Very poor service. Last year around this time i had done a physical for Autoliv and they said i didn’t pass the physical which i said Okay to do they sent me to CSM bakery and after my 2nd day CSM bakery told me to go home early because i didn’t have the money for Non Slip shoes at the time so i left and in the morning tried calling Elwood but no one answered. 2 days later they called me about Autoliv saying i did pass the physical and that if i can start ASAP so i said yes and the lady was nice to me and told me to go to the office to finish paperwork. And when i got there, their was a really rude lady literally yelling at me saying that i walked out of CSM bakery which i didn’t and when i tried to explain to her what had happen she said “ You’re lying and you didn’t call us “ and when i tried showing her my Call Logs she said she didn’t want to see them and told me I was suspended for 3 months. And after 3 months I had started at Nutraceutical but told them and the supervisor that that same day my Wife was in labor and that i might leave early so i left and they considered it as a walk out even though i let the supervisor know and he let them know as well but now i can’t even work for them Anymore. They don’t care about anyone’s problems or anyone in general. Poor staffing Agency.

Unprofessional, selfish, petty immature. When I was working through them they were nice but completely uninformed when it came to answering questions about my job, thats fine i can deal with that. The warehouse i worked at didnt want to work with them anymore, so i switched to a different company to keep my position. It was out of my hands but elwoods reaction was to retaliate because i switched, the company didnt want to work with them and i can see why, it took them two weeks to find out i switched ( thats how well they kept in touch with the warehouse) and even then they didnt care about me as person and wanted to get me fired for leaving their company. Theyre two faced and their actions show concern only for their wallets, so theyre nice when its convenient for them. Im glad i switched to Spherion, i shouldve of done that from the beginning because they actually care and dont see me as just a paycheck.You dont even deserve one star.

They are really nice and good at finding the right job for you as quick as possible when finding a job gets hard. I have found many different jobs through them and love coming to them or referring my friends who need jobs quickly because it’s not only efficient but they work to our needs.

Awesome customer service

Elwood Staffing is one of the most unprofessional staffing service around. They don’t care about their temps and they don’t know what they are doing. They only care about getting their temps through the door. Not about anything else. Go to another staffing service.

Wife started a new temp job with them where they told her the wrong information about what the job was. When she went to the new job she was greeted with a poor work environment where the company didnt know what she was supposed to be doing, they cut her lunch break short and then failed to give her a second break, sprayed her with hot water and then after finishing her shift she called Elwood Staffing to see about a another placement and the Elwood Staffing associate told her that she had to give notice even after just the first day. Even after explaining to the staff at Elwood about the things that were wrong at the job placement they said they wouldnt place her anywhere else. So If you want a place that will put you in bad places to work, that doesnt care if you get hurt, that tells you incorrect information about job placements and doesnt care if you get your breaks or if you are taken care of look here. Would give 0 stars if possible. Dont come here!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was told the wrong information about the job I am currently at. Said it was a part time, no it’s full time! Hours were different, even the pay was different. Do not come here

The staff are very friendly but here thing. if you have a background it doesnt matter how many years because all it said on the application ... Is have you been convicted of crime in the past 7 years when you put NO ... They need to re write it and say hey have you ever been convicted of a crime... So if you have background they will give you a $9 to $11 hr and there just temp jobs. All the good paying you will not get ... Just because people mess up in life doesnt mean there bad people ... Most people that have a background work harder then most people that dont have anything on the record... So if you have background you better off working construction ...

The staff was very nice. The lady who has helped me out is just a joy to talk to. After o got everything filled out, passed the tests and what not, I got a job offer in less than a week. And i started the next day. They pay you weekly. Which i think is awesome. I highly recommend going in and checking it out. Any of the fabulous ladies will be more than glad to help you. They are just awesome in all they do.

Everyone at Elwood has been super great to work with. Going through Elwood, I found a great job that I enjoy! I work as a manager now and still work with Elwood in getting new employees and theyve been awesome.

Very satisfied with the service I receive from Elwood. Ashley Wendt helps me when I need to acquire employees. She is fast and very helpful, she has like a sixth sense. “I don’t know where she received her training but she is not just regular employment coordinator. She is a super employment coordinator. And the only thing missing on her is a cape.”

I was hesitant at first because of the stigma that temp agencies have about finding people good jobs. Alicia eased my hesitation and was able to help me. She helped me find a GREAT job and I started working that same week and I am getting ready to be hired on permanently now. I cant thank Elwood staffing and Alicia enough. Best decision I ever made.

I have worked through Ellwood Staffing for over a year now. They have always been able to get me work immediately and have always been really flexible with my hours and days I wished to work. They also work really well with my background. They never made me feel like I was less because I was young and made a bad decision that affected my ability to find a job. Also the selection of jobs they have available is enormous. I always have had a hard time choosing where I want to go and what I wanted to do. If youre looking for a job and struggling to find one, Ellwood staffing is the place to go. They will find you work, and have you working almost immediately.

This company will set you up to fail. I was with this company for two years. Through out that time I was given wrong directions, told that I was not able to short term and then told again that I was. No consideration for the employees whatsoever. If you are considering joining this company I heed you not to get to comfortable. theyll screw you over time and time again.

The on sites at autoliv are lazy, rarely in office. Dont bother asking for check stubs or something to be printed theyll refuse or atleast did for me! Worked my butt off 8 months got injured forced to work told autoliv supervisor will not be in rest of week. Debbie waited 4 days to contact me and when she did said hi javier i heard u were injured but since you didnt inform us we have to terminate you!! This woman made suee to call me within a day for smaller issues but waired 3 days knowing i was injured to terminate me. I honestly hated working with them debbie lets the power go to her head felt like i was on egg shells sure enough i was and she got her chance! This lady would complain about me forgetting my badge call me same day because she didnt want to do her job and fill out her time sheet! 4 times in 8 months and im sure autoliv dosent threaten there employes with write ups for forgetting there badge.. All around bad office manager. And she terminated me indefinitely for a no call no show so now elwood caould not hire me. Thanks debbie i hope it finds its way back to you 😉

Very helpful on helping people look in the right direction for work.

What a joke. They are more concerned with the profit they make off you then your health. If there are shifts you cant work they try to belittle or degrade you to make you work the shift regaurdless. As a single parent Im not willing to leave my child home alone to work a swing shift and when I ask about a day shift Kylie got ignorant and said to call back tomorrow. Everyone has different situations but this temp agency only will look at thiers. These companies make any where from 5 to 10 dollars an hour off its employees. They need to learn how to treat those that earn them thier paychecks with a litter respect!

Yeah dont work for them if your husband is disabled and you call in 8 hours before your shift because they will lie and say you didnt. Prove it to them and they will lie and say they talked with you personally. When you prove that is a lie, of which I did, they will say too bad. If you want to work with liars apply here otherwise go some place else.
