Well after calling around the valley and reading through tons of reviews that left me just weary of dealing with Any of the Interlock Company’s figured I’d just use Uber/Lyft lol ! but I finally got steared here by a Family member And Man was I glad to find these guys ! Codee got me in the morning after I called and told him my situation! If you ever find yourself in need of an interlock system for your vehicle I would highly recommend using A Plus Interlock. Codee helped with the install/uninstall of the unit, he was very professional and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Cheryl was amazing and always very helpful even with COVID-19 and all the hiccups. She went over and beyond when I had issues with Alcohol Detection Systems (ADS) the equipment company and worked directly with the DMV to have the equipment removed. When I was told I needed to get a breathalyzer I was worried about the process. These people here are kind and professional about their work. Codee and Cheryl are honest, work with your schedules, and understanding about the situation you find yourself. This is my SECOND time using them, and honestly, after the first experience I would never use anyone else. I drive an hour just for their service, and happy to do so!!. They treated my car with the up-most respect, they work with you on payments, and are very understanding. The owner is a great guy and does quality work. He treats your vehicle with respect. The receptionist is a awesome gal that is willing to work with you on payment plans and such. If you need an interlock this is the place to go! I have had a wonderful experience with these folks and they could not have made the whole process any easier. Price wise you also looking at about $40-50 CHEAPER than any other interlock service! They are respectful, flexible with your billing and meetings, they are on your side and want you to get passed your negative experience. I got my interlock out today and even though I am excited to have it out, I will certainly miss them.

Dont waste your time here I took in my 2011 GMC Acadia Denali, the owner (Coty) did the install and snapped off a bunch of my wires in my vehicle causing me tons of issues that I am still dealing with today years later. He had me take my vehicle to his mechanic which claimed that it was other issues although my vehicle never had one electrical problem until the very day I came here and had this interlock device installed he admitted he did wrong, and accidentally snipped some wires but he had tried to repaired them himself, he sent me to HIS mechanic to double check which was nice I thought but as soon as his mechanic said that he was not the problem and wires were fine, he washed his hands with it, now years later I have finally decided to take my vehicle to the dealership just to find out that the dude snapped off more wires than he said, and that his mechanic clearly did not fix the issue at all, and both of them somehow missed seeing the snapped off wires that had been ripped through and fell from the wiring harnesses that connected to my computer, and now Im thousands and thousands of dollars out of pocket for the repairs. I would not waste your time here this place has been a complete headache for me I would never recommend them ever!!! Dealing with interlock systems are already a pain why would you wanna deal with a place that might destroy your vehicle on top of everything else? I could go on and on about the horrible experiences I had with this place aside from the wiring/computer damage but that was the icing on the cake. Save yourself the hassle and stay away!
