Also had a terrible experience but only with the owner. Very rude when it comes to customer service, lucky for him his employees are good at customer service. Do not recommend this establishment for your Draeger installation or removal. It is privately owned in this case and the owner abuses that power.
We had the first half of my husbands ordered interlock time with another company. (Guardian) They were not friendly whatsoever, they clearly judged for the services they offer... (I kept telling them there are other interlock companies), the equipment took FOREVER to warm up and analyze, I was unsafe at night at times because of simply warming up! Weve been with Draeger for a couple of months and the equipment is so much better and the staff seems so much more friendly and helpful! Willing to make accommodations in order to make our monthly appointment easier for us. I am SO elated that we went ahead and switched companies. Terry is the person we have dealt with so far and hes great.
Terry is the man. Draeger has always been flexible with me, they’re open early enough so I can go before work. I recommend them!
They are a great group of people especially James and Terry they make you feel comfortable. It’s very easy to get scheduled in.
Excellent service. Battery I purchased running great a year later-
I went to this place to get a breathalyzer installed, they caused damage to my car thats going to cost me over $3,000 to fix, I told them about it because the steering wheel was very hard to steer after they did the job and they said my car was like that when I dropped it, then I went to the dealership and I got a diagnosis done where they found out that draeger interlock spliced a wire to the airbag module harness and thats what caused damage, I took the diagnosis to dreager interlock and they did not take responsibility because they make you sign a contract so there is no way you can make them pay for any damage they cause to your vehicle

This place from the location to the staff is ibismale! I despise every aspect of the way this so called store conducts business! The staff is incompetent and furthermore excessively rude! If you Can find a differing location that can assist you I would highly recomend you go there and avoid at all costs this store and its absolutely horrid staff!!!
Never had an issue with equipment, staff, or scheduling appointments. They even extended my date out a week when I wasnt able to make it in.
After the interlock was removed my car wouldnt start at all. When I call to get them to fix the issue they said they would have to charge to come out and fix the mistake they made. Terrible experience.

The equipment is prone to issues, staff has no sense of customer courtesy, and appointments (which can run a half hour past your scheduled time) are set up on 28 day cycles so you pay for 13 months a year.
