My daughter and I wanted to try a new salon for her 16th birthday. We had a lovely experience at Sugarcoat, and we are so glad that we tried a new place. Brandon and Lynn did an excellent job on our dipped nails. They were very friendly and the salon was super clean. We look forward to returning and will tell our friends about our excellent experience. Thank you Lynn and Brandon!

Worst manicure I’ve ever had! My nails were filed unevenly and the guy painted my nails so quickly that I had the gel polish all Over my skin. I don’t even think the gel Coats had time to dry because my hand was under the light for maybe a total of 10–15 seconds. That’s how fast he was painting my nails. Also, the place was absolutely filthy! Ceiling tiles falling down, dust everywhere, and a bunch of junk laying around. The decor is also terrible. What threw me for a loop was when he was done trimming my cuticles, he wiped the cuticle trimmer with a dry paper towel and just threw it back in the drawer. He didn’t use anything to clean it! An infection waiting to happen! There are plenty of other places along Asbury to get your nails done. This place is not one of them.

This is one of the greatest nail salons I have been to. The employees are so sweet, and friendly. I would recommend. I use to go to yes nails but I love this place so much better. And when you make appointments they are punctual. 10/10

I highly recommend Sugarcoat Nails and Spa. The new owner, Lee, is top shelf. Everyone goes out of their way to make you comfortable and give you a quality product.My daughter and I go to Sugarcoat for gel, dip, manicures, pedicures and waxing. Its especially nice to have such a wonderful salon right here in OC that is open year round. Be sure to stop in.

Great Pedicure! Totally worth the money. My gel manicure was absolutely horrible. The guy did nothing with my cuticles. Didnt push them back or trim them. He cut my nails very uneven and left them sharp. Filed them a little bit but did not file or buff to smooth the nail bed. He went right to painting and missed way too many spots. Its been a couple days and they are chipping. You can see right through the polish on some of them due to not painting enough coats. They just look so sloppy. Very disappointed.

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years, and to many different nail salons in the area. Sugarcoat is by far the best. Best foot message with my pedicures, nails are always done to perfection, and most of all the staff is GENUINELY nice. I highly recommend them.

This is an amazing nail salon! The employees are wonderful. I would highly recommend coming here. It is a lot better than all of the other nail salons in ocean city!

You simply CAN NOT beat great service. SugarCoat is an amazingly relaxing experience all around. Brandon has been taking care of me & my family for years!! His work is amazing & he is kind, gentle & respectful.

I was with my daughter on vacation in OC and had a wonderful mani/pedi with her. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. Loved the massage chairs. Brandon was very friendly & professional! I visit this place often when I am in town. My last couple experience with the service here were horrible. None of them seems to know what they are doing. My pedicure had uneven shaped nails and my cuticles weren’t cut. Very unhappy.
