The first thing that was not a good thing for my nails and skin let alone my air quality was that they remove your old dip by putting your fingers in acetone and let them soak. I now have peeling skin around my nail that Im assuming came from the acetone because I have never had it before. I asked for my nails to be shortened and the nail tech nodded with a yes. They not only didnt shorten them he never filed to smooth them out or shape them evenly to all look alike. He also missed the sides of 4 of my nails with the dip and when I pointed it out he added dip to those spots, which now are just bumpy and crackled looking.The other thing that turned me off was they turned on reruns of the Olympics and seemed to need to stop working to watch TV. My nail tech was not the only one doing that. I was a hairdresser for 34 years and never would have ever thought about stopping the service I was providing to watch TV, very unprofessional. I wont be going back!

Told my nail tech not to cut my toe nails too short during my pedicure, he cut one so short that it actually bled and was sore for days. The nail polish on my toes ended up being bumpy on a few toes.as well. Was not pleased with my pedicure after paying for the most expensive one!

My nails turned out beautifully!! I love them. I havent had my nails done in years and wasnt sure about the dip, but I love it now. I will definitely be back! I wish I could put a picture of them up!

One of the best places in Lake country to get you pedicure and manicure. Fong, Laura and the whole team do a fantastic job. There attention to detail is simply the best. The sevice is friendly and impeccable. If you are looking for that perfect place give this place a try I dont think you be disappointed with Dips and Tips. My word

I am new to the area and was in a rush to find a nail salon to do my nails. I found them right before closing, but they were extremely nice and did my nails anyway! They were able to do them exactly how i wanted them and even offered me a complimentary beverage. I definitely recommend stopping by here!

If I could give more than five stars I would. Laura and her staff are always very friendly and outgoing and treat me very well. Its always very comfortable to walk in and be greeted is if I had been going there for many more years than I actually have. My nails always look amazing and I am constantly getting compliments on whatever design I have at the moment.

Disappointed in their lack of Covid safety precautions. They have not adopted safety standards many nail spas have. Staff and customers did not wear masks. No safety guards/plexiglass or dividers between staff and customers when doing manicures. Hand washing station sad. Truly disappointed in caviler attitude.

All staff (Fong, Laura, Sam, Tina and Henry) have done service on either myself or my daughter, mom and dad and granddaughter have done exceptional work. I recommend Dips & Tips to everyone!

Great people, beautiful place but not knowledgeable of acrylic fills and not sure if their electric tools are cleaned properly. My fingers are very swollen,itchy and very painful. They arent following there brochure prices as i feel I have been over charged twice now.

Amazing staff!!! Whole atmosphere is calm and friendly. Pricing is extremely reasonable and they dont just make your nails look nice, they offer an experience...you dont find that nowadays. I dont get out often for such pampering but I can assure you that this is THE place to go hands down best experience Ive ever had for manicure and pedicure

Worst dip I ever received by Sam who made it apparent that he didnt want to do my nails, tried to pawn me off on another nail tech. Was sloppy & the dip didnt even last for 1 week. Would never go back or recommend to anyone. Very dissappointed.
