Man who did my mothers pedi was so rough, she kept telling him it hurt but he didn’t listen, she kept pulling her feet away and asked him to stop, but he kept going. Now she has 2 places that are cut open. We tried to talk to them and all they said what ‘come back in and we will see how we can fix it’

There was no professionalism, the tips were very curved & the ones she had first were too small I like length & she didn’t have any in the whole store she claimed. There were a few things off & I was trying to explain to her how I prefer them & she continued to do her own thing regardless of MY satisfaction. They are all in different directions & different shapes, I’m a person with regular expectations, so if you are as well I would not recommend, I feel like I payed $85 for nothing :( ! Just got my nails done here and I love em. I went in around 6 or 7 pm and luckily I did not have to wait, I didn’t catch the lady’s name that did my nails but she did a great job in a timely manner too. The place is huge and they have a variety of beautiful colors to choose from. I was treated well and my nail tech made sure I was satisfied with the shape and length before applying the top coat. Great place will be coming back for my fill.

They didnt do my cuticlesEven though ive asked for a manicure with these nails they didnt give me a manicure.Also my thumb nail is crooked.My mom got a pedicure and they ripped out a chunk of her toe and didnt understand that lotion would hurt.My grandmother got her nails done by amy.She said Amy was amazing

Tommy is the best. Hes definitely my favorite. He always does a great job, I never have to worry about how my nails are going to end up. I struggle with very dry ragged cuticles and he always leaves my hands looking clean and decent! Ive had my bad experiences with some of the women there. They rush & make the job look messy... but he is awesome. Highly recommend Tommy!

Do not go here!!! This place is absolutely AWFUL!!!! My 2 daughters and my mom had both a manicure and pedicure however ALL their manicures looked just terrible!! I have worked in customer service for many years and understand that things happen!That being said I gave them the opportunity to fix the problem after they even agreed that the nails looked bad however they were not happy, put out, and very vocal about their displeasure with each other about my complaint! I did not ask for free nails, but I did ask for a discount of some sort. Instead of getting an understanding feed back from the employees, the woman who messed up the nails blamed my daughter for why she painted them the way she did. Please do not waste your time or money.

Wish I would have looked up the reviews first. When my daughter and I got to this place, it was 9:35, and the sign said open at 9:30. No one was there, so we waited. Several minutes later, the owner and his wife sauntered up. Instead of apologizing for being late, the man told me I was parked wrong. I mentioned they were late, and he said, “Yeah we are late every day.” Wow. Real professional. Since they seemed that they could care less about us, we left. There are plenty of other nail places to go to.

Cute and chill. Kelly did an AMAZING job with me. I was in a rush and she was very patient, quick, and did an amazing job!

My pedicure was amazing, I paid $50 for a coffee and chocolate pedi. All that they did was worth the $50 I paid. My feet look great and the massage felt amazing!

Got my first Acrylic Mani and the were quick and professional!! Also they were helpful in picking out a second color!! Their tools were sterile and a week later Im still in love with my nails!!!

Horrible place.The guy didnt want to take the time soak my nails so he ripped all of them off with a fake nail. Then laughed and told me at least there wasnt any blood after I told him that it was very painful.Then all of a sudden he disappears for 25 minutes and finally comes back and says that he went and took a lunch break while I sat at his desk. He came back and smelled so bad of cigarettes I wanted to get up and leave. Ive gone to almost every nail salon in Odessa and I have never experienced anything like this. TERRIBLE!

A much needed, beyond satisfying experience. Theyre menu is extensive, and she brought a tangerine margarita while I decided. Pedicure was freaking orgasmic, but what really did it for me was that they NEVER pretended to have a language barrier as a tactic to upsell.Yes, I would go there again...HEADED THERE NOW.

Absolutely worse mani-pedi!! Brought my lil granddaughter and it was a horrible experience from start to finish! She is five and they immediately did her nails and not mine. Finally a cigarette smelling, rude and indifferent guy started mine. I requested he just quickly finish and apply color because my granddaughter was finished and waiting. He argued that she was fine. My nails are horrible. Never will I step foot in that door again!!

My daughter and I went to go get a pedicure today, they were going to charge me $30 just to get my 3 year olds toes and nails painted. Well the guy decided he was going to cut her finger nails why I dont know they were already pretty short. Anyways instead he cut a chunk of her finger skin off! Blood everywhere! No band aids they tried to clean it with the nasty water they have in the sink where her feet were. Wel left because her finger was bleeding so badly and all they said was sorry! So ridiculous! I will never go back!!

Awful! I went at 6:00 got a pedicure and wanted my nails done they knew this the guy started but his wife wanted to leave so he barely had put the tips on and asks if I could come back tomorrow and he would finish. He asked all the rest of the emoyees if they would finish they all said no ! I was like Im not coming back tomorrow I have to work and your not leaving just the tips like this. We got into it. He left finally some one agreed to do it. I felt awful! Dont go there!! Customer service sucks!

Legacy Nails is the worst place I have ever been. I will never go back! Honestly this place doesn’t even deserve a star!The water was cold, my bag busted, and I went in there with 3 others. They skipped me, and did my family’s, and I sat there for an hour or longer. So needless to say I didn’t get a pedicure!

I would always go here until I realized they were ripping me off. They never told me how much my nails would cost until they were finished doing my nails. This last time they charged me 65$ for an ombré nail design and coffin shape. Most of the people in there half ass on your nails as well.They also jacked my eyebrows up even after going to the same person for months

The people here are very rude and do not do what you ask for and get mad when you try and tell them. I try to give people several chances but I will never go back here.

Worst place ever. Never will I go back. I told the guy how I wanted my nails. He insisted on doing a different shape. I told him no, bc I like the oval shape. He was rude from the beginning, he did the nails super thick, he did a nail crooked. I asked if he could fix it and he said he wasnt done. I gave him a chance to fix it after he got done asked if I liked them. I was honest and said No he began to speak his language to other employees he them told me that I never told him how I wanted themI told him that I wanted them somewhat short and he did long stiletto. He asked me if I wanted him to fix them, I told him yes and he called me rude. I was almost in tears that someone would treat a customer like this. I told him to remove them all so I could go somewhere else. He was super rough Im the process of removing. The other guy who did my nails did the same did the nails long and 3 crooked nails... Worst place ever!
