Gary and his staff are hardworking people who were an incredible help when we were in a tough spot. When our car starting having trouble on day 2 of our cross country move, no shops were available to help get us back on the road. Gary squeezed us in and had our differential repaired the same day. After spending the last month trying to trace down bearing noise and replacing four other parts I finally narrowed the problem down to the differential and knew I did not want to do it myself. I search for a differential specialist in the city and found Gary on Google Maps and noticed he had excellent reviews. I called Gary this morning at 7 o’clock when he opened and he said he would not be able to get to me until Wednesday two days later which is totally understandable of course. Gary said I could bring the truck by and drop it off and if he could get to it sooner, he would. I dropped the truck off at 10 after 12 in the afternoon today and he called me two hours later with the job completed. He replaced all of the bearings in my differential and it is as tight and quiet as can be. He quoted me nearly half the price of every other shop I called and got the job done an excellent way and lightning fast. Every time I can tell somebody to go see Gary I will! The man is good at what he does. They are also very friendly and competent.

I had a front axle rebuilt at Garys in October of 2013. I brought the axle to him and all I wanted done was the differential. Well, I get a call a few days later that the axle was done and that he had to but u-joints on each side b/c they were bad. I just replaced them plus he didnt even call me to ask if I wanted him to put them in. Ive never been somewhere where they just put stuff in without the customers approval. Also after I picked up the axle and installed it, I found out after nearly tearing it up again, that one of the clips that holds the caps in the u-joint were missing. It could of been bad, but I caught it. I called him up and told him what happened and he said I could come down there and see if I could find a clip laying around in the shop. Are you kidding me?!! Just make sure you check his work and double check it. Price is good though. Ill go to four wheel parts next time. They are more expensive but man they do good work.

I had problems with a rear differential less then 4 months after they did the repair and then it has problems from their neglect of not replacing the parts that should have been replaced the first time!!! Now less then 15 days out of warranty and it needs another full rebuild and all they can tell me to do is pay another $1000 to rebuild it!!!!!!! So it can last another year and be junk again? Bad way to gain business and am sure some have had good experiences with them they will not stand behind the problem even though they admit the issue and still won’t admit this is incorrect and a very expensive learning lesson if the price is to good to be true normally it is!!!

This is the place to go for differential maintenance. I had issues with a rear diff so I brought my truck to Hibdon and they ended up working on a diff but in the front end plus lying about fixing the problem but still charging me regardless..... so moral of the story, these guys were straight forward and expedient. I had my truck fixed in 3-4 hours. Not to mention unlike Hibdon, they fixed the correct issue and charged a fair price.
