It has everything you need for your newborn pet or old wise pet. Food, medicine, and a lot more. I came to get some funny clothes for my small dog and he loved it. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here again for their products.

I walked in with an objective; cheap, decent dog and cat food to last me for a weekend trip. I was in and out in probably about 15 minutes. There was NO line to get to check out, I was able to sign up for their rewards card in less than a minute, and someone offered to carry my bags. I declined cos I gotta get my exercise in when I can lol but all in all good experience, well stocked, good selection.

Adopting a puppy in the morning, went to PetSmart to get supplies.The store is well stocked, clean and organized. The staff was pleasant and helpful even to the horrible customer ahead of me in line.My dog bed was 50% off and Christmas themed dog toys start at $1.49. Great trip to PetSmart.Please note Banfield veterinary is no longer in the building.

Grooming service great. Nice friendly and loving to our furbabies. My pup first bath she came out smelling great and wagging her tail.

I am not familiar with other Petsmarts in general but I would like to ask the manager of this location to Please have better line indication system. One simple “line starts here” and/or “please wait for the next available cash register” can really help avoid line rage. Currently one long line forms behind register one which is often the only one open. and whenever a second cash register opens and announced customers in line naturally walk over only to be yelled by the cashier to return to the long line behind register one if some one beat them to the open checkout station first and its often not the next in line behind the first station, this is very disorganized, unprofessional, also really confusing it appears like a supermarket where one is supposed to line up behind each open register station, does not have clear indication of it for those in line. The social distancing markers behind each register makes it even more puzzling for users.Another thing do wish grooming can be paid inside the grooming station. Instead of at the confusing cash register with long lines. I don’t understand what are those “cash registers” inside the grooming station is for if not for accepting payments. Otherwise it’s a good store with lots of Pet supplies and a grooming service.

Good not great. Its just a PetSmart. The people are sometimes nice and other times very stand offish. If I ask where something is, sometimes Ill be walked over to the item and others I was just told it might be somewhere between two isles. Which is a really lazy answer, they could have at least asked a coworker who might know. They have my cats food and Ive gotten a few things for my aquarium.

Best Chinese buffet I have ever been too. JUST KIDDING!!!🤣🤣 This place is awesome they have everything you need for your pets if not they will order whatever you need!!! Best place for pet supplies hands down!!!

Theres always a wait. They do typically have a good selection but it seems like every time I go, no one is available to help or even cares that you need help. Its more of an out of convenience thing that preference thing when it comes to shopping here versus any other pet store.

Ive shopped there for years. Its been fine ...except the past year. Been out of my cat litter and was sold expired cat food. At $30 for a small bag I dont expect to get old food!

Almost all of the animals were neglected. There was a ton of dead fish and algae was taking over.Most of the small animal habitats were filthy and the Bettas looked sick. I dont know whats going on there lately but it wasnt acceptable conditions for animals.

Not bad just didnt have exactly what I needed and bit of a wait for the one cashier and a line grew behind me...and no other employees in sight. Cashier was sweet and sincere about the wait.

This place is just fine. 5 stars because nothing was wrong, not because it was amazing. Got in and out quick. They didnt have a full selection for rabbits compared to other stores. But they got long lines down quickly.

Crystal V takes such good care of my pets. Harley, in particular is very scared of grooming visits, but at the end of the visit yesterday, Harley walked back to give Crystal a hug. She has never done that with anyone outside me and my kids. She knows Crystal genuinely cares about her. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Booked my cat’s grooming appointment two months out and took off work to bring her in. I was told when I showed up they could not take her because of outdated rabies vaccines. I filled out all the paperwork online and read everything. It just says “bring vaccine info,” which I did. My cat was vaccinated only a few years ago and she is an indoor cat. I’m very frustrated because this specific piece of info was not made clear months ago when I booked.I don’t blame the groomers for telling me no, I blame petsmart’s unclear policies and how they are communicated.

Out of stock, again, on ghost shrimps! Too long of lines. ..not great ! Went to Walmart instead, sorry ....

This location seems to run more slowly than others. Always seems to take 10 to 15 min longer here. But it is usually clean and well stocked.

