If I could give this place 10 gold stars I would. I used to hop from one nail salon to another never finding the perfect place. But I have found it! I have been going here for two years and have never been disappointed. VERY clean and up-to-date and always striving to please. Lots of colors to choose from. Fun designs. Even though walk-ins are probably the norm, I would encourage anyone who wants a specific nail artist to make an appointment in advance :) I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Such a great way to start my daughter’s wedding weekend. They created an amazing relaxed experience!!

My daughter and 2 of her friends had regular manicures done for my daughters birthday. They did an excellent job, and even greeter her with a Happy Birthday! :) Called ahead of time and made appointments for first thing Sunday morning. They were kind and friendly, they even did some free flowers for the girls because of my daughters birthday. The place was super clean, quite and definitely will go back. I got a gel manicure done and my nails have lasted over 3 weeks now! My nails looked great and I will definitely go back again. Highly recommend.

AMAZING!!! In all the years of getting acrylic nails I’ve never had them turn out PERFECT the first time, didn’t have to have them correct anything!!!Beautiful salon, very clean and time efficient, I was in and out in 45 mins!!! If I ever get back to this area I will differently go back!!!

Kind staff, clean, and great atmosphere. I love when they have piano/instrumental music playing because its so relaxing. My nails have looked fantastic both times I have been there.

I have gone to the same place to get my nails done for years, the last couple of times my nails were breaking within a week, I didnt really like the way they were turning out. So I decided to try something new! Glamour nails did amazing for my sister and I! They were gentle, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted, and our nails look amazing! 10/10 would recommend. My nails look perfect and my sister is currently obsessed with her first time acrylics!

Victor is amazing. The staff is very sweet. I went in and explained my previous poor experiences in the area as well as what I disliked about my current set. They took my daughter and I right away and fixed both of our sets. I love the shape and design. He was very gentle, no issues! I will be a return customer. They’re prices are very reasonable also!! Can’t say enough please try them!! Not many places can say great service with a smile, and they can!

Glamour Nail & Spa is a fabulous place to be pampered! I first visited a few months after they opened in the summer. My daughter and I were looking for a place to have our nails done for her wedding in the fall. We had manicures and pedicures done and it was fabulous! For the wedding I had a full set of acrylics done with Paul. Paul is amazing! Every time I went in for a fill with him it lasted 3 weeks and would have lasted longer except my nails grow too fast! No peeling or pulling away from my nail. The last time I was in I had the acrylics removed and a shellac manicure done. It also has stayed on forever. Do visit here! They are courteous, friendly and talented artists in theiir craft. Tip: Bring cash for tip.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I cannot say enough how wonderfully I was treated the minute I walked in the door. I had the best Foot & Leg massage Ive ever had thank you Mandy for that. Also Sarah did such a great job on my nails. Making sure they were how I wanted them. They never ever seem like they were rushed and really took their time and made me their priority. The place is efficient and clean. And really they went beyond most places. Thank you again I highly recommend. They are right next to Mod Pizza.

Love this place! Take their time making sure all your nails look even and they are to your liking. Very nice and modern inside and super nice workers, would recommend! (Also not too expensive)

Wonderful service! The atmosphere is very calming and my pedicure was great and thorough, not rushed at all. This is definitely my new go-to pedicure spa.

Very nice people. But I picked a nice blush pink color. Was not the right color after the work was done. I get home a couple hours in I have two clipped nails. I will not return to this nail salon.

Very clean salon, good service and enjoyed the nail technicians. The bowls are lined for sanitation and theres an enormous selection of nail polishes - more than I have ever seen. Giving a four out of five because I prefer my manicure to be done separately from my pedicure. Felt slightly rushed, when Id prefer to relax. Next time I go, I will ask for that.

I have been to this nail salon twice. Heylley and Nina were very gentle and sweet. My mani/pedi looks great.

The worst. Ever. Both my daughter and i had pedicures and manicures. The place reeked of smoking and the technicians were rough. Never had pain from a pedicure before. I got a basic manicure and my hands were only put in a dish of cold water after i asked if they got soaked first, no cuticle remover at all and he literally pulled at my cuticles to get them off. My daughter walked out with actual scrapes on the bottom of her feet from the tools they used. The whole place had an uncomfortable vibe. Never going back. Ever. Take your business elsewhere.

Visited Glamour Nails for the first time yesterday after being nothing but frustrated with every other nail establishment in OC. I’m new to the area and have had a really tough time finding a quality nail tech. This place is officially my new go-to! Sarah did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and I love the relaxing, clean and organized atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly and they all have so much experience in the field. Hands down, the best nail spot in OC!

Customer Service was great initially, however 3 days after doing a Dip manicure my nails are chipping when normally dip lasts 3+ weeks. My nails also are indented where they buffed down too deep. Fast forward a few days later and i had no dip left on my nails because it all chipped off. I went to the salon and asked to speak to the owner- and surprise he was not there nor taking and phone calls. I asked to be refunded as i did not want anyone there re-doing my nails as they are very sensitive now and they would not do that either due to Policy. I gave the lady my phone number to have the owner call me, and a week later.. still no phone call. I will not be returning to this salon unfortunately because it is a nice place visually.

They didn’t listen to what I wanted

I love this place!! Everyone’s so friendly and nice. I got a pedicure and dip. The inside is relaxing and calm. Pretty and clean.The pedicure was sooo good I wanted to fall asleep😂😂. The massage was amazing I think his name was tam. He took his time and did a good job. My heels were smooth and trust me they weren’tThe dip done by Sarah I love!! She’s the best in Oconomowoc. TRUST ME AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER!! I’m on my 3 week and there’s no chip. DIDNT GO UNDER THE LIGHT.Everything was nice all in all loved it will be back forever!!

Im not one to complain or leave bad reviews, but I just left this salon after getting a fill and I am very disappointed. I usually go to CQ Nails here in town but thought Id try this new salon out. Victor did my nails, he grinded and filed and grinded and filed until I had no skin left on my fingers. He made several fingers bleed, the shape of every nail is different and the polish is all over my fingers. On top of that, I go to the register to pay. He tells me $30. I get out my money, then he says oh sorry, its $35...I will not be returning to this salon. Ive been to most of them in town and still think CQ Nails does the best job for the best price.

Salon is very professional looking and beautiful but these people seemed not certified in nails point peroid aycril nails I broke two of my nails and went here to not only try em out but to see the new salon in my area I was charged 15$ just to have my two broken nails fixed with polish U can go to silver nail or Cq for like 5$ to fixed that price is outrageous .I wouldnt recommend at all I had one nails ripped to the bottom that I did not want touched cause it needs to grow and heal he intended to try and put a nail on it ? This place looks great but isnt notified about trends and howto do professional acrylic nails period
