I have been getting my car repaired here over the last few years...went in to get water pump changed and was called to pick up my car. Got there and my car wouldnt start! The mechanic confessed on messing up my motor but manager refused to fix it! The realized they were in the wrong and did not charge for the water pump that they put on. Now Im stuck without a vehicle and the manager was not only rude but refused to fix what THEY messed up! News 4,5,9, and 25 here I come! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS POS PLACE!

Had a huge item in tire. They changed it. could not patch, it severed the steel belts. Did not have the same tire. Suggested another business for the new tire. Put on the spare, ensured enough air pressure. And DID NOT CHARGE!!! The time they took was about an hour! They were very nice and super helpful.

Have been coming here for a little over a year now. I have 2 Challengers that I bring to this shop and I have not once been dissapointed. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a great example of a true mechanic shop. There are never any hidden fees or bs like that, the price they tell you is what you pay. The quality of the work is the best I have seen in a very long time. When I drop my car off I know it is safe, in good hands and will be fixed when I pick it up. Soo i had a interlock device installed by these guys had my appointment at 12:00 pm and was told if i was late there would be a 50 dollar charge i was there on time and they said they didnt had the device yet so i called the instalock and told them about the situation and the lady on the phone said i just called ghe shop they do have your device the just didnt remembered where they had it ok so 2 hours later i called to check on my car and was told that the guy that was going to work on my car had to leave for a dr appointment but he was gona be there in 15 minutes he was supposed to call me so an hour passed by and no call so i called them again and was told that they were backed up so my car wasnt gonna be ready till the end of the day so a 3 hour job took all day and that was with an appointmen i feel like they didnt wanted to work on my car at all problems since i got there verry unproffesional!!!

It’s a decent place to get your repairs done. No issues. They do a good job. It’s not like my favorite place to hang out. But when I need a repair it’s my goto.

I paid $2100 to get my car fixed here. It kept dying. I was Guaranteed that it would fix the problem. 😔 I pulled out of the parking lot and got 2 blocks from the shop and it died(same issue). So I took it back and they kept it for a week and then said they needed more money, $1600 I believe, to look in the engine. I took it to another place and they fixed it for $1500 and said I didnt need the stuff that Mikes replaced. I feel like I got taken advantage of because Im a female. Very disappointed. Everyone is very nice tho

If you want your car maintained professionally with great care and customer service, Mikes Automotive Service Center is the place. They know a vast array of domestic and foreign cars, wont do work thats not needed, can often look over cars youre considering buying to help you make your decision, etc. I didnt think honest mechanics existed. This place proved me wrong. Holly and her staff are always friendly and appear to really enjoy what they do which is refreshing. My family and I have taken our cars here for over 13 years, and I would never go anywhere else. They are always, patient, understanding, friendly, kind and honest. I recommend their service to everyone I know. Their prices are fair, the work is good, and I trust them! Do NOT go to Mikes Automotive Service Center (Oklahoma City) in Moore, OK.The owner lied to and cheated us as well as an employee of his. We decided not to repair our Hyundai Tucson with a blown head gasket, and decided to sell it instead, and the owner knew someone who wanted to buy it from us. We agreed to a purchase price of $250 (bc that is how much we’d make scrapping it for parts anyway). The buyer was an employee of his who wanted to fix it up. We just found out the owner lied to the buyer and wouldnt let him come and pay me directly while I was there to sign over the title - he told his employee (buyer) the price was $500 and the owner deceitfully pocketed the other $250!!! (this was not a disclosed finders fee, it was definitely acquiring funds under false pretenses) Owner also lied and told the buyer that he had replaced the transmission and worked on the head gasket, which is all untrue.Bottom line, we appreciate honesty and safety and neither of those things are priorities or values of Mikes Automotive Service Center (Oklahoma City) from our experience.*the buyer/employee quit due to this and other shady experiences, and the police have been informed

Do not go here. They had my truck hostage for 11 days. Kept telling me it was just one more thing to fix. Now Im out $3400 and the truck is still not fixed. I was forced to pay to get my truck back and now the dealership tells me it could have all been fixed under warranty.

I’m a teenage girl and this place took advantage of me quick. I called to make sure I wouldn’t be charged a whole lot to have them look and the lady said she would do it for free as she went on to tell me about her 17 year old son. They charged me as much to look at it as it was to fix it. They wanted me to pay 1600$ to fix my car when it only took 425$ to fix it. Thanks for taking advantage of a teenage girl!

