I set up my order online. I was more afraid that I wouldnt be able to get what I needed but Liz was quick to text me and let me know that they had everything and it would be delivered on Friday. I was able to get the slide, tables, and chairs all delivered the day before the party. Their prices were better than the others I had looked at but they didnt have the selection either. I will definitely be using Ocala Premier Inflatables for anything I have in the future.

My kids had a great time with the inflatable slide. We got it the entire weekend. Hours and hours of entertainment. Justin and his wife Liz were awesome. They communicated with me when they were setting up (only took minutes), on Saturday the compressor in the fan went out, got ahold of Justin and within an hour he was there with a new fan. He was very apologetic for something he had no control over. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you all so much. Keep up the great work.

So long story, I ordered a slide for my sons graduation party 3 weeks ago from Ijump. I got email confirming that they would would call me the day before with delivery. The evening before I got a message that they were running behind and would be here between 10-12 the next morning. around 11am I texted asked for a eta with no response. I then called at 12pm and asked what was the hold up my party was starting in a hour. She said she didnt know she was going to call and find out. I then got a call from the delivery guy that is come to find out, her husband and child. He said he was in Inverness and was over an hour away and on his way but it is now 12:30. I informed him that I already had people showing up and that that was not okay, so please hurry. I then texted her back with my feelings about the situation. (which is attached in screenshots) she then called me back and was screaming at me that she did not appreciate my nasty text message and that they would not be delivering to my house and when I say screaming she was screaming at the top of her lungs at me. Upon calling the delivery guy to see if he was still coming he informed me that she had already called him and told him he was not to deliver at my house and I told him that that was unacceptable. he then informed me that they actually do not work for Ijump that they are delivering for them because there was too many deliveries and that they actually own their own business, which is Ocala Premiere Inflatables (caller ID) and how awesome his awesome reputable business is and how many stars he has. (Which explains a lot it wouldnt be her business, its actually Ijump that would get the bad review.) then she ignored my call and sent text messages and had messaged me a pretty nasty message. and my response was I was going to contact an attorney which is all screenshotted and attached. she then returned my call and said that I had two choices (blacked mailed me) I either humble myself, say Im sorry and accept it late and when it gets there or she was refunding my money and we got no slide.. forcing me then to say Im sorry so that my sons day is not ruined. I was completely devastated, had a mental breakdown and was boohoo crying. she then told me that when her husband and 10 year old son got there that if I spoke one word to them out of line that they would put the slide back on the trailer. then upon getting there way after 1, scrambling to find water hoses and extension cords ( I thought was included and that would have been okay if it was not late, which it probably was there, but I didnt read) and it finally being set up at 2:30, it wouldnt stay up, it came apart and not one person didnt get scratches down their back. (also attacked) I feel as if she completely stole joy away from a day for me that was supposed to be celebrating my child. It was already a very emotional weekend for me as my last child was graduating. I do not recommend either of these companys for any reason.

This is the second time we have used Premier Inflatables. After the first time, we used one other company just because it was someone my significant other went to school with and who lived close by. Our experience with that company nowhere near compared to the ease of everything with premier, along with the friendly faces and red carpet service! We will never use another company! They always respond to inquiries timely, have plenty of options, handle all setup and delivery themselves and are there when they say they will be and the equipment is in great shape! It’s always clean as well! I highly recommend Liz and Justin for any event!

What a great local, family owned and operated company! We rented the 22ft mermaid waterslide and it was awesome! The staff communicated well and gave us a heads-up text with a timeframe for drop-off and pick-up, they were friendly and knowledgeable, recommending the best spot to put the slide based on the way our yard is sloped. The slide was clean and in great condition. They dropped it off and set it up the day before which was a huge relief so that I didnt have to worry about it arriving in time for our party. Also, due to it being a holiday weekend and a family owned company, they actually let us keep it an extra day free of charge so that they could celebrate the holiday as well! Im sure its not a normal occurrence and I wouldnt say to expect a freebie, but it was nice that they were so accommodating! Its those little things that make family owned companies the best in the business! That you Ocala Premier Inflatables! Will definitely book again for our next event!

You guys made our event wonderful. All the children played in the water slide all day long. It was worth every penny that we paid for it. Really nice people! They brought the slide a day early because they were so busy but the only thing was that they were a couple hours late and didn’t call to let us know or else I would have given 5 stars.

I used Premier Inflatables over the past weekend and everything was perfect. The price of the package, the bounce combo, cotton candy machine, tables and chairs, and a tent was all super affordable, and everything was very clean. They even sanitized the bounce house in front me so that way I knew that they cared about cleanliness. Everyone I spoke to from beginning to end was super helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again in the future!!!

These guys are great. They calm your worries and make sure you have a great experience. Very friendly and not pushy like most people. My kids and family had a blast ! We got the combo with bounce house going into a slide and let me tell you I felt like a kid again and with all of that it was less than 200.00 even with a tip i wanted to leave because these guys deserve it and a damage waiver fee . Super affordable. And they make it work even if youre not sure the thing will fit.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I worked with Liz in regards to what I was needing. I need tables, chairs, a tent with a side wall. Already in my mind I knew the tent and side wall was going to be pricey. I had gotten quotes around town and it was looking like I would have been spending well over $1000 for everything I needed. Liz worked out a deal that incorporated everything I needed for under $1000. They communicate with me. Emailed me on my work days since using the phone is impossible for me during my work week. They were able to come over earlier than expected the day of and set it all up. I was so happy, I booked with them and will continue to do so in the future. I also was impressed on the payment feature. You could pay on it up till the day of the event where the full amount was due it was all electronic. No cash needed to take out and hold on to. Thank you guys for everything you did you made planning this babyshower go smoothly.

We ordered the log jammer for Memorial weekend 2021. They were on time setting up, friendly and professional. We usually rent from someone else but this time we went through this company. They met our expectations! I have to recommend you rent the log jammer though, not only was it fun for the kids but the adults too. Get a huge group of friends to put down on this but it will be well worth every penny and time to rent this from them. Thank you again!
