Terry is an amazing Tech. She is not only gentle she takes the time to really give a great pedi. I have underlying heath issues and she takes special care of me. Ask for Terry for your Tech, you wont regret it!

I usually see the same nail person every two weeks. She’s great! The business is top notch, they seem to always have enough staff to get everyone taken care. There’s hardly a wait if I show up without making an appointment.

They charge my friend and didnt charge her for everyones nails and made a big scene like we didnt pay them (there own mistake when we ask to pay for everyones nails !! )

I got put at Richy’s station for my nails and he was very nice and even cracked a few jokes. My nails turned out amazing!! And they smell like fruity pebbles! It might be the oil he put on but they look and smell amazing!

This place is rough around the edges and could use a coat of pain on the walls.Im not sure about the pricing as we do not frequent these types of establishments.Emily was great with my 5 year old. It was her first time and she had lots of questions.Dont forget your mask or you will be charged $2 for a $0.25 mask. And the lady that came in after us was not required to wear one.

I love this place! Honestly this place is awesome for detail of nail design and how long they last. Great customer service. So many colors to choose from. The entire staff are extremely friendly & very talented. They all do a great job! You can tell that theyre very customer-focused. I will definitely be coming back for all my nail needs.

This was my very first time here and I really liked it! It was a nice and quiet atmosphere! All the ladies who work there are very professional and extremely sweet. Yes Im a dude and I love getting pedicures! The ladies at this place really know how to pamper you and make you feel very comfortable. Best of all, they really do an outstanding job! Of course they laugh at me because Im very ticklish and just about come out of my chair when the work my rough feet over and make them very soft and smooth. I highly recommend this place.

The lady who did my nails was very sweet and did a wonderful job

My nails look nice, but my finger tips were sore for days. The girl who did my pedicure made my toe bleed, never apologized and just dunked my foot back in the water. The polish also was cracked within a day.I paid for myself and a friends manicure, who also complained. Definitely not worth $155, in my opinion.

I like this place but the last time I went the lady doing my nails was very sick. She was coughing sniffling and looked like she hadnt showered in days and her skin and hair was so oily. Her white uniform was stained and looked like it had not been washed in a long time. It felt kinda gross having her touch my hands bc she coughed every few seconds. I over looked all of that and my nails ended up looking terrible. Other than that they usually do a good job here.

I love coming here! They always do an amazing job with my nails and every person that does my pedicure has been amazing. I found this place a few years ago and would never consider going anywhere else.

I only went here for a polish change when the salon I usually go to couldn’t do a simple design. They were very nice. It was clean. Instead of just changing the polish, she did a mini pedi. Washed my feet and trimmed my cuticles. I may start going here instead of my regular salon.

They have the best pedicures the deluxe has paraffin my feet stay softer longer. I have also gone multiple times for a gel manicure. The staff is friendly and the place is clean! Would recommend!

Awesome nail salon!I am very picky when it comes to getting my nails done. I watch them like a hawk to make sure they do it right. I will not pay for a bad service.Co Annie did an amazing ombré French tip! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she BAM done. I did tell her one seemed a little off and asked her to fix and she did! She was very happy to make sure I left completely satisfied.My mother in law and I also had the massage and pedicure done. It was very relaxing and my toes never looked so happy. We got gel nails.Yes. It’s packed. Yes there’s a bit of a language barrier. But if you’re polite and patient they will do their very best to work with you.Also, it’s June now and I had them done early May. I’ve trimmed them but they haven’t popped off or cracked.

Terry was supposed to do my pedicure, but Tommy did it. It was rushed, & I asked for him to cut my toenails shorter, but he didn’t. He was in a hurry to go to the next client. When I got home, I had to redo my callous removal & cut my toenails shorter. I was very disappointed in the service.

I always love doing my nails here the result is always pretty and they dont torture my nails thanks goodness!

