The people at the UPS store are amazing. They were kind, courteous, and informative. I had left some items behind after a recent trip and they packed them up and shipped them to me. I especially want to shout out Donna who was most helpful and reassuring. Its like having friends in Ocala!

We at Hospice of Marion County have turned to the UPS store in Paddock Park for most of our printing needs. The staff is courteous and friendly and the service is stellar. Sometimes they turn around a job on the same day. This is very helpful as we have many pop-up projects.

They are great but they are closed due to COVID since Friday 7-23-21

There’s a cashier named Megan that stole my package please don’t send your packages with them they will steal it and since they have no cameras they will blame it on the post office they gave me 2 different tracking numbers and both of them says cancelled 😡 the post office never received the package and it’s been 2 weeks now

This store has more than exceeded my expectations in service! Not only do they provide above average service, they know me personally. They take the time to go out of their way to keep me up to date. This UPS store is the absolute best. The staff is very warm and friendly. To date I have not had any concerns or issues. If your looking for a place to get your mail or shipping needs don’t go anywhere else. Easy in and out location as well.

After getting not such a great service at another UPS store and a much higher rate quoted for shipping I decided to come to this store. The service was great, the shipping rate much less than I was quoted before. The staff is accommodating and seem to have the correct answers. My store from now on when I have to ship again, worth the 20 mile trip.

My girlfriend was in the Ocala area for a few months and it was not worth getting a PO box, yet there were several times I needed to get items to her. The first was as new phone when hers died. The cellular company messed up the mailing label and was extremely unhelpful in communicating with anyone to fix their mistake. The staff at the UPS store went WAY beyond standard customer service to ensure that my girlfriend received her phone. They listened to my concerns and acted on them. Great people. Thank you!

This place is so helpful. They take regular mail and UPS not sure if take fedex, but if you forget to print label or forgot to tape package they will do these at no cost or at least 3x they have for me . They also sell packing material including packing tape. They have other services but I think there are small fees like copies and timed internet access. This is also an Amazon return place where including the one where they pack your return not you. Im sure they do many more things that I have no idea of, but they have always been good and kind to me each visit.

Patrick Harlow is a Wizard at graphic design. He redesigned my business card and made a banner for my office. Both of them now have a *Pop* that are already driving business.

Some of the best Marketing Material! Ive had rack cards, business cards, full page print outs, banners all done by UPS. Patrick Harlow is who I usually deal with and he always does a great job making sure my graphics fit, and look correct. In terms of value the cost is lowest in town that I could find.

Pricing to use USPS service was higher than post office, which doesnt make sense. Also didnt receive tracking numbers, when I receive them from post office. I was told no tracking with them with first class. I wasnt even offered insurance or any other shipping services that would be comparable in price.that offered tracking or insurance, just told that was the cheapest. I know for a fact one package normally ships at $4.73, the other shouldnt have been between $3.00-4.00, and I was charged $12.20. I believe I was over charged, but closest post office said they were down for an hour. Im just hoping my packages arrive as expected now.

I had a really good experience here. I had a lengthy and difficult scanning job and the manager Donna helped me with it. I ended up giving her the wrong email to scan it to and had to go back. I was very upset at myself and she calmed me down and rescanned it for me. She was very professional and patient and competent when it came to scanning and emailing. I will definitely return to this UPS location.

Having worked at a UPS Store myself in the past, I had an idea of what to expect when I went in to this location. What I did not expect was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was there for at least 15 minutes trying to get a quote for packing and shipping and I was completely polite from start to finish (I work in retail, so I kind of feel obligated to be nice whenever possible when dealing with other people in the customer service business). Not only did I feel like these people didnt really know what they were doing, the fact that I was barely spoken to during the process made me less confident. To be fair, the young woman helping me was more polite than who I presume was the owner who said maybe one word to me? Maybe the young woman was a new employee and being trained? If so, that would have been nice to know so I could be less annoyed.I was prepared to spend at least $100, but it turned out to be far more than I had expected (I was going off info online) and had the young woman write down the quote for me. It would have been nice had I been explained to more about how they were going to pack it (rather than it being talked about between them) and I did appreciate that they were thinking about how to make it less expensive for me, but I was overall dissatisfied with my experience there.

The UPS Store is awesome...Not only do I do my shipping with them but, Printing as well...YES they do Printing .... give them a try 5 star rating for sure :)

Update: since this review from 4 years ago I have been using the UPS store and Print Shop for all of the printing needs for my company. The design work, customer service, and value has been more than I could have asked for. I highly recommend you use them for all of your print needs.I needed a package shipped so I stopped by this store. They had excelent service, I was in and out quickly, and the price was very good.

Pay for insurance and they damage the package and then they wont pay for the damage product.

I love this UPS store. Anne Cieplinski is always pleasant and willing to help with anything I ever need. Shes great I thank god for people like her. I recently moved and there is a UPS store near me but I dont mind driving the distance because I know I wont have any issuses as long as shes there to help.

Very rude lady works there. I went for notary she refused to do it without knowing notary commision guidlines. I will complain in commision too. She does not deserve notary license.

The lady closing the shift on Monday, May 18th 2015 was rude! When I walk in, she was playing on her cell phone. I then ask her to mail a document to Hong Kong the fastest way possible, she quoted me something very expensive with three day shipping time. I then ask her for the next cheapest option and slightly slower method to ship the document, she quoted me a even more expensive price with a week shipping time! I ask her again, let say if I dont care how long the document takes to ship (slowest method possible), she told me to take my business to the US Post Office. Guess what, I am taking my business to the US Post Office and likely never returning to a UPS again!
