Wanted a clean natural French dip, definitely not what I got. My toenails are also crooked. This place used to be good and the place I visited often, not sure what happened but they have definitely gone down hill. The pictures are after asked them to fix my nails. Still not what I wanted but its all they could do with how short the white part is.

The best place for nails in ALL Odessa.The customer service was exceptionally great.They were very caring and attentive. They really cared if they hurt us accidentally rather than just keep going on with the procedure. They were very kind and their job was amazing! They took their time to perfect every detail. It is slightly pricey (as Odessa would be) but entirely worth it.

I went in to the salon without an appointment. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and assisted. I was seated quickly and Sonic (my nail tech) took the photo I provided and created an almost exact duplicate of the design I wanted. He was very neat and paid close attention to the detail. This is the first salon in west Texas that I have been to that has been up to my very high standards. My nails look so good! He cleaned up my nails so well. (No glue or dip left under my nails or around the nail bed) It’s been 24 hours since I got them done and they aren’t sore. I am so happy I found Unique Nails!

Ive NEVER had a problem with my nails!! But after coming here I had to constantly go back to get them fixed! I only had them on for a week n they popped off like nothing ! If I were to give this place ZERO starz I would. I wont be returning unfortunately, but I do want to say the customer service and environment is great but the products they use arent so great.

Came in today (8/13/2021) for a pedicure. I got bin. He is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be requesting him for my manicures and pedicures from now on!!!I’m a regular and absolutely love love love this place. This is the ONLY place I will go anymore. Only place that actually massages your hands and arms after getting your nails(one of the main reasons I go here) and the pedicures are usually always amazing.Unfortunately I had a somewhat different experience today. The lady doing my pedicure didn’t really massage my legs or feet, nor did they guy that did my nails rub my hands or arms.

Sonic did my nails, he was amazing and very patient and sweet!

This is the only place I know that’s okay around here . I mainly go for the pedicures . My feet are naturally always ruff so I don’t expect for them to be really smooth when I leave . But it’s already been twice I leave dissatisfied. The first time, the lady didn’t even bother to scrape the bottom of my heel, she never touched the bottom of my heel . And this last time, the guy scraped it very lightly. Wich really didn’t help with my ruff heels . Their was a older lady that did a great job and a older man he really scraped my heels good . Haven’t seen them in a while tho 😕

Got my toe & finger nails done (regular French tip) & it came out to $70. I walked in & they were really nice, they offered me a beverage. (water, soda, alcohol beverage but they make sure youre 21) They were very nice & talk you though what you can get. Thank you for an awesome first time getting my nails & stuff done. Will go here next time & will recommend this place to all friends & family :)

I have been a client of this salon since we moved here 3 years ago. I went to 3 different salons before I found UNIQUE!!! Becky does beautiful work on my nails and I am very picky ( I was a nail tech in the 80’s & 90’s so I know what I like 🤓). Lily does my pedicures and understands how important it is for this diabetic to have a safe & proper pedicure! Every employee is friendly so the entire experience is great. I give Unique Nails a 5 out of 5 stars.... THE BEST!!!

I won’t ever use another place. They are incredibly nice and service is great. Ana is my nail tech and is so precise with her work and takes her time. She is great ! I highly recommend her. Don’t be afraid to tell them if you don’t like something they are so patient with you it’s amazing.

The place is absolutely amazing. I live in Fort Stockton and drive an hour and a half each way to get my nails done at this salon. Every single employee I have received a pedicure from has done an excellent job. The best of all is Becky! She is an exquisite nail tech and holds the best conversations. I am very picky with my acrylic nails and the shape of them. She is so patient and makes sure I am 100% satisfied. Definitely show this nail salon some love!

I cannot tell you enough how good these people are! I just literally walked out from getting my first pedicure from them and they are HANDS DOWN the best in Odessa!! I’m not from here, so I have tried soooo many in the last 3 years. This takes it all! I will be a repeat customer. Li is the one who did my pedi and she was so sweet and took her time. The price I was told, was how much I paid (minus tip 😉). That never happens at any nail salon I’ve been to. You will not be disappointed!

