They are friendly and attentive and I loved just the welcoming when I came in the store. Used them quite a few times. I followed them from Publix plaza to where they are now. My experience was very pleased every time 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

They never answer the phone. I tried to call through out the day and kept getting a voice mail

Pak Mail is amazing. I come here to ship everything. I have never had to wait in line like at the other mail carriers. They print off my packing slip and package it up for me and I am in and out. They have UPS and FedEx pickup as well. They also have longer hours than the regular post office. Highly recommend!

Im a business owner who has recently moved to the area. Pak Mail is on my way home, so I drop off our UPS, Fed Ex and USPS at the end of the day. Everyone there has been very helpful. This location offers a special entrance in the back for larger drop offs, so you dont have to navigate the tiny parking lot with a truck or carry in a dozen packages through the front door.
