Worst shipping experience Ive ever dealt with. After multiple calls after a week late package, I was told by a supervisor that she would call me back by the next business day before noon to tell me where my package was, and NO CALL BACK. After package is ONE WEEK LATE, they say they dont even know if it will be here next week or the week after that. THE Government Should step in, as they are collecting money, without being able to deliver services in a reasonable time.
Well 6 days now product sitting in Ocala, and I call them to ask if there on strike or whatever and they blame covid, except for the fact that UPS and USPS are not seemingly affected at all. Had to cancel a order because they could not even guarantee that I was going to get my product 7 days past the original spinning estimated time. They claim there not understaffed as I told them they were, they just said they only had one location that went from Jacksonville down to Floral City, so that is a direct confession that they need more locations and more people to do the work. Ill never order FED EX ever again. If you DONT want stuff, ORDER FED EX, if you want stuff shipped in a acceptable time frame, just walk it to where your taking it too, or do UPS or USPS......this has been nothing but a bad experience. Calling their 800 number 4 days in a row, being promised a call back the very next day to tell me when and where Imy product was lead to ZERO calls back, every day I called. Its the blind leading the blind up there at Ocala Fed Ex clearly.
You’ve always been my preferred provider but this week, you really dropped the ball. My order was expected 9/22 and you’ve been promising it by the end of each day since. You’ve shown my order on a local truck since Sat. Today I had to leave without out my entire order, all which was specifically for this trip. When I called to see if I could meet the truck, I was told no… I doubt that was the case, yet your customer service lacked the caring part of service today. Sad day
Drivers apparently don’t know how to read street names and consistently deliver my packages to a house with my same numbers on a completely different street a block away
Absolutely embarrassing service. My package has been sitting at this location for nearly a week. Everyday the delivery date is scheduled for the next day and still nothing. I call customer service and they explained the package wasn’t loaded to the truck even though it was scanned but that it’s on the truck right now and set to be delivered within the hour. Nothing. I call again and get the same excuse. Am told I can have it held instead, actually no, it can’t be. Sorry, nothing they can do
My Shipping have been delayed for 3weeks. I have 3 different items they have not moved from this ocala center. Im 30mim away but my item continue to be delayed
Terrible customer service, package is over 3 weeks late. I asked them if they could STOP taking on new orders, the woman shouted on the phone that they were a business to make money and they would NOT take on orders no matter HOW BACKED UP THEY WERE.......DONT SHIP FEDEX IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF THIS YEAR!
FedEx for my household in Inverness has become such a problem in this area that we are going to go out of our way to NOT get things shipped to us. I don’t understand their method and customer service said that there’s nothing that they can do and no one to report this on going issue. My recommendation is DO NOT USE FedEx because your package will be late, especially if you live in Citrus County

It could have been better, honestly. A little improvement in the customer service department would go a long way. I was not aware that they will not do anything to help you pack your item for shipment, nor will they inspect your packing job to make sure it is safe. I was shipping 105 lithium ion batteries and asked them to inspect the way they were packed because they can be dangerous if they are punctured. I was told they dont care how theyre packed as long as the package has a lithium ion battery content sticker. I was shocked. These things will start a fast burning fire that cant be put out easily and they dont care how its packed? Seems super sketchy to me. Anyway, I like going to the UPS store better anyway.
My 3 orders from Walmart has been sitting in ocala fl. Nonenglish talking guy couldnt bring all when he came with a smaller pkg. Fedex you have lost my business.

1st they delivered the package to the wrong house. We reordered through the seller, On delivery day package is delayed. 7 days later after multiple phone calls. They said everything from the Box was damaged and they were fixing it, To they couldnt get anybody to load up the truck. Then finally acknowledge they lost the package somewhere in their warehouse. Horrible service

