I would give 10 stars to Griffs Garage if possible.I have been restoring an old 31 Ford Model A Mongrel and could not get the Master Brake Cylinder to bleed properly. I wasted weeks working on this.When I took it to Griffs this last Tuesday, Jason simply said No Problem and that afternoon, I drove my Car home, with perfect brakes.To me it really was a minor miracle and I appreciate what they did so very much. Excellent Company!! Price was very fair and reasonable!!!!!!!!

Griffs has been great to me and my car. They are extremely professional and transparent with their communication regarding any issues they find or cost of repairs. I appreciate the way that they explain things to me in a way I can understand as I am not mechanically minded. The pricing was fair and did not feel like they overcharged for services and parts.

Dropped my truck off to get the transmission rebuilt. We ended up getting a factory rebuilt transmission with a 3 year warranty. It was installed quickly and the truck shifts nicely. The also replace a few broken exhaust manifold bolts while they were at it. Very good customer service and I am very happy with the results.

I was referred to Griffs by our previous mechanic. Had some issues with our Wrangler that they were able to fix. They even took care of a problem with our door that I hadnt mentioned, at no cost. There was some work they thought they would have to do, but as they got in there, they realized they didnt need to, so what I ended up paying was less than what they had estimated me. Jason seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

We love Griffs. They are honest (including telling us if they arent sure what the problem is). Their prices are fair, and while they charge a little more than some other shops weve been to, its not unreasonable and TOTALLY worth it. Whatever we have had fixed there we know is going to be done right and last us a long time. Weve worked a lot with the same 2 people. Jason and... the other guy (🤦‍♀️I cant remember his name at the moment) are both so nice to work with. They never treat me like Im stupid, and also take the time to help me understand the problem and solution. Their staff is all certified which is a huge bonus.We moved further away and tried a couple other repair shops. One was shmoozy (I cant think of a better description) and tried to talk me into their outrageous prices. Another shop had great prices and fixed what we went in for, but always seemed to be in a rush and repairs didnt seem to stay repaired.

I drive 70 miles to see these guys. Always a pleasure!

We picked up my granddaughters 2007 Mercedes C230 yesterday and are so pleased with Griffs service. They took messed up electrical wiring and disabled dash environmental controls, quoted me a price and ended up coming in way less than quoted. They also added in a new window wash reservoir and got that system working same day at very reasonable cost. Good job Jason and Co.. You have earned my business for life and I will recommend your company to anyone that asks about car repair.

I have gone here with several cars several times and I have always had a good experience. Jason is hardworking, honest, and knowledgeable. He isn’t the kind of auto shop guy to try to charge way more than what you actually need. He has also never charged us for diagnosing issues, just the actual fix. We drive a little bit out of the way to go to Griff’s because of how awesome they are (passing several shops on the way). Totally worth having your business—even if you have to wait a little bit sometimes because they is a little more booked out occasionally—another testament to how much people like them! Also, I really appreciate that Jason has explained whatever was going on to me in a way I could understand without making me feel dumb. Great to work with!!

I have used these guys for years on all of my vehicles.. I drive 30 minutes to take my cars here when there are many other options closer. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Griffs garage is the most honest, down-to-earth, and competitive place that youll find. Ive been going to Griffs for the last 5 years or so, and before that, was a pupil of Griffs during all 3 years of high school. My favorite thing about this shop, other than the competitive savings, is that they treat the customers with respect, dont assume you know what theyre talking about, and are happy to educate and provide options.I refuse to go anywhere else anymore.

I have taken my truck to Andrew at Griff’s for about a year now and have been very pleased with their work. But I never knew how incredible they truly are until recently. I had my truck towed to their garage expecting a massive repair bill. Although they were pretty busy, Andrew took the time to fit us in. Andrew called me back quickly with the incredible news that the truck was fine, simple user error on my part and it was ready to be picked up. The cost - nothing. I know that they could have taken advantage of my error but they didn’t charge me anything and they didn’t make me feel dumb. Highly recommend and wish I could give more stars!

I bought a car from a dealership that worked in selling off auction cars. They had claimed their mechanic looked over it and found it in great condition. Unfortunately that was a bald faced lie. The engine was no original, was throwing codes and puking antifreeze, oil, and A/C as soon as i parked it at my home. The dealership refused to work with me, but griffs has been very helpful in diagnosing, giving accurate estimates and taking me in, in a timely manner. My friends and family usually come to me for car advice and I 100% endorse Griffs as a great place to get your work done. It can come at a premium, but its worth it for peace of mind..

I moved recently, so was looking for a new mechanic after having some problems with my clutch/transmission. I called these guys, and they admitted they were a bit backed up but gave me an accurate estimate of when theyd be able to look at my truck. After they looked at it, it turned out the fixes I had made myself had corrected the issue, and they were able to release the depressed clutch pedal and verify there were no additional leaks. After their work, they didnt charge me anything, which really surprised me since it wasnt an official fix - I figured theyd at least charge a diagnostic fee. I dont expect that free service to happen again, but theyve earned my trust and I will definitely be coming back for the next issue. Its been several weeks since I brought it in, and I can verify the issues truly were resolved with the help of these guys.

I recently went in to get my emissions done. I will have to say this is by far one of the best places I have ever been. My technician was Sheldon and by the looks of the front lobby hes a very skilled and knowledgeable mechanic. Griffs has been doing all my fleet for the past year and i had to sit down today and write them a good review. These guys have bent over backwards for us, there honest, friendly, do great work and they dont try to take us for all we are worth. I cant say enough about this place! Our Toyota has over 250,000 miles on it and had been a fabulous car but on Friday it sounded like it was on its last leg. We took it in to Griffs garage and the owner, Jason, let us know hed take a look at it. Before the day was even done he had given us a call letting us know the problem was a simple fix and a very reasonable price! He had the car done by Monday and we are so grateful for the quick work and wonderful service!! Highly recommend them!

