The prices are moderate to high, but it feels worth it when the staff are professional and the facility is very well maintained. They installed my U1000 dash cam at a great price. Then I bought a different car they removed my dash cam at a reasonable price and reinstalled in new car. They did great work fast.

Ive been more than happy with anything theyve done. The put a rearview camera on a used vehicle for me and theyd come to our home to tint some sliding glAss doors. Both excellent jobs.

The customer service was amazing. They worked with us so much about me having a dr appointment and getting both of our vehicles serviced so the kept one vehicle and called us as soon as it was ready and then got our other vehicle in to be serviced. Had Jackie Cooper install a front camera and switch on my 2019 Tacoma. Installed the day after Christmas. Their customer service is very good. Even with a couple of SNAFUs I am pleased with the service. A pricy install but with the professionalism and warranty provided I am pleased with my decision. Note how the front cam is nearly invisible.

I have taken 3 brand new cars here for window tinting. This review of the service I received on my last one back in summer last year. Apparently there were to busy and retuned my brand new Audi full of dust that stuck after being sprayed and there were also fingerprints in the paint around the door and door handle area that appeared to be residue for the solution they use. for the film. They could care less, about retuning a car in that condition to a customer. Thats was the last car I have these people work on.

I recently went there to get an estimate for tint after purchasing my 2019 Civic. I was greeted by Rock Star Scott Griffith.He was very knowledgeable & helped me decide what the best deal was for my car. I mentioned that I also had a 2009 Chevy Impala that I might get tinted. He gave me an affordable package for both cars.Because of Scott’s great Customer Service, I chose to get both cars tinted even if I may have gotten a better deal somewhere else.

The tinting looks great and the people at the front desk were great. However, my seats were not put back in thier place and my headlights had been turned off which I did not notice until it got dark. It is a new vehicle to me so it was difficult to find the button in the dark. I understand that things have to be moved and adjusted during the install, but I would have been more satisfied if a reasonable effort had been made to put things back where they were before giving it back.

I have been dealing with Jackie Cooper electronics since I was 16 years old which makes it almost 40 years. They have always had competitive pricing, good deals for returning clients, great custom installation and if there is ever a problem they have bent over backwards to accommodate those issues... And in 40 years, there hasnt been many issues.Of the 12 vehicles I have owned in my lifetime 10 of them have had stereo systems reconfigured and/or added to. Jackie Cooper has done customizations in 9 of those 10 vehicles.I would recommend anyone to give them a holler if they are considering any custom audio system installation!

Not cheap and some models arent coming back in any time soon. So its hard to get anything you want but they can schedule you an install with up front estimate.

I am very pleased with the work from Jackie Cooper Electronics / Window Tint. I had two vehicles that needed window tint. A 2005 Jeep Wrangler and a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I called and made an appointment for them to be able to tint the windows on both vehicles. I wanted to have tint on the windows installed the same day. So I was able for both vehicles to be done four days later. The old tint had to be removed from my 2005 Jeep Wrangler before the new could be installed. And the 2020 Jeep Gladiator was done right after. They were quick and very professional with their entire service. I love the job that was done on both of my vehicles vehicles with the high end, high quality ceramic window tint that is warranted forever. Good job Jackie Cooper!

Would not recommend. Scheduled to have a remote start installed on a Honda. We waited for 4 hours just to be told that they were unable to install a remote start on our car. Now when the appointment was made they had the car information, why at this point we were not told this could not be done.A third party was paying, after three and half hours, they called and paid in full, Jackie Cooper allowed the payment to process even though they knew the install could not be done.

Remote start is the best thing I have done in this heat! Was a very pleasant experience and guys were very accommodating with putting my temp vehicle inside overnight. Worked out perfectly! Just have to remember to start BEFORE I walk out to the 🚗!

Got my windows tinted on my SUV, a full wrap. They were efficient and fast and they completed the job about an hour faster than I was prepared for! Great service and no issues. Going back next week for some audio upgrades!

So far it looks like they did a great job. My tint is still curing. There were 2 things of note. They said it would be 2 hours to finish it, I dont know how long it took I never got a call saying it was done I just went up there after about 4.5 hours and it was sitting out front. It does look great though.Update: The tint looks great and it is doing a great job of keeping the heat out.
