I usually take my phones to Re-Tech when a repair is needed. Well since they closed I didnt know who to go to. So after putting off a long awaited iphone repair, I googled iphone repair near me.Tech Bros in Ocala was the first thing to come up. I called, I believe Jon answered the phone. Very pleasant well spoken gentleman told me they gladly replaced iphone screens starting at $85. I said Ill be right over. I will say it is a tad tricky to find but definitely glad I went the extra step to get there. Im very happy with my service and price and they even guaranteed the repair for a few months! My son forgot the passcode to his IPad to the point that he disabled it. I called and spoke with Jon. He told me to bring it in when I could and they would fix it. I asked him if they could do it now/today and he said yes. 😊 I brought it in about 10 minutes after that phone call. Jon said that it may be about an hour to fix it, so I dropped it off. About 40 minutes later he called telling me that it was all fixed. My son was of course very happy!! I was as well with their knowledge of the products, the repair, their kindness and with the prompt repair and call back. Also the price was very fair in my opinion. 35 dollars! My son and I spent all afternoon trying to fix it ourselves with Google and ITunes. Wish we would have brought it to Tech Bros sooner! Thank you for providing such a quality service. 😊

Great service and friendly atmosphere. They changed my iPhone battery out and I was in and out the door in 25 minutes. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I would give them a million stars if I could!! My iPhone locked and I was frantic I would lose everything and already having the worst day. I called tech bros and got their VM, didn’t leave a message and someone IMMEDIATELY called me back. I got lost and called again to which they were so friendly in giving me instructions to find them. I went in and was met by Jon who had a great attitude and was very professional. Not only was he able to fix the issue but he saved me from losing all the data I had. He was quick, friendly, and reasonably priced for what the issue was. I will go to them every time and recommend everyone I know to go there as well!

I was led to Tech Bros per Zach at The Belleview Verizon store, after being given the run around from some of his other employees about how to fix my iPhone (they instructed me to go to Tampa). Anyway, when I spoke with Zach, he sent me to Tech Bros. I just have to say, John Marr is very great at his job. He was able to fix my issue, worry free, and explained to me exactly what I needed to fix for my trade in agreement. Came in from out of town with a phone that was acting weird and found out the battery was potentially going to ignite! They had a replacement and got it back to me in 90 mins! Less cost than their competition, fast and friendly service too. I feel they are trustworthy and competent.

I didn’t want to upgrade my 5 iPhones (why if they work just fine!) BUT I needed new batteries! I was told by Craig from T-Mobile about these guys and so I went there. I called and Jon gave me the price and I went first thing early in the morning the next day. I left my cellphones and was told to be back in 3 hours. Well it’s been about 2-3 days and the batteries are so far 👍👍If you’re like me and don’t want to spend unnecessary $$ for upgrades, I’d recommend coming here! For the price of my 5 iPhones (7plus & 4 SE 1st generation), it was huge savings for ME! 5 cellphones done in 3 hours at a price I was comfortable with!
