Having insurance with Allstate is a family tradition and Im happy to say the service and my agent Mark Wallace is excellent! Just like it was for my folks.

I had a small tornado go through my yard and mess up my roof, on a Monday evening, since Tuesday I have been requesting to talk to Mark, it is Thursday and I have not heard from him yet, just keep getting g told he is out of the office, I have been working with Allstate claims since Monday, was told I would be contacted in the morning by an insurance adjuster, no call yet, on Tuesday was told I would have and adjuster out on Wednesday between 1 and 4, it is Thursday morning and still no adjuster, the only thing Allstate wants to do is get someone out to tarp my roof, they did that Monday night, THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT 100% DISABLED VETERANS CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT OTHERS.