Update: Unique is now my go-to nail salon in the area. Customer service is still great, Becky who I think is the manager is super friendly & caring and knows how to properly run a nail salon! Henry was my first nail tech and did great- even greater withpedicures (and so is magic Mike haha)! Lily is my go-to for powder or dip. She pays attention to detail and really cares that I am happy with the shape. Very talented and friendly folks, I would definitely recommend. For me, its always worth the drive from midland.--------My nail tech did a good job on my dip. Great customer service- I really appreciate the lady who asked me how are they doing which shows they care about feedback and their quality of service. They have a good staff. Will definitely return.

This was my first time going to Unique Nails and I plan on returning.Bon gave me a full set which I was very pleased with I’d like to add.he was very attentive to doing my nails professionally and beautifully while taking his time which.overall, and straight to my point, is I could not find anything with my nails and his beautiful work.this has to be one of the best full set I’ve had.i will recommend any and every one to stop by Unique Nails in Odessa.(ask for Bon)now on the other hand, the cleaning really needed work.i did walk in later in the day but it Definitely could use some cleaning up because of the fact that there was good traffic going on with customers...................................Thanx for my beautiful nails,Unique Nails

I came at 430 pm and found six staff members laying on the pedicure chairs. They were preoccupied with their phones. I had to ask for a soda after never being offered one. The chairs are filthy and there isn’t any cleaning between people on the remotes or chairs or Covid-19 safety measures. The door says that you have to wear a mask inside but a good portion of staff members are not wearing masks. I had asked for a pedicure and manicure but no one ever came back to do my manicure. It is just as well as I wouldn’t want to spend ore money at this place. Go elsewhere if you want a hygienic experience.

I went in for a pedicure and full set. The pedicure i have no complaints on but the full set i do. The lady, i think her name was Kelly or something she was rushing through the whole process, yes i get they were packes but still. And when i told her what color i wanted she kept on trying to offer a different color. I was sure what color i wanted. I know i didnt ask for a manicure but isnt it part of the process for them to cut your fingernails if theyre too long? Because she didnt. Some of the nails were crooked, and when she was putting the super glue she took too long on one of the nails so it just fell off and she had to apply more glue. When she was almost done i kept on looking and my nails and at one point she said to stop looking at them that she knew what she was doing and too stop worrying, which i thought was rude. When she was done i noticed that 2 nails had drips on them, like she didnt evenly distribute the polish. At first glance they dont look so bad, just little details here and there. And she also lost my shoes for a while! I had to leave the store and wait for them to call me when they found them. Not to be over exaggerated but did not like her service.

My wife and I were visiting from out of town and lady doing my feet was afraid to scrub hard on my feet. I had just had my feet done back home 3 weeks ago after 4 months without due to covid and she said she couldnt get it smooth, but where I normally go got it completley smooth after 4 months.To me it just seemed like they didnt want to do the job properly to get any cracks out! The lady that does my feet back home is almost 65 yrs old and worked twice as hard . I regularly tip her $20-30 but here I didnt want them to finish or paint my nails. They keep focusing on the massage when just asked her to focus on my heels. My husband messages my feet I dont need a massage!

The staff is friendly and professional, they are always glad to see me and when I had a bit of a disability they took very good care of me and made me feel safe

I absolutely love this salon.. Its clean everyone is very professional and welcoming. They do a phenomenal job on your nails. I was never able to find anybody back in Alabama that did as good a job as they do here in Texas at unique nails.

They dont get mad if you point out something you dont like (other places make you feel bad for this! Lol) definitely worth the price. I will be back for my fill. Worth the drive to get here. Ive been Unique nails a couple of times for dip manicure and pedicure. They have always done a good job. They are usually really busy but every time I come as a walk in, they always take me in.Today was my first time getting dip powder and I am obsessed. My nails look amazing and they did such a great job!They also have a great color selection for gels, regular polish, dip powder.

I went in and was greeted immediately. I picked my color and Ana was there offering assistance. She got started and she was quick and professional. And better yet, I have 1 tiny baby nick on 1 finger. Its minuscule (unlike at B.Bella - 4 different fingers were ground down cut open and bleeding). And my dip nails are GORGEOUS!! Thin (not thick), smooth (not lumpy/bumpy/pitted), and well shaped (again, unlike at B.Bella). I LOVE them!! Will be back!!

Le gives the best pedicures and one of the best foot massages I’ve ever ever had! Her nail art it the best I’ve found in the Permian Basin!
