Worst property management company in Ocala. From day one they have screwed up everything. Rent check made out wrong, sent to wrong address took 6 times for them to change it., you have to harass them constantly to get paperwork and contracts from them. They never consult or contact you regarding anything that needs to be done regarding your rental property. Not worth the fee you pay them. UPDATE... I also found the tenants had been violating the lease and Century 21 couldnt be bothered to do anything about it.

Great Place to be a Realtor! I recd my real estate license in 2015 and have been with Century 21 Affiliates since day one. In my first year of real estate, I won the Rookie of the Year award from the Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors. I was 1 of 20 new agents who made more than one million in their first year in the business. I never would have been able to reach these goals if not for the Broker, support staff and my fellow realtors at Century 21 Affiliates. I have since added two more awards to my wall and many satisfied customers. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent they have you covered. If you are looking for an office to join as a real estate professional, you will never find a better office in the area with better training and support than Century 21 Affiliates.

Sharron is the worst property manager I have ever had. In emergencies you are unable to get ahold of her. She will only deal with men and treat women terrible. This is the worst experience I have ever had. There is a plumbing leak my water bill is now over 300 dollars because she won’t do her job. I asked her to deal with my boyfriend after several disappointing interactions with her and she would not leave me alone until I told her I would take legal action. Then she sent the emails to my boyfriend like he was going to side with her.

Jump on board! All I can say with newly acquired staff, they are taking great strides to to increase the already great service provided, no mater if your a home owner, Tenant, Vendor or Employee Century21 is a one stop for your property management needs.

As we had discussed over the phone, Patrick Fahlman and Aspen Nicole may not be guilty of slander. Slander is spoken word. However, Defamation is the civil matter when false claims are made to harm your reputation and livelyhood. Libel is false defamatory remarks written and/or published. Mr. Fahlman and Ms. Nicole will have to prove their statements in court, if it is the avenue that you chose to pursue. There may be some minor expenses incurred in order to locate the actual IP address that the defamation originated from.

Rhonda Fischbach is an amazing property manager. She`s very professional and hard working.

Horrible company!! My husband and I are disabled veterans. They took advantage of us from day one lying about who their property manager is, taking money and claiming it was used for repairs and cleanings etc. The owner Donna Dunaway is a fraud and her employees are rude, incompetent, and liars. Do yourself a favor and do your homework! The postive reviews on this page were written either by the realtors themselves or their family members. They removed their reviews from their facebook page so you cant see how they really treat their clients. Very greatful to find a management company thats trustworthy.

DO NOT USE this company! They lie and take advantage of you. They ll say they are doing inspections and repairs but don’t. I trusted them to monitor my property while I was away with the military but lost thousands because of them. They ll keep you tied up in a legal mess while you lose money because of their mismanagement and fraud.

Highly recommended, friendly, and get back with you in a timely matter.