Well stocked store. Staff was very nice and helpful. Appears to be a real full service pet store. They even had a Santa Claus! Very clean as well. Traffic in the area can be crazy though.

Place is dirty, and service was bad lady kept getting mad they rushed us to pick things. We bought fish and fish tanks were dirty and fish were dead.

Came in for crickets, asked for help was told to press the help button. No one came, multiple associates in the area would not assist. Asked for help again, no luck.

My apologies for not remembering the name of the gentleman manning the desk in the evening but he was fantastic! It was a long stressful day and he immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome, he was friendly, kind and a true professional. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable and nice and cool after a hot day on the road, it was truly a wonderful stay!!!

Fish departments terrible...it took 25 minutes to get service...I’ve walked out before and went to Petco to buy fish. As I walked into Petco fish department they had someone promptly walk up to me and help me...at least they had someone there and a bell to ring for service.

I’ve been to the store about five times in the last week. The first time we were helped the lady was very nice and helpful. And then there was a guy that helped us a few days was very cool and helpful. But twice I got this chick that was very rude. She had a bad attitude. I stood there for like two minutes waiting for her to say can I help you while she continued to just shovel stuff into a tank. And this time she should be grateful for a job. I own three businesses and if I had an employee like her I would fire her. She was very rude to my two-year-old two-year-old don’t understand language because he kept opening the cricket thing that I kept closing but she almost like snapped at him. It’s like three Quarters of that store the people should work there and they’re nice and helpful in the other quarter should be fired

I dont particularly care for this PetSmart however its the closest to my house since the Vista location closed. Their shelves are always pretty bare, lines long and customer service is scarce. The Banfield there is 10 times worst, I would never take my dog there even if he was dying.

Absolutely filthy... and dog pee and fur everywhere... i would think with all the down time we have someone could go around and spot clean and run a push broom once in a while...😕...

We were looking for our Lexis special food, Royal Canin Ultamino, and we found it here! It was a simple process. We took the foods prescription to the back, to the Banfiel Pet Hospital located inside. They added Lexi to their system and provide a MedCard, this card allows us to buy the food without providing the prescription in the future. They also have a home delivery option!

I was pretty disappointed in the grooming services. I’m not sure why the app starts the basic bath at $32 but when you go in person they have options for a bath including a bandana and other things for $20-25. On too of that, they had to reschedule my dog’s appointment because they overbooked. I’ll stick to the other location I guess

I have been coming here for years and today I received horrible service. I am truly disappointed 😞. As I was standing in line by the end cap to maintain social distancing from the gentleman in front of me, clearly I arrived 1st they saw and heard my pet. However the young lady who open the door allowed someone in before me who came in after me. Also I understand work is hard and crazy at this time. But proper customer service should be easy. When I asked the representative why that happened she was very rude. I hate giving bad reviews. However I will gladly find another groomer. This is the second time someone has been rude to me.

Love Petsmart they have blood parrot fish for 9.99 were Petco has it for 19.99 I understand bigger fish cost more, but the ones at Petco were not bigger.

Had a very good experience at PetSmart! I adopted my two guinea pigs not that long ago and they are healthy and happy (:. At Petsmart they actually have some cages that fit the requirements for small animals. I got my cage for 50 dollars.

I take my cat to the Banfield pet hospital in this PetSmart. The vets are really kind and they have a reasonably priced monthly plan so you can just take your pet in and visits are already covered. They really care for the animals here. ❤️❤️❤️

One of the best in stock stores Ive visited. Better than my Amazon Prime account. Personal customer service was outstanding. Employee took me to the aisle rather than just telling me where the product was. They had inventory I couldnt find elsewhere online. Will shop there again this week. Super clean store.

Great pet grooming crew. My pup refused the blow dry and the toenail clipping and barked her head off. But the staff did what they could and got my pup smelling much better with a good shampoo.🤗 And they all did it with a great attitude.👍

I reccomend buying online and pick up in store because online customers dont need to wait in a line instead a worker comes out and brings your order to you. Im going to do this instead of buying in the store its safer .

We go into the grooming a lot. Brian is always good with our dog and cat. We moved and there is a different petsmart closer to us, but we like Brian, so he makes it worth the drive. Our animals always turn out great looking and feeling better after he grooms them.
