From the moment that I walked through the door I felt that I was a V.I.P. The ladies at the front immediately greeted me, and asked how I was and what can they do for me ? I was starting to get disgusted with how customer service was non existant everywhere I had been lately. I was seen by a very professional Tax Analyst Ms. Sonia Valenzuela. She made certain that I understood everything to do with my tax issues. I was comfortable with every step from walking in the front door to walking out the door (all in a short period of time) I knew that I was in the right place and welcome there by every staff member.

Blanca was very professional and knowledgeable about doing my tax preparation. She made sure I was getting my full refund amount possible. The preparation was smooth and she answered all of my questions that I brought to her attention.

I was delighted when twe got our appointment confirmation that we were going to get Diana the same person er had the year prior. As I had a 10:30am appointment I was there at 10:00am and checked in. I understand this time of year appointments can run a little longer and shorter. As I waited with my wife who drove 35 miles to be there a woman walked in at about 10:40am. We waited patiently. Diana finished her previous appointment at about 11:10am. The promptly put the the walk in woman in with Diana. We were told she was just dropping off her documents. Then the desk woman came out to me after seeing my wife’s and my frustration, and offered for me to see someone else not Diana whom I had an appointment with. Shockingly I asked why we were put behind a walk in and the other woman was not put with someone else negating the appointment that I have had for a year. She kept asking if I wanted to see someone else. At approximately 12:10 we finally got in to see Diana for our appointment.

Because service is always friendly, exceptional and this year very fast. I’ve used and Beth for a couple of years now, recommend her service
