Repaired my lg refrigerator and broke a piece was to order and replace. Have tried since April to get them to answer either phone or text. No response voicemail says they now only deal with manufacturer warranty repairs. They don’t even list appliances anymore as repair service. This after at first I gave good reviews and recommended to people.

Lowes scheduled this company to fix my ice maker nearly 2 weeks ago & I specifically took off today to be here. After no one showed up, I contacted Lowes & they told me that they called Paxton & were informed Im out of their service area. Paxton claims they rejected the job 2 weeks ago, Lowes has no record of that. Im only 23 miles from them!! They should have contacted Lowes or myself...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Whirlpool assigned my service call to Paxton. They called before they came to my home, arrived on time, brought what they thought would be the necessary parts, and fixed the refrigerator the first time! Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great job!