Do not go here if youre a female. The head mechanic I believe is named James hits on females that come in to get work done. He is relentless and does not take no for an answer easily. Be on high alert if you go there. The owner Holly thinks its a joke and doesnt take anything serious acts as though he is to good to do those things. I almost called the cops. I shouldnt be treated or touched like that. The work is nothing special, a little high for oil changes with the cheap oil.

FIRST TIME I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE TECH JAMES AND STORE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL .THEY SHOWED ME MY BRAKES AND BELT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED .TIMOTHY GAVE ME A EST FOR THE REPAIRS TO HAVE IT FIXED AND HE WAS VERY FAIR AND THEY WERE QUICK AT GETTING THE SERVICE DONE . Came in at around 12:00pm, people were friendly, I didnt get badgered with sales and crap like you would at a normal jiffy lube. The only complaint I have is that an oil and tire rotation shouldnt take 2 and a half hours. I had a few errands more to run before I have work at 3. 4 different times they assured me, they told me itd be 15 more minutes. Or 35 more. Or was it 30? Regardless, not how I wanted to spend my afternoon. I have little time as is, and it seemed as if my time werent valuable to the mechanics here. They may have been short staffed, but regardless they shouldve let me know how long it would take to do a tire rotation / oil change from the beginning. I was told that it wouldnt have taken so long as well, if the mechanic working on my car wouldnt have forced a lugnut and stripped it from the tire, causing them to get a whole new set (which they are hopefully going to pay for)Overall, not liking the amount of time it has taken from me, and I really hope that I get to work on time. Because of their treatment of my time, and lack of communication, Im giving this location 2 stars. Friendly front of house staff got them that. The rest of the experience was very draining. I hope you get this all figured out guys. EDIT: Changed to 1 star, after getting in my vehicle and driving off, my car now pulls really strong to the right. They only charged me for the coupon, which was what I originally came in with. So I went in, paid the same amount, and left 3 1/2 hours later.Save the trip, go to a quick oil change place and get your tires rotated elsewhere, I actually want to spend my money on quality of service.

Nice staff, reasonable prices

Friendly bunch and they do good work because I have had work done before there. This time I went in for a brake job and was quoted around a 150 dollars before they could open it up and look. I left it and soon received a call saying it would be over 500 dollars and a detail description of the trouble. I agreed. After a few hours I went in and greeted the guy behind the counter and handed him my plastic money. Got home looked at my bill and now it was way over 600 dollars for my rear brakes. Surprise! No need to call and complain however I will never darken their doors again.

The only reason we went to this auto place is because we received a $25 coupon in the mail for oil change and Tire rotation, got there at 1030am and at 11 am was told it will be a hr. Left the car there, THEN at 3 pm got a call that I will be 60 dollars, told them not to do it and they said oil is out of the car and new filter already on. I told them I had no choice. Went to pick up car and oil light still on, pointed out tires were not rotated, worker seemed busy but not a single person in there waiting, told me to pull it back in, told him I got to get back to work and worker walked away from our conversation. So I left. Just checked and oil dip stick was not in all the way and no updated sticker on next oil change due was put on. I did check and they did put new oil in it at least. I recommend every one NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE. WORST OIL CHANGE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!

Dont bring your car there they messed my car and charged me for work they never did. They just want your money and dont care about you . They are rude and one of the gentlemen was sexually harassing me to .

I recently found out my wife went to get some work done on her car and she mentioned a bald headed man was hugging on her and making her uncomfortable and with all due respect I must say that is borderline sexual harassment and not to leave out trying to make subtle remarks that professional mechanics wouldnt do . I strongly urge this branch to resolve this problem and find better mechanics who can be proper with customers and not have them feeling violated when they leave . Until he is gone I would advise others to go else where for their vehicles.

They are the only techs I let touch my car or custom chevy the friendly professional staff do quality work even gave my wife a discount just for being a regular costumer for 3 years.cant ask for better.

I have used Mikes Auto Service on four occasions so far, and I have been pleased every time.

I would not trust them for one second. I worked there and they are not trust worthy. I got fired for taking a day that I was soppost to have off and I had my tool box broke in from another employee. Keep ur car on the road and dont go there.
