The customer service was the best Ive seen in the whole Ocala, and also he looks for any best way to offers me the best deals for getting the iphone I want it, he also is humble and kind, other store they were very weird but here you feel safe .

I spent all day trying to get a Re-Tech phone activated before I found out it wasnt even on the correct network. Manny had the phone I wanted for a better price, was more helpful, and all around just a better businessman.10/10, would send my Grandma with full confidence. Thanks again.

The staff are great and are really good at remembering you. They work with you on getting what you need. They have financing available on some items. Manni helped me get a phone when mine died and I had very little funds available. But I walked out with a good deal and a very nice phone. Go see them. You will be very happy!

1st time I went in the gentlemen got me new service through Verizon network that was less than I was paying before plus switched my house plan that was over $100 a month to $30 a month on to a cell phone. 2nd time I went in I had problem with my phone and Mani did as a courtesy $30 job for no cost at all. Will definitely recommend everyone to this store.

They carry the top three cellular networks here on SimpleMobile, PagePlus, Total Wireless and Net10! The prices are way lower than the name brand service with the same coverage! Why would you pay more?!

Was not impressed with this place. It took forever to get any help. While waiting one of their customers were complaining about them losing their cell phone. When I finally got to talk to someone they could not help me right then and asked me to leave my phone with them. In light of what I just heard I declined not to do so.

They were a Great help... got me extra stuff for my new phone and helped me retrieve my Gmail... Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future
