Excellent customer service and you can ship via FedEx, USPS or DHL. I ship FedEx and all 4 packages that I had shipped have been delivered on time and in good condition.

When I walked into the store I was not greeted by anyone. The only visible employee was sitting in the far left corner of the front area. The entire time this employee (Elain) was standing in front of me she was on a personal phone call with the speaker phone turned on. This was immediately off-putting and uncomfortable.The employee was speaking more to the person on the phone than to me. She was going to affix the label she printed on my package when I noticed the addressees name was misspelled. She corrected it with a pen and then told me to check the rest of it. The zip code in the shipping address was incorrect. I told the employee, at that point, I preferred to use a different shipping service. I drove out of my way to a UPS store where I was able to get proper customer service, and also saved a few dollars on shipping costs. To have such a poor customer service experience with what should be a short and quick interaction is totally unacceptable. I will not use this location again.
