Work was done, but the felt liner came out of place. Called and was told to just stuff it back in place. This binded up the drum, he was able to come out the next day to fix it. Probably should have just come out to fix it, but he did come and correct the work

This guy overcharges for poor quality of work. My grandmother used him and when I saw how much he charged her for the poor craftsmanship I tried calling him. His words were I dont care and hung up the phone. Im disappointed in Associated Appliance for recommending someone so unprofessional.
