back I brought my elderly mother in to renew her tags. A really nice lady by the name of Doborah Rock works there. She helped my mom. Shes a little disorganized with her papers and Me. Rock waited patiently and helped her sort it out. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and my total time to complete this rather simple procedure was about 8 minutes from walking in the door to walking out. The lady at the drivers license picture was slightly rude with her comments and could not manage to multi task. Expected better service and her coworker next to her even tried to help a little that is why i even gave a star. The owner called me back immediately and was very concerned about my problem. Apologized for his employee and assured me he would properly address the problem. So i really appreciated the actual concern!

Unnecessarily rude customer service and poor communication of instructions, making a slow process even more inefficient.The owner, Jeff reached out to ask about my poor experience and provided the means for a positive future visit. Since we have to visit a tag agency at least once a year and this is the most convenient location for us, acknowledging and addressing our negative experience ensures we will return.

So updating my review. This is a good Tag Agency...but whats with the 2 ladies always harrassing one of the employees? In front of customers? She does a great job and is thorough. I always see shes working hard. There are these 2 ladies always telling her in front of customers rudely by the way that shes slow, or take over in the middle of her working. Or in front of customers tell her shes doing it wrong. My stuff has never been wrong. To me they seem to be bullying an elderly worker. Not very professional. But I guess in todays society the younger can get away with picking on the elderly. Very sad.

Ive been using these guys since I moved to OKC almost 8 years ago and have never had a bad experience. Can they be slow at times? Yes but theyre a tag agency people. Its normally the customers who dont have their stuff together that make for the delays, not the staff. The staff has always been professional and knowledgeable. Anyone who deals with anything involving motor vehicles should know that lunch is not the best time to try and get that stuff taken care of.

Always very helpful professional and very quick and fast and processing and mailing out tags. Ive dealt with him for several years and Im very happy and pleased to be dealing with such a great agency.

The staff talks badly about other customers, they are incompetent and freely admit they dont know what they are doing, and they gossip like high school teenagers. I went there this morning and after being overcharged and waiting 45 minutes, the unprofessional clerk said that their credit card machine was down and I would have to find another way to pay. GO TO ANY OTHER TAG AGENCY!!

Paid $785 for a new tag, title, and tax on a new car...called a month later to find out what the delay was in regards to receiving my title only to be told they sent it to an unknown address. Unknown due to it was not the address on my DL nor on the title paperwork from the dealership...then to be told I would have to pay to either find out were it was sent and also for a replacement. How does one copy an address wrong from two or more documents in front of you?! Very fast service though and that may be the problem...so if you just need a DL replacement or something I say go there because quick but anything that is important dont go.
