All around horrible service. I called before I drove 40 minutes and spent $10 in gas to get to the store, and I was quoted $90 to replace the screen and glass on an iPhone 7. Upon arrival, I was told the price was going to be $99. They took $10 off the price to match my quote i received when I called. I return to the store an hour later, never having received any phone call from them at all which was upsetting because when I returned they told me that they couldn’t get the phone to turn on, and didn’t have a battery (in a Batteries + store) or have a lightning cable (In a cell phone repair shop) with which I could try and plug it in to see if it would function. So after having wasted my time and money to travel to the store, I return home only to plug in the phone and it lights up immediately, which tells me that they could not have even plugged it in to see if it worked. I wasted money on travel, was misled about the price of the repair, lied to about an attempt to repair the phone, and lied to about not having a lightning cable anywhere in the store to charge an iPhone. Absolutely horrible customer service and zero professionalism, probably because I arrived an hour and a half before their 8pm closing on a Friday night and they had better things to do. Will never do business with these people again, and will be recommending no one else does either!

We first went to AT&T to see how much a new iPhone would cost. We stood inside the fort for a while and nobody even talked to us! I had to ask the next woman to come in how to get service!Left there and came to Batteries + Bulbs instead. You fixed the phone instead, upgraded it and you were helpful and friendly !Youre the BEST!

I really like this shop. They are friendly and go out of their way to give you a good deal for most stuff. I replaced all the lights in my home with LEDs and they gave me a great discount. Most recently, I had my tablet battery replaced, and while it was not a cheap repair, it was still a lot less than replacing an otherwise perfectly good tablet. They said it would take an hour, so I dropped it off, went to lunch, and came back just in time.

Had the battery replaced on my Galaxy S7. The replacement was done in about an hour. They also fixed the glass on the front, since the battery had swelled and was pushing the glass away from the phone. The repair was reasonably priced. Extremely satisfied with them.

I wouldn’t recommend for fixing screens,or getting keys made.

Tragedy had struck. His phone died just as we were expecting calls from insurance adjuster on recent rear-end collision, cross country delivery of an antique purchased a month ago, new a/c unit to be installed at the house...you get it—we needed to be connected. I came in today for my iPhone to be fixed (I shattered me screen) and the staff here was amazing. I called the day before for an appointment so I could get right in Incase it got busy. Joey checked me in and gave me all the info on what they would do to the phone. She was super friendly and let me know it would take between 45 minutes and an hour to fix. I was next door having dinner so I checked in after 45 minutes and Skyler checked me out. He was friendly as well and let me know about the warranty on my phone. I highly recommend this if you need anything fixed on your phone or tablet.

Joey was working by herself and the store was busy with customers coming in. She smiled through it all and kept all of us who were waiting in a good humor. We left the iPhone and left to do other shopping. My wifes iPhones battery was replaced in short order (about an hour) and Joey called us to come and pick it up. This was a breeze compared to getting my iPhone battery replaced in the Apple Store near Orlando. It cost me more at Batteries plus Bulbs but it was worth it to not have to drive three hours round trip and then wait forever even though we had an appointment. The whole process took us 8 hours. Im glad to have a business like Batteries and Bulbs near my home to go to when I need their help. Joeys good humor, even though she was stressed, had the customers smiling instead of frowning.

They fixed my Samsung S6 glass on the front. My phone works great again and i couldnt be happier with it. I scheduled online and received a discount on the repair as well. I would gladly do business again. Thank you!

The Samsung S8 was dropped this morning, breaking the glass. We contacted We Fix IT, made an appointment for today and in a little over an hour, had the phone back in perfect condition. Couldnt ask for more than that.

The representative that answered the phone was extremely rude and didn’t know her butt from a hole in the ground. I asked what the service fee would be or if I could purchase a particular part. She then proceeded to say and I quote....“So what you’re telling me is you took your iPad apart and lost some screws and now you’re calling us and need our help?” I never said anything about screws or losing any. I asked for the home button port because a coil is damaged. I literally asked the same question 4 times and then was told 149.99!! So not only are they rude they will also rip you off. You couldn’t pay me to do business with this place.

Service was great! But iPhone 6s colors are off now :( tried everything to normalize it but guessing 3rd party glass is distorting it.

Brought my iphone in for screen repair. Lo and behold after their 6 month warranty expired the screen stared developing color fading and bleeding. Now sections of the touch screen do not work at all. so its time to replace the screen, again but somewhere else this time.
