Victoria is amazing. She has been so helpful to not only find work, but to find something that will work for me as well. Temp agencies can be difficult but Ive never had such a positive experience as Ive had with Express Employment. Definitely will recommend!

I was employed by Express while I was working at Pacific Steel and they are great. I have had problems with other employment agencies, but never even a single complaint about Express. They check in with you periodically to see how things are going and work well with the employers they place employees at. I also said that I would leave a great review so here I am fulfilling my promise.

I would leave a 0 star rating if I could. I was working with Mark and Cecilia, and I was happy to find a job since Ive been looking for awhile. I rely on public transportation as a way to get to work and home, so I made that clear from the beginning. The job I was given, they told me it was on a bus line, so obviously I took it. Then when I looked up the bus schedule to get to work, it wasnt anywhere near the bus line and on the assignment sheet it said it wasnt available to the bus line. So I was going to call Mark back first thing in the morning and explain I needed something on the bus line and would be happy to take another position, but then Mark gave me a call and I tried explaining it wasnt Near a bus and I needed something on the bus line. He then started telling at me that there was at least 15 people take the bus to the job, so I dont understand why you cant. I calmy tried explaining the situation again, but I got the same response and him belittling me and treatinge like I was less than dirt, and said that this was like the 10th time Ive done this. When I havent ever worked for them before and this was the first assignment Ive tried going through them for. I them said Id rather not be lied to, and I dont appreciate his attitude, but then Cecilia got on the line and told me that I needed to learn respect if I was ever going to work with them. I ended up having to hang up to get Mark to stop yelling at me and to stop acting the way he was. I definitely wouldnt recommend going here!! They are VERY unprofessional and disrespectful and lie.

Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL location I have ever dealt with. Victoria was completely disrespectful. Had a family emergency and tried contacting them(with no answer) but she did not care and was completely rude. People come to this place for help.. not to be belittled and disrespected.. I highly suggest going elsewhere. I will be contacting the better business bureau over this since Victoria WOULD NOT help and even threatened me for trying to find out information.. I’m disgusted with her lack of empathy, sympathy and professionalism. And I would absolutely appreciate getting a hold of her superiors since she refused to assist with that either.

I went in here and explained to them that my mom is sick and I take care of her and take her to all of her appointments every week. The day they sent me out to a job they didn’t tell me the dress code so I got sent home right after arriving. that night I had to take my mom to the er at 1 in the morning so I missed work that night. I had no way to call in since I couldn’t get through there line with the number I was provided by express. I called the next morning (after falling asleep in my moms hospital room) at about 11 and spoke with Victoria. I told her what had happened and she told me it’s not her problem... and fired me... I have never delt with people so rude! I am trying to do good just like the rest of you but I have a sick mom and can only do so much. I was told they understand what I’m going through and that they would work with me the person who helped me in the beginning was named mark but the lady named Victoria I don’t think should be working around people!!!! I heard great things about the Logan office so I figured I would try the Ogden one.... worst mistake of my life!!!!