I am still waiting for them to locate it as it’s been late for 4 days and they just told me it’s lost and that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours….If they don’t find it I will sue them!! Its there. The only lady working up front on a Saturday obviously didnt want to be there. She had the personality of a doorknob.I had a free return shipping label that wouldnt scan. She gave me 0 suggestions as how to get a duplicate label that would scan.After I gave it to her and she took it out back she tells me I couldve gone to Office Depot to have them print a label.It was a prepaid return label. To generate a new label, I wouldve had to pay $18+ dollars to return a $30 dollar item.Fedex may want to retrain this woman to be more helpful.I would recommend trying UPS, USPS, or DHL before giving FedEx your business with her kind of attitude.
Horrible customer support, they hand up on you right when they pick up, they clearly know there packages will NOT be delivered for at least a month out, they say Lawyers and people that are sick are not getting their packages too as if that will make you magically be ok with them being under staffed with having super slow delivery times.
Usps is faster... why delay package
I paid for 2 day shipping on my previous 2 packages from different retailers and both packages came through the Ocala location. Same story for both packages. It arrives in Ocala and gets put on a truck for delivery. It doesnt arrive. Tracking then says it goes back to the Ocala location and then back on a truck the next morning..... It is the same thing every day for weeks. Today I received notification that they attempted to deliver but nobody was home. The problem with that is that I have been home all day. I have called customer service repeatedly and they do nothing except tell me it will be there the next day and it never is. This place is worthless and I will never use FedEx again.

Fedex upstate was able to get my package half way across the East coast quicker than Ocala getting a package to a location thats less than an hour away.

I have been calling this facility everyday. I have had 6 packages sit there for weeks and I get told everytime they will be delivered the next day and they dont. I dont understand why this facility is so disorganized. I see fedex ground trucks deliver other packages on my street but not mine. I call the 1800 number and no one can explain why my packages arent coming. This has been the most horrible experience I have had. Never follow through with information, dont call back, no apologies, and Im still missing my packages I ordered a month ago.
This is the worst shipping company ever. They are consistently late, leave my packages outside my gate so that anyone driving by can pick them up. The latest -- they left a huge package, not wrapped in plastic, outside my gate in the pouring rain. They made no attempt to contact me to tell me it was delivered, other than the text, which doesnt make a sound to alert me. If I could persuade vendors never to use FedEx again for my packages, I would.

My driver is great but this center is the worst. FedEx is horrible, USPS is way better. They continue to put my package on the wrong truck. Now the package I needed Friday and was scheduled to be delivered Friday will not be delivered to Monday.
This pick-up site is very sufficient, and the staff is very courteous.
Mighty funny anybody with basic GPS on their phone can find my house no problem but a package delivery company like FedEx Ocala cannot find my house with not 1 but 2 packages in last 2 weeks. Got email that they were delivered to my front door.. Well I dont know whos front door but it wasnt mine. Hope somebody in Ocala is enjoying my merchandise that I bought....USPS always delivers

Around holidays long but fast lines queing outside. Small parking area on incline but parking on the side is easy.
I respect a place for having plans/regs in place for covid. But the small size of the building only allows for 4 people inside at a time. Take thus into consideration when its raining, or you have special needs, etc. But the staff is trained well enough, and works quickly.

Ive been going to this FedEx Ship Center for years. Although, it is approximately 30 minutes or more away from where I live, I make the drive due to the exceptional, quick service.
Too far away. They need to make so.e of their pickup points in smaller towns capable of scanning/printing labels too.

My furniture was on the truck for delivery for days and no one would try to help..I called FedEx several times and customer service was rude and was hung up on 2 times. Every morning the app would change to expected delivery today by end of day on the fedex vehicle for delivery but my furniture never arrived

Great staff, understood my issue and even though the employee couldnt resolve it, due to my package being in holding at the Orlando shipping center, she did everything she could to get me the information I needed. Also, insured my package was held at this location for me to pick up per my request.

Issues with 5 deliveries and no one cares a lost 315 tarp and lost a 3700 job for my semi wouldnt u be mad they dont care i have never dealt with such a closed company and they dont want to recognize their loss.
Stopped in a little after 6 today with 2 heavy boxes but only 1 shipping label. Dont know who the clerks name was but she was very helpful getting me the size box I need to combine them both. Thank you!