I use to do pedicures came to this place on Sunday bc vidas closed & never again ! I got them to redo my toes& paid for 2 delux pedis was so disappointed first they were clumpy then they were rushed and I left with polish all over my toes I coulda just gave myself a pedi 🙄

I had booked a pedicure for me and my mom the lady I got didn’t even understand me, me and my mom both got the deluxe pedicure it came with your choice of sweet treat, chocolate and something else me and my mom both got the sweet treat or that’s what we asked for I didn’t even get the sweet treat I don’t know what the hell I got but my mom got her sweet treat! I came home and my toes looked great it’s been roughly a week since I’ve been there and NOW MY TOE IS INFECTED!!! This is outrageous! I plan on calling and getting a refund! I would definitely go but recommend the little guy he did my moms feet amazing! I can’t seem to post a picture of my toe but I’ve got it!

Heard a lot of good things about this place and decided to try it out. I live in Midland, but work in Odessa so I went on my lunch hour. They were quick to see me and Terry did an awesome job! I received a pedicure that was long overdue and she got me all back to normal! I am very pleased with the services I received today. I’ll be coming back for a manicure.

Today was my first time coming to Annies and it was AWESOME!!! Michelle was super sweet and did a great job on my acrylic nails and also answered any questions I had for future services. I brought my 2 kids (10&1) and they were all super nice and understanding. Ill definitely be going back!!!!

Amazing service, amazing work, they take their time and make sure your nails come out perfect. I came late and was accommodated with no problem. My gel manicure and pedicure was completed with quality work and care. Cant wait to go back and get some designs next time they are amazing!!!!

The technician that did my nails was fine and did a good job, but I was not happy with their check in system. The system has you put your number in it and we assumed that they would text your or something when it was your turn. Well no one told us otherwise, but just said check in. We decided to wait in the car and after 30 minutes, I went back in and our names had been crossed off. We had to check in again and wait another 20 minutes to get our pedicures. I just wish someone would have told us that they only use that system to call out names.

I just moved to town and needed to find a good nail place. I read reviews and decided to try Annie’s. I’m so glad I did. The staff was helpful and nice. My nails look awesome thanks to Brian and I didn’t spend a fortune! Awesome experience. I’ll be back for sure!

This is probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a nail salon. I came here because the google reviews and Im not impressed. I got the pedicure and the lady made me bleed, Ive never had a pedi that made me bleed and my feet are sore now because she cut my attached skin, not ingrown toenails. I will commend that the lady was very sweet and my nail polish looks nice, but I would not go back. On top of that my friend had a terrible experience with her nails: the gems are falling off and its only been a day. The experience for my friend was overall not good. I could go on, but the reviews on google are way better than what I experienced.

The people are always so nice and friendly and The lady at the front desk is always helpful and smiling. I get pedicures done here once a month and no regrets.

Pretty annoyed. Literally less than a week after getting a full set and my toes done it all started coming off. My nails have completely came off now after a week or so and my toes are already chipping... not to mention I showed the tech 3 different designs for my nails and he wasnt able to do any of them so I ended up going with a basic color. Although they we really nice it just ended up being annoying and a waste of money.

My regular nail person for the past two years (who is AWESOME) moved.😩 I have tried various salons and not gotten close to comparable until I found Annie’s. My friend and I went and the pedicures were as good as I’ve gotten!!! So excited to get really good pedicures again!!! (I wish I could remember the guy’s names, though...)🤦🏻‍♀️

Wilson did a terrible job on my pedicure. The paint is messy and not neat at all. Very rough with my feet telling me to move up, down etc. Ive gotten pedicures before and thats not necessary. Ammy was ok with nails. Overall, this place is overrated on Google. They dont honor appointment times, crowded, messy and not a relaxing environment. If this is the best place in Odessa, I suggest just doing your own nails at home.

Annie nail amazing service, absolutely love them. So happy I found Annie Nails and Tina. She’s so sweet and funny. She blessed my nails honey. I broke my nail and came back the next day and she put me together with no hassle.

Best nail salon Ive been to in the city, hands down! My technician was amazing in how she was able to design what I wanted without me having to spell it out exactly to her. This is by far one of the cleanest places I have been in the city. Guess Ive found my go-to nail salon :)

I walked right in and was immediately taken back for a eyebrow wax by Annie, I believe. She was very nice and did a very good job on my eyebrows. I definitely will be returning with my mom for our waxings 😊.
