Wow! A $30 Fee to get a copy of my tax returns and w2 forms.. I did my taxes 2016 with Mr.Garcia and now I have to re send all the paperwork to the IRS by mail again and Im receiving any help from Mr.Garcia in fact he is charging me $30 for s copy of 3 pieces of papers just because he now knows how urgent it is for me to send out this paperwork to the IRS.. I definitely do not recommend his services to anyone..

Marc is really nice the first time you meet him, but that doesnt last long. After that, he acts more like YOU are working for HIM, rather than the other way around. (When he couldnt get my Quickbooks password to work, he got frustrated and belligerent, telling me I must have written it down wrong...until after about 10 minutes, I finally got him to enter it correctly.) If you dont understand how something works, he acts like youre an idiot. If you choose to make any changes to your business structure, etc., he acts like you have done it JUST to make his job harder. (When I rescinded my S-Corp election and went back to LLC, he just about had a fit. When I explained that it requires less paperwork and formality for ME, he just kept angrily repeating that there was absolutely no difference between the two - which kind of made me wonder why he was so upset.) Seriously, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Unless you like paying someone to treat you with derision, go somewhere else.

They have a whole team to help you out, not just one person.