Fedex is by far the worse delivery service anywhere. It deserves NEGATIVE 5 reviews.Have been self employed 30 years, same location. 12/20/19 I had 3 boxes coming to my business. 2 were on 1 truck, 1 on a different truck. Really! That’s not cost effective. When I asked fedex my answer was that can happen! 1 box was delivered to a business I never heard of and not even close. Again, asking FedEx they dont know why the driver did that. I do, the drivers have no brains! They were doing an investigation and would call me back. Never heard from FedEx. Why were they investigating, they knew where the box was, GO GET IT. My business was closed Christmas week. Had a notice posted on my door. Had a separate note to FedEx to redeliver on 12/30/19. Well evidently its not a requirement to read to work at FedEx. They attempted to deliver the next night at 9:45 PM. I got notification theyd deliver Monday. Every day they attempted to deliver never paying attention to the notice to them.On 12/30/19 they delivered. Well as expected 4 of the items were damaged!The company shipped the replacements. Well low and behold, this previous Monday FEDEX DELIVERED TO THE WRONG BUSINESS! This company is a joke. As Ive always said FedEx hires drivers UPS wont.Henceforward I will not deal with any vendor who ships FedEx. They are inept, and incompetent!Good ridden FedEx!
Would give 0 stars... they do not communicate amongst one another so prep to get a package that shouldve arrive Monday to arrive Friday at the wrong door. Stick to ups or usps.
On 7/6/20 early afternoon FEDEX driver made an inside delivery (carried large box on his shoulder) at Quest Diagnostics at 8602 SW SR 200 Ocala, Florida. He was inside for several minutes. Outside Medical screener asked FEDEX delivery man to put on a mask - he did not don a mask. The entrance door even had a STOP SIGN and said a mask was required inside the medical testing facility. Medical screener told me that she constantly asked deliverymen to don masks- FEDEX refuses. I told FEDEX deliveryman that he was putting the elderly people (including my wife) at risk of contamination of COVID-19 and possibly even DEATH. He ignored my request. FEDEX is putting elderly lives at risk in OCALA FLORIDA.

I have waited for a package to be delivered from Ocala to my home in Fort McCoy since May 3 2020. I keep getting excuses! It weighs 66 lbs so I think its pretty easy to find.

The Ocala office says it will be delivered on a day and then the truck number shows up you sit around all day long waiting on the Ocala truck and then you check back and they said that they have came by when you been waiting on it all day long then you call them and all you get is a machine the Gainesville office isnt so bad it just leaves it at the gate without telling you

Ocala branch must get a new manager ASAP! I was told to be home between 3-4pm because I had to sign for the package. I Called at 5:00 to see where the driver was. Was told the driver was ten minutes away. Two hours later and still no package. Called again and was told the driver was three minutes away. Over an hour and still waiting. Why lie to paying customers? Poorly ran business here in Ocala. I Will never use fed ex for anything again. Oh yeah, this is the second day of waiting... go with UPS from now on.

No wonder Amazon sacked them and they arent doing so well as a company. My shipment of 4 items was supposed to arrive two days ago. One piece arrived, so I called and ask where the other 3 were and was told they were left at the sorting facility and will be delivered the next day. The next day comes around and only 2 of the 3 arrive, so I call again only to be told that the 4th piece was still on the truck because the driver forgot to unload it. When I asked to file a complaint, the person on the phone told me all of the managers were busy attending to medical emergencies. One can only hold my 4th package arrives today. Completely incompetent and dont care about their work at all.*UPDATE* Now the 4th package is lost.

Terrible service!!!!!! I mostly shop online and Ive never had a delivery of mine lost until FedEx...... 2 packages of mine were delivered to the wrong house! Customer service was no help! I will make sure anything else I order only ships UPS or US Postal.FedEx your driver get paid to deliver packages! Thats their job by choice! The least you can do is hire employees who can actually do their job! Why would you drop off packages without making sure youre at the correct address! Horrible service!!!!!!!
Woman at the front desk was kind of rude and very short like she didnt want to be bothered.

Rude! I did not tape up my package since I’ve never returned anything before, I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed and made sure the box it came in was ok to send it back in. No hello how you doing, just “you don’t have tape?” At the same time she tosses the tape on my package. There was absolutely no reason for such an ugly attitude.
