Ive shopped around a bit and couldnt find a better price on my insurance. This place is a brokerage, so they shop around for you. I hadnt been here in a few years (sold my car) and recently came back. They remembered me, and were just as friendly as the first time I used them.

Daniel is rude unprofessional and makes up his own prices on what to charge you an it has to be cash. And they need you to sign in person when equity tells you they should be able to esign things. He was telling me I was rude when he was being rude from the time I walked in an then I tell him okay I will be moving offices closer to my anyways an he says “good” so professional.

Very polite people, quick with service and tried there best to find the right prices for me! And they did! Definitely glad so far that I chose AIS

Weve tried other insurance places in the 30 years weve lived in OKC and we always come back here.

I was sold a policy from a company that was less than 90 days away from going bankrupt and no one from this office attempted to contact me until 11 days after my policy cancelled. When I came in to inquire about getting my premium refunded I raised these concerns with the staff and they were dismissive and condescending. When confronted with the fact that online court records show the state insurance commissioner filed for receivership on July 10th and I was called on Aug 21st, the response I received was, Its not our job to look up all these companies on the internet. It is not my job as a policyholder to research the company that I buy insurance from. It is without doubt the responsibility of the agent to thoroughly vet the companies they represent to make sure they are financially sound enough to stay in business. I have switched my insurance to much more reputable agent and will make it a point to tell everyone I can to take their business somewhere else.
