12/22/2014: Arrived Monday morning at 7:45 a.m. 15 minutes before they open and was seen immediately. They replaced my radiator the same day. Excellent service at 1/3 the price Toyota quoted me. Called and asked about the radiator in my 99 suburban. The price was great, I was very pleased with the price quote and time frame to complete the work. Went to the shop and he was pleasant to speak with and he was up front on the time frame and pricing. They replaced the radiator with a new one, so parts, labor and coolant all for less than $270! Awesome! It took a couple of hours and we were good to go! Thanks!

True and Terry Osborn took fantastic care of me. They were able to replace my water pump while I waited, and I was a drive up (no appointment) customer! (Though you cant always expect that level of service with no wait) The service was excellent, and the cost was very reasonable, and fair. The work was high quality, and I feel like my dollars were well spent.While I dont live in that part of the city, I will definitely make the drive back for future radiator or related repairs.If you are questioning where to go for service, Id absolutely recommend going to Osborne Radiator.Just an additional note, the little taqueria about a 3 minute walk south and east was a nice place to grab a bite while waiting.

I own a 7 truck fleet of tow trucks. Weve taken them radiators and charge air coolers, and theyve always done good work at reasonable prices, and minimized our downtime. I wont consider taking radiator repairs anywhere else.

Not impressed, I had a small Toyo radiator from a JD diesel garden tractor that was leaking from the lower header plate. They said it couldnt be fixed except maybe a re-core for alot of money. The guy pretty much said it was Japanese junk. I think they just didnt want to mess with it. I ended up finding another place that re tinned both the header plates for a reasonable price. Its like new again.

Car broke down while traveling across the country. We were totally in a position to be taken advantage of. Yet they diagnosed the issue on the spot, quoted a cheaper than expected price, fixed it within an hour, and then charged even a little less.Id go out of my way to have them work on our car again! Bad service, i call the owner he said 60 dollars for cleaning and inspecting my radiator, next day i call him, radiator was ready, went there to pick it up, now the price was 125 dollars, i said u told me 60dollars, he said nhaaa i cleaned it 3 times, i said sr u sholud called me and tell me it was going to be more money,, and he never called me, there u go guys, i was a real customer not friend to post good telling about this place

I thought my radiator was the cause of my car over heating when idling. So they looked at it and told me that it is probably related to one of the engine fans. They told me to take it to a mechanic, and did not charge me!