I have a hybrid and needed a new battery. After going to the dealership (who quoted me over $4k for just the battery swap) I called Griffs. They got me in quick and started work on the car right away. They swapped out the hybrid battery and then found some other problems that were in need of fixing. I do a lot of my own service on the car so it all made sense when they told me which gave them honesty points. They had it fixed pretty quick and out the door with all repairs I was in far less than what the dealership would have cost. Ill be taking my other cars here in the future.

Car broke down and even though they were busy I got a call within a few hours letting me know what was wrong and additional things that could use looking at. I appreciated their honesty in what needed to be fixed and what didnt have to be right away but was recommended. The price was great as well!

I have been taking my cars to Jason for years (Dodge, Toyota, Ford). He has been thorough, timely, and for a reasonable price. I wont take my car anyplace else. Always takes time to listen and always describes what they did to fix the issue. I highly recommend his shop.

No joke, this is the best place you can take your car - sometimes I drive all the way from WSU! Jason, the friendly mechanic who also seems to run all shop operations, would never pull a fast one on a customer. He always wants to help. The shop is a little far out in the boonies, so not only is Jason honest because of his personality, honesty also makes sense from a business perspective because random people might not often pass by. I imagine he gets most of his business from repeat customers; if you stop by one day, youll be a repeat customer too.

I have been coming here for years. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had three different cars worked on with no complaints. I would say the owner is very honest and if there is a problem he will work with you. If there is any doubt the owner will take responsibility and fix it. I have never seen a shop do that especially with an old over 250 k mile car. Normally anything that breaks was because the car is old. As for the complaint about what parts are used, all mechanics use particular parts they trust. They cant use the cheapest one out there and guarantee the part will work with the car. Trust me I had two other shops install 5 alternators in two years. When I first moved here, I came to this shop with the alternator issue and the owner said lets try a brand that he is used to and if it doesnt work he said he will switch it out for another brand until he finds one that works for no additional charge. He switched it twice, found some other possible issues with the connections and the issue I had with alternators went away. Its been almost 5 years now and the car still has the recommended alternator. Im not saying the other shops were bad but they may not have the experience or maybe the patients to figure out the problem.

Found this shop by luck my car broke down and everything I read I thought I blew a head gasket and to fix it on my audi a4 would have been expensive. This was the closet shop to have it towed and they took a look and luckily it was only hose. The price was very fair and the work was great. Ended up taking it back to have a completely different issue taken care of because they are great. You need a good shop this is where you should go. Wish there was a 6 star rating

We were new to the area and needed a mechanic and I saw this 5 star rating and guessed that hed had his mom and siblings go rate him cause nobody is that good. Im here adding my 5 star rating now... Jason is very thorough and prompt, but most of all he does exactly what he says hell do when he says hell do it. His pricing is competitive and when he has found other concerns he explains them and the potential risks and pricing to fix, but Ive never once felt like hes trying to up-sell me additional repairs.

We were driving up 15 and something that fell off a pickup truck in front of me hit the bottom of my car and punched a hole in my exhaust pipe. We drove to Griff Garage and the guys immediately moved around some cars to help us. They explained us in clear language what their game plan was and within half an hour the guys welded the hole and we could continue our trip. The cost was extremely reasonable. Guys were very friendly. I can recommend this place to anyone in need of a professional and friendly car garage!

I just stopped in there to have them take 1 second to look at a truck im looking to buy. I have sent tons of people into them. The guy at the counter sitting on his hands said they couldnt even look at it. All I wanted was one second to plug into it and run codes. I know Jason would never tolerate this type of service... I hope they can find a way to make it up to me, Im very disappointed.

Took my truck in because I was experiencing transmission problems. The transmission expert at Griffs garage drove it and confirmed the transmission has problems. When the warranty company came out to witness the transmisison malfunction, Griffs garage couldnt get the transmission to malfunction in front of the warranty company. So the warranty company declined repair and Griffs garage charged me $100 for diagnosis. This company literally did nothing but waste my time and charged me $100. Poor business practice, would never recommend anyone take their vehicle here for repair.

I had a leak that had confused one other mechanic. I called Jason, he got me right in, called me to tell me what was wrong, and had it fixed for a reasonable price. Im bringing all my cars here!

I was referred to Jason after having a Chevy Malibu into three different shops where nobody could figure out why it wasnt running or shifting right. I was amazed that Jason was able to fix the problem. He discovered that the computer wasnt communicating with the engine as the vehicle had an engine swap out and the two were not meshing up. Nobody else caught this, including two other ASE Certified shops.Jason now has all my work. Ive had Five vehicles in there, even my wifes Lexus and in each and every case, I have been EXTREMELY pleased with Jasons work. He takes the time to let you know what is wrong, why, and things that may be happening in the future. My 2002 Impala work vehicle has always had issues and it only took Jason a day to fix everything.Dont go anywhere else, just go to Jason!!!

I had my car completly break down on the side of the road near this shop. I was super impressed with how friendly and helpful they were in getting it in and fixed so quickly! :) I was very grateful they were willing to help me out so quickly. however I was not impressed that jason told me the cheapest available part was $50 more than it actually was. When I confronted him about this, he gave me some excuse about it being a better part (both had a lifetime warranty and I had asked for the cheapest replacement not the one he preferred) He couldnt even look me in the eye when he was giving me these explanations. I then asked for my core which he said hed be keeping so he also gets the core fee back. I do not feel this was honest, therefore I would not trust him to use him again or send others to him. Unfortunatly the warranty on the part he used forces me to use his shop again of it does go out anywhere near them. High rating for speed, low rating for honesty.
