The new manager here is awesome. She was able to find me work by the next day. That didnt used to happen here and most other places treat you like a number. She really cares about people and works hard to get you work.

Skill Staff is awesome!. Helped me out temp work. They told me i could do everything from home, and they walked me through it. I am not happy they have to stay open to the public during this CONV-19. they shouldnt be open to the public at all. but they were very friendly during the whole process. Didnt have to leave my house. Which i was very happy. Trying to stay home as much as possible. Very understanding, helpful through this hard time. All of the other temps service are working from home. hoping everyone stays safe. Will keep working with skill staff in the future

I put my application and credentials and their professionals matched me with an excellent work site (AutoLiv, Ogden, Utah). The people that work in the offices are welcoming, attentive and solve all questions I had. I am very happy with them and recommend them highly!

I have worked here several times, and while they do make mistakes on how much you are paid (fairly often), they do their best to correct their mistakes in a timely manner when you make them aware of the error. And when you go to them, let them know of your skills and limitations. They dont always have employment that will fit every person, they will do their best to fit you as closely as possible to you individually. Remember they are people too. No one is perfect and employing hundreds of people at many different locations is cause for error at the best of times.

Emily has done a great job building her team!! I was so excited when she took over the Autoliv Onsite Office! I always feel welcome to stop in with a quick question or serious concern. They are happy to be here and willing to help! If there is a concern they work to resolve it and provide timely follow up. Glad I get to work with you guys!

It has always been a pleasure working with a team that listens and is pro active in getting resolutions towards any kind of conflict, in a timely manner. If I could negative 5 stars this would be the place for it. Eric discriminates people by their looks, race, and religion. I cant count how many times he has hung up on me because I would call to see if the position I wanted was open yet. He asked me if I was L.D.S and when I told him no he said the job I asked for isnt hiring right now, when it actually was. It is so illegal to ask about religion, especially when it has NOTHING to do with the job description. The people here think they are so much better than you because they work here. Sorry to inform all you but you are no better than the people who walk into that building looking for work. You all work at a temp agencie, basically a trash job just like the jobs you try and send people out to. Bunch of worthless idiots who just write down information about a person and call it a day. Pathetic place I dont know how many times I have seen Audrey with her legs up on the desk filing her nails while phones ring continually. This place us trash just like the people who work there.

Asked for a certain position that I could only work. They started offering me positions that werent any of the ones I could do. After 3 months they said they were talking me off their call list. I guess they shouldnt offer positions they never have time for.

Elwood has a good reputation. Having worked with the onsite staffing at autoliv a few times they are attentive, and helpful. Pleasant results and give the direction and help that gets results. Emily and Billie do a fantastic job.

Terrible company to work for. They offer no prior training before your shift starts, you are just thrown out on the production floor to either sick or swim. They are always late with your pay check, they Try to short your hours. I highly recommend finding a different temp service if you want to successful.

Awful customer service. I tried to start work with them (Ogden), as I had previously worked for SOS/Elwood in Idaho Falls having had a great experience. I called them and simply asked if there was a list of jobs to look at in the area. I had to ask multiple times in different ways because she wasnt understanding what I wanted so she hung up. Never going back.

Debbie EXTREMELY RUDE. I was very pleased with Elwood and Skilled Staffing until i had a family emergency and was relieved from an assignment. And have been treated like i am not worthy of their help to find work now. I have been registered with elwood for 6 months now and just got told that i am unprofessional and not going to be considered for work because i asked Debbie a simple question about why if i had my resume uploaded into my profile why it was necessary to also have my work history typed into their system as well. Ecspecially, after already had been placed on assignment 6 months later. It was as if she just wanted to send me through unnecessary hoops and didnt really want to give me an assignment. My understanding is its a TEMPORARY STAFFING COMPANY. ISNT FINDING THE RIGHT FIT WHAT A STAFFING COMPANY IS? I was also told that i wasnt eligible for full time employment due to me being relieved of an assignment that i was only eligible for weekly assignments. Wt???????. Whatever. Im extremely unsatisfied, and still unemployed. I would definitely suggest using a different staffing company if you are looking for work. Debbie should NOT be in the position she is in.

I only gave this 2 stars because overall the process was fast, the 2 ladies in the front were so nice and welcoming. HOWEVER when they took me to the back to speak to the representatives all of them looked at me all weird and this one man idk his name but hes short with a beard and looks hispanic, ANYWAY he didnt even greet me back when i greeted him politely. He just looked at me with a why are you here? expression and he lied to me about the pay rate for a company that i KNOW pays at least $10 an hour and he told me they pay from $8-$9 an hr! I wanted to tell him that he was wrong but i just stayed quiet. I just felt like i wasnt treated well by the representatives in the back. Like i said the 2 ladies in the front were so nice and such sweethearts and i give them individually 5 stars but my experience with the others not so much!

Will set you up fail! theyll tell one thing and then tell you a total different thing. Example - Was told I could work short term. comes back again and tells me I cant. Than calls saying you missed a interview for the short term job. Very unorganized company that has no consideration for employees.

Verry bad.the first time i had a interview with them i came up positive for pcp..they let me do another ua the next day,because of the meds i was on.very rude,only care about covering there ass should be turned in to osha...when i did nothing ever happened.no matter how hard you work for them they will just take advantage of you and treat you like a slave ...and when they mess up its o were sorry.i would never reccomend them to anybody espeacially since there are other agencies out there.WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER worked for.
