If I had the option to leave 0 stars i wouldnt think twice. Ive been with them for 3 years and every six months they would increase my insurance even though i never had any claims. They charge extra monthly fees for every payment method other than cash and even for a change of address they charged me extra fees! When my new insurance company called them and asked for a letter of experience they told them Ive only been with them for 6 months not 3 years. Not to mention they gave out all my personal information without my permission. I definitely do not recommend this company at all.

Ive dealt with Knight insurance over 5 years now. Both the Oklahoma city office and the Norman office. I use the Norman office currently because they also do home insurance which I have with Knight insurance. I have never had them raise my premium in five years it has actually gone down about $38. Most insurance company raise your premium yearly this one has not in over 5 years. love them I am never going to leave Knights insurance.

Always willing to help until now. When promised a returned call the same day within an hour or two.. I expect it. Especially from a business. I feel as if you take your job a joke. Literally just paid my coverage yesterday and needed it swapped to a new vehicle. They helped me last year with the same situation. And now I have to show up in person? DUCK this place. Now to go waste my money somewhere else. thanks for making a 5 year customer unhappy.-Matthew Cain.

I have called way to many times regarding my insurance policy and no one has called me back. I called today and the lady who answered asked to call me back i told her no because no one called me back last week amd she yelled oh my gosh and hung up on me!!! Then ignored my call 6 times!!! This is how they do customer service??? That is pathetic. They really need a different lady up there because she is incompetent and acts like doing her job is impossible!!!!

Beware! Stay away from this insurance agency. This agency especially Gary Knight are scrupulous and underhanded. Gary Knight accused a friend of mine of armed robbery and got him put in jail when my friend didnt even do it and had witnesses saying that he didnt do it!
